Staff and owners weren't friendly at all and charged us for pool towels. They also came to our room to demand payment/finalise checkout at 9pm one evening, in case we were leaving early in the morning. They had our payment details! Our child was in bed then. Wouldn't go back to those rude people.

Ideal holiday apartment”

A great holiday apartment, we had everything we need in this new refurbished apartment, enjoyed the pool and the convenient location for everything. Mick is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We had great time and would highly recommend this place.

Managed appointments at great location and with great stuff”

Very roomy apartment which welcomed us with a starter kit (towels, soaps, dishwasher kit, laundry kit, etc.) but then we were on our own. There is a small heated-up swimming pool which was where we met other fellow chatty travelers (mostly families with kids; we got a surprise baby-sitting opportunity from one of the families we met there and also learned later that the place's kippers - a super nice couple - will sometime baby-sit if the kids are nice enough :D). Location is a 5min walking distance from Port Douglas's 4 mile beach which is super cool (and also walking distance from the main business street). Staff is great; they provided us with many activity tips and aided with booking few of the available attractions near-by (day trip to the great barrier reef; drive to the Daintree rainforest; trip up the Skyrail; etc.) Overall we highly recommend the place and will certainly go back there if we happen to get back to Port Dougles.

The apartment is in walking distance to the town center. It is clean and has everything we need. My daughter has her own toilet and washroom. The owner is friendly

Fantastic place to stay!”

We're a couple with a young baby and we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Great facilities with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Approximately 15 minute stroll into the main street. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely Stay”

Stayed here in April. It was very good and our apartment was huge. Only gave 4 stars for facilities as there is no lift (we were on second floor with lots of bags) and some of the décor is a bit tired. Kids really enjoyed the pool. There are also BBQ facilities but we didn't use it.

Great apartments! Great location! Great managers!”

It's not a resort, so don't come expecting that. But it is a very comfortable, clean, convenient place to stay. Nice swimming pool. Great having a full kitchen and a community BBQ grill to cook. Also great having washer/dryer in the room. After 2 weeks in other parts of Australia we needed it. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé 5 jours parfaits - L'accueil de Mike et Sue est très chaleureux, ils seront aux petits soins pour vous. La plage est juste à coté de le la résidence, vous êtes à moins de 10 minutes du centre de Port Douglas. Mike peut s'occuper de toutes vos réservations, plongée bouteille, snorkeling, transport, pour que soit cool durant votre séjour. Et toujours avec sourire et humour. L'appartement était d'une propreté immaculée, très confortable et spacieux. Bref un rapport qualité prix génial. Allez-y !
