We had been looking for a last minute place to stay around Shellharbour for 1 night and had already placed a booking with another motel. After coming across Shellharbour Village Motel listing, we cancelled our previous booking and booked here after seeing the photos. We weren't disappointed, we were going to be late on check-in and sent and email, which we had a prompt response that check-in is open till 9:30pm. The room was very well presented and clean, with spacious bathroom, reception actually gave us a call that night to make sure we were on our way. we extended our stay for the next day and the room service staff was very friendly and gave us fresh towels and toiletries. We didn't try the restaurant but it seemed to have a nice atmosphere. I would certainly recommend this place if you're after a nice and affordable place to stay.

Comfortable, clean, no-fuss”
We booked a room just a couple of hours before we arrived. The motel is clean and comfortable with parking just outside the room. There is a fantastic Thai restaurant on the property. It is a short walk to a pretty little harbour, outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, boutiques and cafes. Definitely recommended.

Very comfortable stay - the manager had the heater on to warm the room before I arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower, very convenient location with shops/restaurants nearby, room was spacious and had everything you might need.

Transitioning back to the Illawarra was made easier by booking here for 3 nights until I could collect my keys on the new place in Shell Cove. Jackie allowed me to check in earlier than indicated by my booking due to my son having a broken toe. It was a nice, quiet, really great stay.

Great location. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants,cafes and the water. It's also close to bus stops if you haven't got a car. I recommend staying upstairs as I think it's quieter.
