Above Expectations”

From all the reviews we were looking forward to staying at Nelson Bay. We had about 6 motels and accommodation places before we landed at Nelson Bay. Upon meeting the owners we felt like it was home and were at ease. The rooms were so clean and all the conveniences of home. Trish and Iain couldn't do enough for us with booking out some places to see and gave us a great over look at all the points of interest around Nelson Bay .We will be returning back here next year .

First day time come here , and that is my boyfriends birthday!!!! so different with hotel , I love room how she decorated ,and she show us how to used that awesome big spa bath. I was looking for big spa bath for so long :) Have extra towers , extra bubble body wash. And candle 😻 when the night time light the candle so romantic~ haha And in the lounge also have many kind of powder coffee or coffee machine , or if u want hot chocolate as well. And " marshmallow " , and biscuits. And I think at last more than 10 different tea you can choice too. Breakfast is simply but that homemade toast so yummy ~ we had fruit yogurt ( 3 different kind of yogurt u can choice) Juice , homemade toast with jam and butter. Owner so nice , and they treat us warmly as if she were our old friend.best day here.i wish I can come back next time~ 😻

Nice cosy room,3 mins drive from town centre”

We reach very late that night almost 1am and we have no problem getting into our room. We have everything there,coffee maker microwave etc. If u need to do laundry just ask Trish. Its just like a place call home. Very warm welcome and chat with the owner Trish and her hubby. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and we got the jacuzzi spa. We love this place. And is very near to Gan Gan lookout. Will definitely return here if we go Port Stephen again.

Great for couples to relax and see the view of Nelson bay and its surrounds. Every was provided on day one with a quick overview by the host of attractions and shops.

Within walking distance . Our first bed and breakfast we usually stay at hotels. I think its perfect for a couple nights although if longer would prefer s hotel /apartment for space and more luxury. Loved using the spa was perfect

It was a great experience for me! The room is clean and has a lovely balcony with amazing jacuzzi! The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast was nice even though the location is a bit hard to arrive. That's all right after you find out where the hotel is. The location is nearby many attractions.

amazing. Very well organized b and b. absolutely spotless room with all the gadgets known to man. very modern feel and felt very private for a b and b. more like a mini suite in a hotel. Trish and her husband are also amazing at breakfast and very welcoming.

Location OK but difficult to find entry first time.”

The parking area was very dangerous, particularly when there was another car in the two car parking bay. The top section of the pathway is not illuminated at night and the overhanging ferns don't help. The room was very small and we continually bumped our legs on the edges of the bed frame. Door to shower recess very noisy when opening and closing.

other than the rooms being slightly cramped, our stay was very enjoyable. iain and trish were very friendly, and the welcoming common area had various books, movies and music to choose from. breakfast was a pleasant experience, and the room was very comfortable, especially the spa bath.

Trish was very friendly and the place is very very clean n spotless. room not very big but adequate. there is an outdoor area where the sunken jacuzzi is located. the outdoor area is well set up with fridge n coffee n tea making facility. however one can just go to the common area to get hot water, tea n coffee. very relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and the hosts, Ian and Trish were very helpful and pleasant to chat to. The lounge was especially comfortable and cosy with the gas fire.
