When we arrived at 9am after a 15.5 hour flight our room was available, what a pleasant surprise. Our first contact was with a young door man who made us feel welcome and greeted us with a smile each and every time we saw him thereafter. The free coffee and Danish in the morning was terrific.

Some Difficulties During Our Stay
Room type incorrect upon check in, was embarrassed during entry by clerk and manager at counter talking loudly about my situation. Room type was never corrected to the right view, bed/bathroom was lovely, sadly the second bed promised was a very uncomfortable pull out sofa for kids. Some of the room was dirty, curtains, tub, and some areas of the closet and corners of the room. I'm not sure it is worth the money. Maybe 4.5 stars, I expect more from Four Seasons.
