Nice overall.
Location, clean, kitchen
It was good overall. I only stayed for one night, and it was conveniently located.

Average but convenient hotel
location; pool; fast check in
The hotel is actually a mix between a residence and a hotel. Some people actually live here all year long. The rooms are small but quite conveniently furnished. Cleanliness is average: found lots of hair and some dirt in the bathroom. Staff is friendly and fast. For the same price, I prefer other hotels in the CBD. I don't really recommend staying in this hotel as you can find better value for the same price.

Super posh
Location, comfort, convenience
Great Auckland hotel with superb views of the harbor from the upper floors (lower rooms may lack view). The 32nd floor two bedroom suite is well-appointed with every amenity and includes a kitchenette with large refrigerator and freezer. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful and best of all, free 1GB of wifi per day, which is these days is a rare beast in Auckland hotels. The one negative comment that I can make is the location, which is directly across the street from Auckland’s “Red light district”, such as it is. Opposite the Auckland Harbour Oaks is the Penthouse Club and there are a few other strip clubs, massage parlors and the like. Otherwise, the location is fantastic, walking distance to the waterfront area and harbor as well as to Queen St. and central vicinity. Highly recommended.

Ok-ish
Location, security,
This hotel is not quite as good as it thinks it is. The security and the hotel parking are great but the rooms themselves look fine at first but when you delve a little deeper there are couple of worrying features. It's advertised as an apartment but the cooking facilities are minimal and there was mould in the bathroom. It's one of the earlier built hotels and is starting to show it in some areas but with 2 large bedrooms and 3 balconies! there wasn't too much to complain about.

Dirty Carpet
Location
The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable. The only disappointment is that the unit I was in has very dirty carpet and sofa set.

Noisy and no curtains
Close to nicer places.
Very noisy on Sat night into early hours from clubs and pubs in vicinity - even on 10th floor. You need a room on 30+ Floor. Room had no curtains, only broken vertical twist blind that provided neither privacy or darkness. We managed to hang some spare bedclothes over the blind rail for shade. Shower temperature unreliable, one moment hot, next cold.

Well located hotel but limited comfort
Location, price, size
We only stayed over night at this hotel. It is in a great spot if you are attending a show at Vector arena or wish to stay in the CBD region. It was reasonably clean, but the room does lack any ambience or pleasantries. The fixture and fittings are of fairly cheap quality. The hotel is well priced compared to others in the area. So the place is ok as somewhere to sleep, but I won't what to be staying there for any real length of time.

Ok location, but skycity is better for the same $$
close to wharf, large rooms, ok wifi
almost everything was ok. I wasn't too satisfied when they charged me an extra $40 because of a late checkout. I asked front desk for a late checkout the night before and while they agreed, no one seemed to remember it the next day.
