I stayed here as didn't want to share a room in the hotel next door. Breakfast was poor, much better at hotel next door. Room walls thin so I could hear the television next room. Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Wall between rooms seems be thin and hotel put TV on wall between. Thus It is depending on which kinds of guest would stay next to you, but for my case a Burmanese couple stayed my next door and was so noisy until midnight. Hotel staff is very poor in English in comparison with other hotel nearby.

Great location”
My first time in Mandalay and after some research I decided to book with Pacific Hotel as its location is very good. The room is nice and aircon works well until last night where water started dripping down. Breakfast is very good, enjoyed my few days eating breakfast here. Nice hotel, will return to stay with them again.

reasonable hotel in Mandalay”
This was our second stay. The hotel looked more dowdy than previously. It was clean, but things were worn. Toilet plugged our first day. Had to change rooms. Shower stuck on in second room, had to be repaired. Internet VERY SLOW. Breakfast free but fairly disgusting. Television has only one English language station (Animal Planet). We will not be staying here again..

nothing very exciting about this hotel. the rooms are very tired and need some updating. Breakfast was included but it was pretty rubbish. most mornings the tea and coffee had run out and the pots were sitting on the hot plates empty. All the food was cold and the woman working there just stood around doing nothing.

Worst stay ever, the room was very smelly the bathroom floor always wet seem like they have the leaking problem and not that clean. The bed was so hard and bed sheet not that clean.

Efficient comfortable stay”
Clean large room on the 7th floor. Internet connection was okay for Myanmar. No problem with hot water or electricity. The best part was that they gave us a room when we arrive at around 6 am after a long-train ride from Yangon. The location was good too. Staff was in general helpful, but their English has some problems, probably reflecting that their main customers are Chinese businessmen. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially if you enjoy Chinese breakfast.

Hotel básico para un par de noches”
El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero en taxi por 2,5 kyats te deja en downtown, para el aeropuerto 10 como máximo. Camas duras y poco jaleo ideal para dormir. El último día el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba y se hicieron los locos. Las únicas habitaciones que merecen la pena hablaste la última planta.

wifiがつながらない。すぐ切れる。 過去最低のホテル 同価格帯でより良いサービスのホテルはたくさんあるのでここには泊まらないことを強く勧めます 変な匂いがする よく分からないオプションで宿泊料金を上乗せされる booking.comでは朝食込みとなっていたのに、朝食食べたらお金を請求された。何度説明してもスタッフは応じなかった 部屋が臭い 部屋に小さな蟻がたくさんいる スタッフは英語がほぼ通じない オペレーションがなってない 掃除されてない部屋に招待された 噂では風俗マッサージがあるとのことだったが、たぶんなさそう
