        Excellent”
I love pai , this hostel is very nice to make friend and chill . But music untill midnight, hard to sleep before it ,you have to know it. In the Bamboo house you ear all the sound around ,need earplug and again... I switch for the greensolo house and was very better. The pool and animation is very great. You can walk easily to the village so very close. The staff dont look very happy ,may be is boring about party people. If not Was a perfect moment for me. Thank you

        view 🙌 sloppy”
the pool and view is killer. it bothered me that loud music played at the bar and the reception at the same time. if you were on the hammocks (in between the bar and reception) then it was just auditory chaos. the toilets can be far from your room. I had a green room that I quite liked, thought it was a good value for the $. it's a decent 12/15min walk to the market and town, but easy with a scooter. the vibe is v social, but there are lots of people so that could be overwhelming.

Good value for money, beautiful location and a homely atmosphere”
I enjoyed my stay there, we found it by accident but will definitely go back, there was a bit of confusion with our room when we turned up but it all got sorted quickly and we were given a better room for the same price to make up for it. I loved the campfire in the afternoon and how friendly everybody was, overall it's a great place for anyone wanting to chill out and make new friends!

        Great Party Hostel”
Would recommend! Have organised hostel events during the day as well as nightly events. Great social atmosphere and spectacular view. Ended up extending stay dates because I liked it so much. Has anything you could possibly need. May seem a little ways out of town but the walk is actually short and beautiful

This hostel has a very nice atmosphere!”
You can meet many travellers from all over the world. It's easy to find someone for a day trip.Just be social.Don't miss the sunset view at the beautiful canyon. You can rent a scooter/helmet at the hostel if they have any left(around 200)The town is in walking distance over a small bamboo bridge.Where you can go to the night market for delicious street food.ATM right outside hostel. The pool view is amazing.100 baht buffé breakfast was nice, they make you fresh eggs any way you like.Fresh fruit and waffles/ pancakes/toast.Drinks included.Unfortunately no free water to refill, only option is to buy plastic or filter your own.The shuttle bus to Ciang Mai ist only 180 baht from hostel no need to walk into the centre.I stayed in green hut with fan.Comfy bed,but it gets hot in the mornings better to get cheaper bamboo hut with mosquito net.Stay far away from the pool.Loud music some nights, but can still sleep with earplugs. After 1/2am without.Wish I could have stayed longer.7days was not enough

I started off as a solo traveler but now am not thanks to circus. The vibe here is better than any other hostel I’ve been to. I was concerned with bed bugs/cleanliness but the bungalows were spotless and never had an issue. The beds are lumpy but I fell asleep easily at night. People take you in as family here. Free breakfast buffet, free dinner, and free sunset shots added up to a great time. Would highly recommend circus for solo travelers or groups who aren’t looking for a drink till you throw up hostel, but a have as much fun as possible hostel.

I heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place how it too crazy to stay here but not true! it has real cool chilled vibes all day and night until about 10,pm they actually turn the music off and everyone goes out to party so its quiet at night times. Always something to do and people to meet here, great pool, good atmosphere. I would stay Here again 100%,would recommend if you are a solo traveller

Just a bed, small table & a lamp”
There were no rags, no towels, no place to hang your clothes..nothing. There was a stain on the pillow. The sheets were not washed at all. This place is good for party people. But if you want friendly and peaceful atmosphere, this place is not for you. Due to my carelessness, I left my purse in the bathroom. It was in the reception but my several thousands were gone. Best to book a room with private bathroom. Just a precaution for careless people like me :)

I originally planned to stay 3 nights here, but I loved it so much I stayed 5... I almost stayed longer too ! There was always something going on, someone to talk to and make friends with and also a great place to chill and relax. You have the best of both worlds - crazy, wild nights ‘in space’ or a relaxing night by the campfire or pool. Absolutely loved it here ! Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free ! And so was mini dinners most nights (soup or pad Thai)

Very basic rooms but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. The breakfast is great, the pool is well kept and the chilled vibe is great. Views were incredible. Only downside was the distance to town, you will probably want to rent a scooter. Scooters were available though and great fun. Definitely recommend to anyone, particularly solo travellers, who don't mind roughing it but want a great time!!

        Not the best!”
Depends what you are travelling for. Some great views by the pool. This hostel was a great place to meet people however it was dirty, didn't even want to shower here. Booked 3 nights but only stayed for two. It's about a 10/15 minute walk, down some dark paths, to walking street. Also, wasn't impressed with the entertainment that was put on. Aparantly they would teach you circus tricks but it just looked like they gave you the equipment but nobody was actually there to teach you. Overall, there are far nicer places to stay in Pai and for less money!

Great view from the hostel, really easy to meet new people and friendly staff. Bamboo cabins get cold by night, but just put on some extra clothes and you'll be fine. Walking distance to the center.
