Wouldn't go back
The staff were fantastic and understanding, but I wouldn't go back and defiantly not worth all the talk it has, the pool was cold, no microwave in the room.

Perfect find
This is extremely rare to find in such a great location. A hotel that is super friendly and a can do attitude. The rooms are massive twice the size of anything in this price range. Trams at your doorstep for free in the CBD and across the road from supermarkets and shopping. Fantastic. I am Ex airline crew and this property is EXCELLENT

Close to Tram and Coles Supermarket
The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. Although it is NOT in the center of the city (Swanston & Elizabeth or Collins), it is within the free tram zone. The Coles nearby is open until midnight. The only negative about this hotel is the breakfast, which offers no ham or cheese. It consists of only sliced bread, jams, cereals, milk, scrambled eggs, beans, orange juice, apple juice, tea and coffee. Best Western should at least improve its coffee, preferably install a coffee machine (a coffee brewer or capuccino machine), rather than putting the coffee in a thermos. Also, please use better coffee beans. Thanks.
