Superb Service”
We were 3 hours earlier when we arrived at the hotel. We left our bags at the front desk for safekeeping then went on Taipei 101 observatory Tour. 15 minutes walk from Hotel to Taipei 101 or 5 minutes cab ride worth $85. When we get at the hotel, all our luggage were in our room. Our family room was great! 2 queen beds, all our luggage fit in, added bonus got a nice view of T101. The breakfast was hot meals, ham, sausages, dimsum, congee, fruits, hot teas, assortment of pastries. Value for your money, great location! Definitely coming back again to Pacific Business Hotel.

It was better than I expected.”
The pictures you see when you make a reservation are often well packed. So I use it only as a reference. However, this hotel was really good. The hotel's facilities were all neat and high-quality. Hoteliers were neat and kind and professional. Breakfast consisted of basic things. I was satisfied. I keeped my luggage eight hours after I checked out because my schedule was twisted. They handled it well. I was very grateful to them. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

Ideal location, great value”
We stayed here during the Christmas holiday and it was a great value. Location is walking distance to Taipei 101 and rooms are large and clean. Very good breakfast selection. Highly recommended.

Amazing Location and Service”
This hotel is close to EVERYTHING. It was very convenient to be able to catch the MRT, food, Taipei 101 mall and night market. The staff are really friendly and the soaking tubs were amazing. I will definitely be back. The beds could have been softer but other than that no complaints. Free laundry services, nice gym, great place!

Great business location. Walking distance to TICC and the World Trade Centre so great when I have business there. It is also a 20 minute ride to the Neihu area, which has a healthy concentration of technology companies. It is within walking distance to Taipei 101, a night market street and of course the Taipei 101 station. That gives it high scores for the non-business traveler as well. A holiday traveler might nit-pick that the 101 location isn't exactly in the center of all the attractions. Rooms, cleanliness and service are all top-rated for business needs. Indeed I will definitely consider this hotel again the next time I have business in Taipei.

Friendly and helpful staffs”
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can speak fluent English which is good to those who don't speak Chinese. Hotel is a bit far from MRT station as it needs around 10+ minutes to reach Taipei 101 Station, however, it is located near convenience stores, small super market, post office and many restaurants. The room is also clean and comfortable but minus 1 star due to we always found something was missing ie. towels or pillows every time we asked for a clean up and we had to call the front desk. Other than that we really like this hotel and will probably stay in this hotel again for our next trip to Taipei :)

Excellent service. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they managed to arrange something special for us, totally made our day. Although the hotel looks old from the outside and the lobby seems a bit dark, the rooms have been refurbished and look very nice. A very good stay.
