I booked five rooms. my wife's and I, our room no toilet seat. the shower was unusable. i pointed they this out to them, they just were silent. An agreed upon price for two other rooms for late family members was set. When we went to check out, suddenly they wanted double the price for the two rooms. also the credit card reader did not work. so they wanted me to go to local ATM and give them cash. We have stay there 3 other times in the past. So this was not what we had come to expect from them. I think they were trying to con us out of more money. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS.

On arrival at the hotel I thought I was caught in a nightmare. It was a last minute decision to visit family with the hotel room and airfares being booked and paid for the previous night. On arriving at the hotel was told that there were no rooms available and there was a problem with the websites. After voicing my displeasure that my booking had been accepted and my money taken if there were no rooms available the manager was contacted who found alternative accommodation, not that it matched what I had booked. On arrival at the alternative I informed the staff member of my frustration and anger, by this time the manager had gotten confirmation of a cancellation and had a room available so we all went back to Paglaum. If not for the problems at the start it would have been a very enjoyable stay with the rooms as advertised.

sogar im besten Zimmer des Hauses, defekte Dusche, WC- Deckel etc. trotz gebuchtem Frühstück gab es kein Frühstück. Wir haben für 5 Personen 2 Nächte gebucht und sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber über Agoda zu teuer - Besser direkt und ohne Frühstück buchen, weil das selbst für philippinische Verhältnisse ein wenig ärmlich ist - ganz billiger Rice und vieles 'Out of stock'. Kein Kaffee im Frühstücks enthalten und den - angeblich "Complementary Coffee" außerhalb - konnten wir nicht finden.

Personalen spelade mycket hög musik i lobbyn kl 06 på morgonen, för sitt eget höga nöjes skull. Duschen fungerade knappt och wi-fi är väldigt svagt i rummet. Avloppet från handfatet i badrummet hade dålig avrinning vilket personalen trots påpekande inte åtgärdade. Frukost ingår inte och det enda alternativet är ett café som ligger vägg i vägg. Men där var det alldeles för varmt och väldigt dålig service. Vi har bott här två gånger tidigare och måste tyvärr säga att det utvecklats till det sämre.

Vi kom sent och somnade direkt för att sedan ge oss av tidigt på morgonen. För detta ändamål passade hotellet perfekt.
