      The second best option in the city”

      I love the location, the ambience and the breakfast

      First I was put in a smoking room and I asked them to move me to a non smoking room. But there's always a trade for that. In the smoking room on the 3rd floor, the air conditioner didn't work properly and the wardrobe door was not functioning. In the non smoking room, still on the third floor, the view was not as good as the other one and the toilet was broken, the hot water didn't run. But overall, I had a good time staying in the hotel.

      Location, location, location

      Poorly maintained hotel, bathroom was smelly. The carpet was old, and not fresh, cockroaches found in the cupboard and behind TV. Breakfast is limited, not much choice. Quality of TV was poor, channel limited to local TV only. Wifi ca not be detected at 3rd floor. No lift available, not suitable for senior citizen..

      Dirty & Unfriendly staff”

      It's total waste for your money. The room was stuffy, aircond take ages to cool the room and sound like a broken engine. The bathroom was very dirty, you can see the separation line on the wall (they only wash the floor, i guess). The staff was very unpleasant, not very helpful in giving information and give annoyed face as answer for your question.
