Main Beach”

Wonderful views and location near shops and a 15 min to Marina Mirage. Very spacious, light apartment and walk-in-wardrobe area. The onsite manager was helpful and lovely. There is nowhere to store your luggage for a few hours if needed after check out. The bathroom tiles and bath could do with renovating. Overall a very comfortable stay, great amenities with spectacular views of Gold Coast and beach.

Simply stunning views”

Our stay at the De Ville apartments was so relaxing. The view is absolutely stunning and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We highly recommend the De Ville apartments. We will most certainly be back for a longer stay. Thank you Kathy and Doug (Resident Managers) for being so friendly and accommodating.

Great if you need to be near southport”

Ideal place to stay if you are attending any functions at southport yacht club or just want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast but still enjoy the beach. It can be a bit noisey so I would suggest staying in the higher levels. The rooms are huge and the staff are lovely. If you have a larger car, it's good to know they do have limited above ground parking on site (we packed into my little car, wish we had known).

Lovely spacious apartments with a beautiful view”

we stayed during the races, close to track facilities, but far enough away to have piece and quiet if you werent real keen on the racing, this worked well for us as my partner and his children headed of to the races and i was able to spend time with my children. the position was excellent also because we didnt have any real traffic problems getting to and from main beach to southport etc. i have placed a 5 for food and dining, though the apartments do not include food and dining, but right opposite is the surf club which has an excellent dining experience and the staff are friendly and make you feel like you are actually back in your own home town club.

just what we needed”

3 generations of our family stayed and the apartment had all the room we needed, particularly the generous kitchen and a table that accommodated all 6 of us + newspapers for breakfast. If we come to the coast again, it would be our first enquiry for vacancies. Thank you

De Ville Apartments”

Excellent. We stayed 3 nights - wish it had been for longer. The apartment was right near the beach and less than a 10 minute walk from the Tedder Avenue shops and restaurants, which are relatively undiscovered being off the main roads. We shall definitely be going back. Great value for the sumptuous room sizes and amazing views - and we were only on the 8th floor (over 20+ floors). Nice private outdoor pool and spa area, nice gardens. Only 1 undercover secured parking space per apartment, but plenty of outside unrestricted street parking.

Location, Location........”

Superbly situated in the heart of Main Beach, Surfers. Right opposite a park, a magnificent beach and the Surf Lifesaving Club. Excellent in-house facilities and great bus service stopping right out front.

Great apartment in a fantastic position”

Out of the hustle and bustle but convenient located to lots of eating options. Views over Marina and southport beach were amazing. Would definitely go back, so highly recommend the superior 3 bed apartment

Everything delighting! Hope to come again!!!”

Our apartment is literally with two 270 degree ocean view. The spacious living room and each bedroom has a unbeatable window scenery. Spa beside the pool is rather fanscinating. Only toilets need upgraded. They don't flush well. And a public luggage room will offer more convenience.

Superior Apartment”

We booked the Superior apartment which had everything and more. It was enormous with heaps of room for 4 adults. Grounds are beautiful and well kept as is the pool. It was a long weekend and Reception was closed so unable to arrange WIFI which is available for a price $$$$. Great Location

Enjoyable stay at De Ville”

Great Location”

The apartment is spacious and has everything that you will need. The location is in a great spot for the beach and eating out. I was not very happy with my apartments cleanliness. I have stayed there before at another apartment which was very clean, it may just be the luck of the draw as the apartments are all privately owned and each one has a different owner.

Great Room, spacious and excellent view.”

The room was really spacious and comfortable to stay in with a 12 and 16 year old. Excellent view and great atmosphere in the pool and spa area. Highly recommend this apartment.

Satisfied and will return again”

We had a great time! The apartment was spacious and clean. The amenities provided is complete, picnic basket, chair and umbrella is in the apartment! They even have boards, cricket bats, tennis racket and much more!! I love the view of the ocean. It's really wonderful. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Donya & Gary!

Overall, great place to stay”

Location was excellent, surf club and beach just over the road and shops not far away. Walking distance to Sea World. Room very spacious and amazing views over ocean and the marina. Was disappointed we didn't get the 2 single beds we booked for our kids, and numerous overhead lights did not work. We arrived on Saturday so could not contact anyone as reception doesn't open on a weekend after 12 on Saturday. We would stay again but try to arrive on a weekday to overcome any issues.

We have stayed here a few times , can't beat the location, the apartments are large and clean. Management are very friendly and keep the whole complex in A1 condition!

the unit was a1 , service a1 not 1 fault”

i had a wonderful 3 days i could not fault the unit or service what so ever, my jug didn't work they replaced it with a new one with in minutes. the unit was spotless the staff even had the windows cleaned because the thursday was wet and windy and dirtied the windows they can not do enough for you. very handy to the lifesavers club very good meals at a good price

Ideal place to stay”

I was staying following the Sydney Southport yacht race. This was a great place as it was a minutes walk from the yacht club and opposite the surf club. Lovely apartment and great value for money.
