Check in of 2pm
Still had to wait 45 minutes to get into our room. Toilet seat was broken. For what we paid as usual 3 star travellers this was one of the worst.

Overall is good
The experience of 4 day staying is good. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location of this hotel is excellent for ppl want to explore Sydney CBD either by foot or by train. The only concern of my staying is that the carpet looks quite dirty .

Need new beds
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Enjoyable but quite a few little things need looking at: Beds extremely hard; Wasn't asked for dessert or coffee after dinner one night; S&P grinders empty; Milk at breakfast either empty or warm, need to be placed in ice or another container also need milk near coffee station. If it wasn't for the friendly staff my stay would have been a little different.
