Nice stay”
It’s a budget hotel but they try to do their best. Everything works well if you are not too demanding, hot shower, stable wifi, good food of very affordable price. Sometimes water supply was cut, then I realised why there was a bucket in the toilet.. It was such an experience if you walk to the hotel from the bus terminal. Google map leads you to a mountain where probably will make you feel confused and lost, but just went up and go through it, then you arrive. Or you can choose the car route on the map, it’s just 500m more than the walking route.

Room was very clean and spacious. Airconditoning was working, which was perfect after a day in the beach with sunburnt skin. Food was soooo good!! i especially recommend the sisig longganisa!! Staff were friendly. Staying there felt like your home away from home because the owner really took time to interact with the guests. Felt very homey! would definitely com back and stay here again. :)

They are so welcoming inspite we came super early around 9:40am and check in time is 1pm they accomodate us with there available rooms do early check in with same price how cool is that thank you ☺️ the food at baste is so affordable compare to other food choices near at the beach front if you were a budget concious like us try there in house mini resto.

If you are driving make sure to arrive there early. Streets are dark and no signage of the hotel name outside the main road. You need to find it. Hotel is clean, friendly staff and very close to the beach.

The staff were courteous and allowed us to stay in the ground floor bec of our many luggage. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There were renovations being done at that time. The food was expensive in and around the beach. We had to go to market to buy at a local carinderya to. Save money. The beach had some seaweeds making it uncomfortable to swim.

Hotel simple, good room althou basic bathroom without hot water for shower. Wifi and AC good as well. Brkfst not includrd, can have downstairs but so basic and minimum that it's better to get it at nearby resorts, walking distance. The beach is wonderful and probably the best in the Philippines, almost deserted as it's far in northern Luzon. Affordable price makss Rinnovati the best option around, although service is very basic.

Fine. For a short time”
Close to the sea, the place is quiet, there are no roosters here. The staff is polite, help when necessary. The rooms are old, a little light, insects are not here, not very clean, especially in the bathroom. Towels are changed, bedding is good and clean.

When we went there the information section is hidden and it's not welcoming there were a lot of people in front of the building making noise. We went there 1:20 pm on the Agoda page it says there that the check in time is 12 PM and check out time is 1 pm so we expected that we will have a check in but unfortunately the staff said it should be 2pm and check out is 12 PM. While we are waiting that was the time when they were cleaning our room so we went to the beach and walk we left our things in the reception area. After that at exactly 2 pm they managed to clean it but then we requested 2 towels but they said that they will just give it because the laundry shop did not yet deliver after 5 hours there were no towels coming to us that's why we followed up and after 5 minutes they gave it to us. In addition, while we were sleeping people outside are so noisy that was until 11 pm that is why we just left our television on so that we will not hear the loud conversations outside. Then, when we had our check out there were no staff on the reception area that was quite disappointing. The venue is 2 mins walk from the beach. The way going to the beach is that you need to pass the restaurants so you can go to the beach there were no main way to go there. I think there are some resorts that has the best service even if they have a cheap value.

Overnight Birthday Stay”
There was a construction during our stay so it was quite noisy. There is no bathroom rug and towels when we checked-in so we need to request it to the reception area. Also, they only gave 1 towel at first as the other towels are still in the laundry - they gave us 2 towels came night time. There was a disturbing spiral stairs inside our room going nowhere but the ceiling so it was consuming space and kinda hard to move around. There was a heater in the bathroom but not working even if restarted and turned on. They gave us wifi password but there was no wifi detected. The blankets feel nice and cozy, there was a table for your things, there was a balcony too. Overall, it was just okay.

Good stay at an affordable price”
Place is walking distance to the famous Saud beach and apo idon beach. Rooms are ver spacious, good for more than two people. They do not serve breakfast but there is a diner in the building which have good meals at an affordable price, there are also restaurants near the hotel. We did not read right away the guide/notes in the room that whenever you are to leave the room to go out, you must deposit your key to the staff so we always bring ours but unfortunately lost it at Saud beach not sure if the dog roaming around get it as we placed it safely in the sandals covered by the shorts so we paid for the lost key. Read the guide! Also, the front desk is not always at the table for questions and concerns. She told us that she will just get the remote for the TV when she accompanied us to our room and took us hours to get the remote from her. No toiletries were ptovided. Blankets have holes. Overall, it is still a good place to stay.

Relaxing but very basic”
Pros: the price as I stayed during off peak season, there’s a cafe called Baste’s diner on the bottom floor which had great and friendly people running it and had great food Cons were that the building itself that I stayed in wasn’t finished, the water pressure for shower was weak and bugs were an issue. Recommendation depends on your reason of travel
