    Great guest house, lovely people”

Clean, comfortable, no hassles, style suited to my preferences aesthetically and ambience.

We arrived late from a night out in Byron, so check in was over the phone and the directions and communications by the staff was easy and professional and friendly. We opted for shared bathroom, but never had to wait for the availability, and the facilities were very clean and inviting. The position of the guest house is easy to access the Byron Bay hub, we could easily walk there, or ride the free bikes to town. Breakfast was great. We will very definately stay here for our next trip to Byron Bay.

Lovely and peaceful guesthouse in Byron Bay”

    Relaxed, modern, friendly

My partner and I stayed here for four nights last week. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the decor was, the pictures on the web don't do it justice. Our room was really cute with polished floor boards, beach house style shutters and tasteful bedding and art works. The rest of the house was lovely with cool beach house feel and a lovely balcony with dinning table and lounges to relax and enjoy the garden views. were great at advising us on the local attractions and happenings around Byron during our stay. The guest house is approximately 20 minutes walk from the main town centre, we made use of the free bikes to get in and out of town. Overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Byron Bay.

Staff friendly, awesome breakfast, and especially the bikes provided, no charge

It was a peaceful place to stay and the staff were helpful and entertaining. The bikes provided was a Godsend to get around without the worry of minimal parking in town. Byron Springs is a place where you share bathroom and kitchen facilities but much better than a backpackers as you have your own room. You get to meet different people all the time thats because you are dining or drinking with them out on the spacious deck. we will stay there again and have already recommended to friends already. Exactly what I needed”

I stayed at Byron Springs for 5 nights and loved the homely feel of the residence. We had a freshly baked cake every day, it was quiet and just the perfect distance from the centre of byron to enjoy some peace yet still a comfortable bike ride away to the beach. The hostesses were the absolute highlight! Suzie and Lyndy were fabulous! Warm, welcoming and super helpful. It really did feel like a home away from home for me. I travelled alone for the first couple of nights and felt completely safe and comfortable there... I will certainly be back again

Free wifi, what do you want more ?”

Well... you may be want a clean bed and good night sleep... Than is this your stop ! We were asked upfront how we would like our beds placed ( 2 seperate of 1 big bed ) so the communication is great, the bed is great, we were shocked to find ear-plugs next to our bed... "What ?? Are we sleeping next to a nightclub ? Big party in the garden ?" but nothing happened, it was quiet, nice bed, nice soap (!) and nice breakfast. The only minus is that the shower and toilet are outside and shared with others but we went to bed early ( first one to use the shower in the evening ) and up early ( also first one to use the shower ! ). Thank you, we will visit if we're back in Byron Bay !!

    Comfortable and friendly accomodation”

Light breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, very well maintained property

i really enjoyed my stay but a few things to note. this property is slightly out of the center of town. i walked to and from town several times without a problem but i am from nyc and used to walking everywhere. if you are not down for a 20 minute walk to dinner, you'll need to call cabs but they come fast and don't cost much. there are also bikes available, although you'll need a bit of wd40 for the brakes. everything else was great. comfy beds, everything was clean, the people were nice. it's a very quiet choice, not a hostel, no rowdiness at all. free parking is great. free wifi as well! i also highly recommend the bikram center in byron bay!

style of the house, design, clenliness

had a great stay at the byron springs. we stayed in the en-suite room. only stayed for one night. the main part of town is around a 20 min walk. close to a great beach (clark beach). the room we had was a good size, had everything that we needed other than air con. shower was leaking onto the floor a little, but we just didnt have the taps on full and all was fine. would recommend if you dont want to be on top of things in the town, but accessable enough to go if you want to.

Laid back, comfortable with free bike use

I loved this place. The lady running the accommodation was really friendly and laid back. Offering me a lift into town on my arrival and letting me use the bike for the day and use of the shower even after I had checked out. It's a great guest house with a communal lounge room and kitchen that you can also do your own cooking in if required. Bed was really comfy and even though I was in the room next to the toilets/showers I was not disturbed by people using them. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Byron.

    Cosy guesthouse”

Cosy, nice outdoor area, friendly staff

Byron Springs is a beautifully renovated weatherboard house a short drive from the main streets of Byron Bay. We enjoyed our stay here but its worth noting that as this is a converted house, most of the rooms are lacking privacy. While it is only a short 5min drive from town, it would be a bit of a trek to walk without a car. It is also not quite as conveniently close to the beach as we were lead to believe from the website. That said, it is a beautiful spot and worth a visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gust house. Everyone made us feel very welcome and all hee staff were very friendly and kind. We loved the costal decor and the free wi fi was an added advatage. Great breakfast and having the freedom to use the kitchen in the evening was very useful. The shared bathroom was not a problem, despite the fact that storms were raging when we were in Byron.

    Clean, quiet, nice views

The stay was OK. I was a bit surprised to find no one available for check-in when I arrived, but the room number was listed on the front door, the room was left open with the key in the door. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. It was fine for the 2 nights I was there but I would have found it inadequate for a longer stay. There was no where to hang clothes and only minimal storage space for folded items. The location is about 1.5km out of the centre of Byron Bay and it was very quiet which made it a relaxing place to stay. It's a small location with only about 8 or so rooms, so this helps to keep it quiet as well. The common bathrooms were both clean and modern.

Great spot for a weekend away in Byron. We loved the close proximity to the beach which was beautiful. Facilities were great.
