A convenient place to stay in the city
Location, amenities,
The hotel is location within walking distance to Queen Street and the Les Mills gym for those who are gym freaks. Convenient as it has a small kitchen (fully equiped) and a washing machine / dryer. However, the daily house keeping is a bit of a let down as they do not mop the kithen floor / vacuum the carpet / clean the toilet during our 15 nights in the hotel.

The property is handy to the city and there is easy access to the extensive bus services. the apartments are compact but very comfortable,modern and clean. The staff, reception and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing experience
At first, I was not given the option of a carpark. I had done it online and that option was not apparent. After travelling 9hrs, had to ask 3x for our spare bed. Twice again for the 3rd towel (as we had 3x people). I booked for 3 people, they need to accommodate for each room before our arrival. Customer service was uninviting. There was an expired (mouldy) muffin in the cupboard. The main bed was broken with a towel holding one side. Just plain disappointing.
