Where to stay in Pai Riverside
Pai Riverside hotels & accommodations

Beautiful hotel, located at the best spot in pai. The stuff was amazing, very kind, took care of everything we needed especially May, one of the girls at the desk. The only two problems were the smell in the room because the rooms are made of woods and it’s raining season, and the frogs outside the room made a lot of noise at night. The price was a little expensive co...

This is my second visit to the Reverie Siam, and I loved it just as much. Delightfully, this time I felt no obligation to go and do any tours, and so I lazed my days away at the hotel, which it is certainly designed to support. There are two pools, a traditional rectangular one and a more family friendly organic shaped one, which some of the rooms can step straight out...

From beginning to end: we loved it here. The staff made us feel very welcome from the start, helped us out when possible and the location is just perfect (you’ll walk into town straight away). If you want to rent a scooter to explore around Pai, just ask at the reception and they’ll get you a scooter right there! Room was nice, as well as the laundry service they offer...

Comfortable stay just tucked away from most of the noise. There is a busy backpackers club next door which promptly stops the music around 12 o'clock. So if you have sleeping problems or kids, you may need to ask for a room away from the neighbours. It is a beautiful little boutique resort which is only a 3 minute walk to the night street where there are a number of ...

We had two rooms. When we checked in they accidentally gave us a twin bed room. But they soon fixed this up and fortunately meant one of our rooms was upgraded to the river view room (gave that to our parents). The standard rooms have beds on a raised platform on the floor, which actually is quite nice to sleep on. This would be one of the most expensive hotels in Pai,...

The room was pleasant and clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a good size. We loved the location overlooking the river, it was very pleasant to eat, drink and chill in the lounge/restaurant area. I thought it was a little expensive compared to other hotels in Pai but the location and staff made it feel worth it.

This is a nice quite riverside resort in the tourist-crowded Pai town center. The Deluxe Cottage faces the beautiful garden and can see the river. The room is charming, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is interesting. It got a open-air shower, while other parts of the bathroom are under the roof. Luckily it wasn't a rainy day the night we stayed. I suppose in winte...

Baan Pai Riverside (Pai House Riverside) was a lovely little resort consisting of a number of bungalows, half modern and half in old bamboo style along the beautifully peaceful river that runs through the town of Pai. The staff were lovely, accomodating and friendly, spoke good english and were always available when needed. The accomodation itself was fairly basic but...

very nice place, good service, great receptionist - would come book again if coming back to Pai. Definitely the best place we have stayed on our Thailand trip. This was our second hotel in Pai, from the first one we were running after first night.. Thumbs up!

the hotel locates just beside the ww2 bridge, rooms facing the river all have amazing view. perfect for taking a stroll on the shore at sunset. only breakfast is offered but on an open, clean and riverside terrace, with fresh air for you to start a relaxing day. loved the plants in the yard, making it a perfect site for holidays and honeymoons. staff are kind-hearted...

I stayed in riverside villa the first night, so beautiful to be right on the river, quiet, peaceful, safe. Villa is clean and quaint. Hot water didn't get all that hot but it's warm during the day so it doesn't really matter. Second night I stayed in treehouse... if you like this kinda thing it's a dream come true! Small and cozy, it was a favorite experience so far. I...

We LOVED staying here at Pai Loess and would happily stay here again if we were back in Pai. The rooms are simple but clean, with working air con and a balcony with a hammock. Tam, the owner, is such a wonderful delight of a human. The free breakfast is basic but fine. The view and the location are amazing and so peaceful. PLUS, once we asked Tam to recommend a massage...

Staying at a riverside cottage is the best way to experience what Pai is all about. You're in nature with the town just steps away. The cottage is rustic and simple, so it feels like camping but with a little more comfort. If you're afraid of bugs, you may want to stay at a fancier resort, although there will probably be a few bugs there too. It's mostly quiet, alt...

Soi One is the most beautiful and comfortable Bedrooms that we have ever stayed in Thailand! The breakfast is also very delicious. It's just at the corner of the main road. Wnat's more, it is very close to the riverside. We have spend four wonderful nights in Soi One. The host and the manager is very nice and helpful. The hostess is an artist. Her handmade works are the...

