Beautiful retreat by the river”
Pai Park is beautiful! Cottages are nestled on the riverbank in a lovely garden setting. Just a five minute walk from the main street of Pai but totally removed from noise and people. It's a lovely retreat. The bugs in the bathroom might be a downside for some, but are such a non-issue compared to how lovely the area is and how relaxing it is to chill on the balcony. There was no sign of the reggae bar mentioned elsewhere in the comments so perhaps it's not here any more. Everything was peaceful, quiet and lovely. Worth checking out.

I really like this resort, regardless what other negative comments, as we have stayed here before a few years back. We remember they have a very clean room, nice and quite surroundings with nature and Pai beautiful river. But we stayed in the most expensive room, though. So, we have no comments on other cheaper room.

Difficult to find but beautiful bungalows.”
The bungalows are a little difficult to find, especially when driving. There really is no practicle way to get there and you are forced to park on the other side of the river and walk across a hanging bridge. This was a problem for us because we were traveling with a small baby and baby stroller, but it shouldnt be a problem for those with very lightly. The more expensive bungalows are beautiful with nice woodwork and have a beautiful view of the river valley. The hotel also has cheap and very very cheap bungalows which are little more than a metal A frame over a bed, but if on a backpacker budget could be OK I guess. The other problem is that it is very close to a loud and obnoxious reggae bar. The people who run the place are very nice, but also disorganized.

Comfortable bungalows”
Nice friendly staff, the room was quite dirty though. We arrived and there were a lot of ants in the room, I've stayed in bungalows before so I expect a few bugs to be in there but on this occasion there were a lot. The lady at the desk was nice enough to spray the room with some bug spray, but sadly they just crusted away in our room for the next few days. There was mould on the walls and the windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time. Despite this bad report I really liked this place, the rooms were nice, they were just a bit grotty. I think if they were cleaned more they would be amazing.

Terrible, terrible, terrible”
Pai park destroyed my trip. I woke up at 2:00 am because of running and crying sound of mice on the roof and the wall!! So I escaped to my friend's home at that time. Pai park didn't have to take a booking in that room. So so terrible. The worst of worst.

I work online, and the manager was very accommodating, roped a few friends into staying on the property with the price and location. Just down the road from the walking street, right next to a river!

nice stay in the green and only 4 min to walk to busy walking street. What is confusing is that Pai Park Cottage does not exist anymore, which comes up on a totally wrong location using GPS, to get to the real one type in google maps only ..Pai Park ..

Property was not in a good state of repair, was not particularly clean and we ended with no hot water. Access was via a suspension bridge which was difficult to negotiate with luggage. It's only redeeming feature was it's proximity to the town centre.

The swing bridge at first might make you have 2nd throughts but this place was perfect . 1 min walk off walking street and tiy find the river. Walking along that you settle the madness and then it. Over the bridge to peacefully village. The lady was sooo happy. Definately the perfect recommendation
