5-star Fiji hotel with great service & facilities”
Due to Cyclone Evan I booked Radisson Blu only a couple of nights before we arrived through Agoda as I had some points saved up. Once inside the resort, you would not have even known there had been a cyclone, they had done a wonderful job cleaning up and all the staff seemed to be in good spirits which certainly attributed. We arrived at the hotel at around 7.00am in the morning after an early flight from Melbourne, and after a nightmare flight (if you have ever flown when you have the flu, you may understand the pain of landing) were eager to just get some rest. We did not expect whatsoever to be able to check-in so early, rather just hoped to be able to leave our bags at least and find somewhere within the resort to relax until check-in time. However, the WONDERFUL man at check-in (Ledua was his name I think?) advised us we could have our room immediately and upgraded us from a Lagoon Guest Room to a One-bedroom Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. There was a mini-bar and coffee & tea facilities. The sofa couch we noted would be perfect if travelling with children with the TV, as well as another TV in the bedroom. Large dining table, full kitchenette and small balcony (good if one of you is a smoker). I am a very light sleeper normally, even at home. But at the Radisson they have fantastic blinds that block out all light if need be, and a huge, comfortable bed. It's a perfect location if you do like the whole 5-star resort thing, especially for Fiji first-timers as the Denarau marina is the departure point for many day trips out to the Mamanucas. We really enjoyed our short stay at the Radisson and would no doubt recommend it to anyone considering Denarau, or Fiji!

Relaxing holiday at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji ”
My husband, 4 month year old son and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island in December 2015. We chose this hotel because it is only a short drive from Nadi Airport. We arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel via TTF and this worked out well. They even provided a car seat for our son. While at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island we stayed in a 1 bedroom courtyard room which was located on the ground floor (looking out to the Sheraton) and only a short walk to the pool and ocean. The room was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, kettle) which was useful for sterilising bottles etc for my son and a washing machine. We took our own portable cot, but I think you could request one if necessary. The pool was great for children as it was covered by shade cloth. The buffet breakfast was also included in our room rate which meant that after having a late breakfast we didn't need to purchase food until dinner time. There are a number of dining options available at the resort, there is a general store a few hundred metres up the road or it is only a short walk to the port. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Most relaxing holiday in memory.”
It is a happy place to holiday in. Everyone has a big smile on their face, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the BIG pools. We will certainly recommend Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island to our family and friends.

Great location”
We had a great time at Radisson Blu. We found it to be rather expensive, however it didn't differ to any of the other resorts nearby. Typical resort prices. We really enjoyed the adults only pool and the fact it had 2 hot spas was a real winner. The buffet breakfast was delicious and given it was so close to many other resorts, there were so many lunch and dinner options. The tour desk staff were really helpful, organising us an island day tour, which was fantastic. It was a $7 taxi to Port Denarau from the resort. If returning to Denarau, we would stay here again.

Loved Our Stay Here! Many Times Better Than Sofitel!”
After 6 days at Sofitel (as Accor Platinum Members we are normally very pro Accor & especially Sofitel) in which there were numerous let's just say "hiccups" we finished our Fiji Holiday with 3 nights in a Radisson 1 Bedroom Suite and OMG!!! Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms! Had all room amenities including good size fridge, washing machine, dryer etc. The kids LOVED this kids club and the torch lighting is well and truly worth allowing the kids to be a part of (think was $16 extra). Our girls aged 7 & 9 proffered Radisson kids club well and truly over Sofitel and it includes a mix of ladies and men and the men here are super fun, energetic and the kids love them. The pool was great! Slide was super fun! Thai restaurant at Radisson quickly became our favourite restaurant on Denarau! The Happy Hour cocktails were fantastic! $14fjd for yummy cocktails and great value wine/beer also. I am sure anyone who stays will be happy they chose Radisson!

Great Customer Service at Radisson Blu”
This is our first visit to Fiji so very close to the aitport is the convenience of the Radisson Blu. The resort is nice our room was large, bed comfortable and supplied with quality amenities. The customer service is first class and Jyrotika, in guest relations, was kind and very helpful. This is a family resort and there were a lot of families with small children. We were thankful for the "all adult" pool and quiet area! The pools were clean and well maintained but we were disappointed with the beach on their premises.

Excellent value ”
After our stay in Navini and Castaway, we finished our trip in Radisson for our last night before departing from Nadi. We were surprised by the quality and size of the room, which included a small American kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, a big bedroom and nice bathroom. There were one adult only swimming pool and one family 2 family swimming pools with a slide. 3 restaurants to choose from and the hotel was next to the Westin and Windham. There are several restaurant around. The view on the beach was nice, although the beach on itself cannot compare to the one in the islands. Overall, an excellent value and a great way to start or to finish your stay in Fiji.

We spent pretty much our entire stay by the pool and mixed it up by choosing to sit at either the sandy beach side or fake lawn end. Plenty of lounges in the shade for our toddler. Dinner buffet at the blu brassiere was extremy good value and the cultural show was an added bonus. My 14 month old loved the activity room with the soft mattresses on the floor to roll around on. Extensive range of food at the breakfast buffet with Ms Ratika Pillay remembering our coffee orders and greeting is with a smile everyday. 2 for 1 cocktails each day by the pool was bliss and it was so easy ordering food and drinks from your sun lounge or at the swim up bar. Spa was good value for money and we were always able to get a booking unlike at other resorts we have stayed at in Fiji. All the staff were super friendly and if you had feedback they were always happy to hear it and pass it on. Best family holiday resort in Fiji without a doubt!

Relaxing Resort in Paradise!”
Overall feedback: we went and walked through the adjacent properties while we were there, and agreed that the Radisson Blu had the best grounds, and the restaurants were the best value. The swim up bar was much nicer than the Sheraton next door, and while you don’t really have direct beach access most of the day (the water is up to the rocks), you can easily access the beach one resort over, with a nice boardwalk. Good: beautiful grounds, helpful friendly staff, nice welcome, good food at restaurants on-site, loved the adults-only relaxation area and the adults-only pool, the Lomani Wai in-pool dining experience was awesome! Dislikes: housekeeping times were highly irregular (they showed up anywhere from 9:30am to 5:30pm). Tip for the resort: set a two hour window for each room and stick to it, letting guests know when to expect housekeeping (if possible)— another option I’ve seen works well is to offer one free breakfast buffet for guests who wish to skip housekeeping that day.

Great for children”
I went and had a look at all the resorts on Denarau Island and the Radisson is the best for the pools and gardens but this Island basically caters for young families, it was like all the teenagers were left at home! Great place if all you want to do is stay there and relax. Don't go to Nadi!!!!

Exceptional”
We had a lagoon view one bedroom room which was really big, it had all the nessesities. Kitchenette, amazing king bed, lounge/dining area, balcony with sun lounge & chairs, washer & dryer, bath & shower. Pretty much everything you need when traveling with an infant. Staff were always friendly, fun, happy & helpful. Resort wasn't too busy which was awesome, pools & little activities were great. Food was either okay or amazing, just a bit pricey but it's the same in all resorts in Denarau. You can buy cheaper snacks from the supermarket at the port or take them with you. Apparently there was a movie deal 60FJD for all movies during your stay but we weren't aware of it until we left. Instead paid 22.50FJD per movie. Wish we were told upon checkin. All in all we loved our stay and would go back. It's definately aimed at families with young kids and would be the most child friendly out of all the resorts in Denarau.

FABULOUS RESORT”
The service and sensation that guests receive here truly makes you feel welcome and relaxed into a holiday spirit. My mum and I were fortunate to have a three course dinner at the Chantara Thai restaurant and I was OVER THE MOON with the service we received by Shaneeza/ Chef Jasmine and Raj. Shaneeza was highly professional in her dealings and had organised (at my request) a small celebration for my mum being her 70th birthday. What a great team and what a fantastic experience we had at Radisson Blu - I have been telling many people about it - thanks again guys and of course BULA

Happy times, but pricey”
We have stayed here before, I think it's the best FAMILY resort on Denarau due to the layout, multiple pools, shade sails, water slide. We paid extra for a lagoon courtyard suite which meant excellent access to the pool and breakfast buffet. The staff were amazing as always. The main negative is that everything is expensive, I'd go so far as to say over-priced even. $9.30 for a single scoop of ice cream and $15 for a bag of Dorito's! The Fiji economy is poor and wages are very low, yet the prices are exceptionally high - 500% dearer than what you might pay in say Thailand.

Wonderful 7 days”
I travelled with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson, we stayed in different parts of the hotel which was not a problem. Temperature was hot so spent 70 % of the time in the pools, loved the water slide which was enjoyed by young and old. Very friendly staff who take special interest in little children, my grandson loved the fire lighting every night. The food at the Thai Restaurant was very very good, fish and chips down at the beach were also excellent. The one bedroom rooms have kitchen facilities which can offset meal costs if you are travelling with 2 or more children, there are plenty of mini Marts, including one at the Radisson, to purchase food to make own meals. We opted to buy, as part of our room package, room plus breakfast. Plenty of activities for adults, canoeing, jet skiing etc and for the kids there is a "kids club", at a cost, and activities such as frog racing, duck races, hair braiding etc. You can dine at any one of the other hotel restaurants on Denarau. Loved all the Happy Hours around the hotel that started at 2.30pm by the pool I would certainly go back.

amazing escapade in the Island of Fiji”
I love the resort very much with a room so comfortable and clean and a superb location within the Denarau area and very near to the Port of Denarau, the gateway to island hopping particularly in Malamala resort and South Seashore Island. Strongly recommended to all since value for money is ok and staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will surely come back on this hotel nxt year.

The hotel for the whole family!”
First of all, this was our first Fiji holiday with our 21 months old son and I was looking forward that he’d enjoy this trip. The hotel itself and it’s amenities and facilities were amazing! The pools were kept clean everday and the water temperature was just right that my son would not leave the water until he was so tired and hungry from swimming and jumping in the water. There’s an adults area pool for those who would want peace and quiet away from the kids. The restaurants served delicious food as well. We especially love Blu Bar and Grill and had the buffet breakfast daily which was included with our package. So many different options to choose from and my son never refused a meal on this trip (he is very fussy usually). Our room was lovely and huge and warm. And I cannot praise the staff enough for being so lovely and making us feel right at home, always greeting us with “bula!”. Special thanks to Emma for looking after our son which was also his first nanny experience.