The room was made of reclaimed teak (floors and walls) with a proper bathroom attached and we didn't want to leave it! The balcony had cushions and seats that looked out over a very pretty garden (with the scent of jasmine wafting over you) that in turn leads, in seconds, to the river, where you can also idle away your time enjoying the great location. Everything was...

I'm only halfway through my stay here at Rim Pai Cottage but have no qualms saying now - I absolutely LOVE it here. I'm staying in the Junior Suite with river views and the room is spacious, the bathroom spotless and large and the verandah area is so large and comfy that I'm spending most of my time there, just enjoying the river. The air con is top notch, the wifi s...

Mik and Toey were extremely hospitable and did everything they possibly could to make their guests comfortable. Because of their kindness and goodness, a sense of community develops at Pai Country Hut. Even though people stayed for different periods of time, and came from all over the world, we jelled and I believe that was due to how open Mik and Toey are plus the fac...

we find the resort on Agoda and we book an extra offer, breakfast included. The resort is located just after the memorial bridge, on the Chiang Mai Road, so you just drive by when you come to Pai by minibus. you can ask you driver for a drop at the bridge!!!It’s only 8 km from the center, the hotel provide free shuttle every hour during the day until late (fees after 8...

The best hotel in Pai I am sure. You have all the luxury and comfort of 4 stars and live in natural surroundings - river, forest, hot springs in your shower and tub, fresh mountain air. Breakfast (American or Thai) is served to your bungalow any time during a day which is okay for you. Free transfer to airport or other location in Pai on the check out. Hotel is situate...

this reort is one of the best locations in pai. beautiful riverside rooms, pool, and restaurant. we had the jacuzzi suite , which is a bit costly for pai but well worth it. sometimes it is a good sign if you dont want to come out of your room...it was clean, romantic and homely. the staff are fantastic and very helpful without being intrusive. darren and his wife ar...

This was by far my favourite place in Thailand.. both Pai itself and Breeze of Pai. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the bungalow was absolutely adorable. It was clean and comfortable, what more do you need! We had only booked a fan room as the website didn't give us an option but were pleasantly surprised when our room had a brand new AC system that was SO ...

When I saw photos of a sweet garden and colorful little cottages by the Pai River,I booked this hotel to get some rest from months of travel. It appears that the hotel caters to groups that arrive midday and leave super early in the morning for their next tour, not without waking up the rest of the guests with loud friendly chatter and armies of rolling luggage wheelin...

i misbooked my days and missed first day but he just gave me the room and made no big deal So i arrived a day late my mistake with the booking data. the owner and his wife just welcomed me and gave me the room without problems. Their advice on where to eat breakfast and dinner were the best budget places i ate whilest in pai. I wanted to stay an extra day and he wen...

Location was smack-on, just a stone's throw away from the town centre - Walking Street, Pai Bus Station, White Buddha, etc. Super friendly staffs who were never lack of their sweet smiles and very courteous. The room was cosy and spacious. More importantly, the room was kept very tidy and clean. TV was from the olden days, but not a big issue. We booked the room withou...

Stayed here for 1 night after doing a motorbike ride from Chiang Mai to Pai, very tired and aching the private bungalow was the perfect place to rest. The food from the restaurant was lovely and the staff very kind. Unfortunately it rained just after we checked in and for the rest of the day so we weren’t able to make use of the pool but I would definitely recommend st...

I went to Pai with my family and spent my first night here, where was about 5-6 minutes driving away from the downtown, surrounding by river and loz of greenery. The hotel owner was very generious to pick us up from the station and to arrange the downtown transfer at the next day without charge, and even declined my tips. Due to the late arraival to the hotel, we had ...

Pai Fah was very conveniently located close to the major walking street but not directly in the busiest parts of town. The bar next door plays live music in the evenings, but it's pretty good so we had no trouble sleeping. The room was clean and the bathroom large. However, the mattress was very old and we could feel the springs easily. Overall it was a good place to s...

This is a great place! It's nice and quiet, except it can get a little loud outside at night due to the bars. But I honestly really liked this hostel. The host is AMAZING and is so friendly and gave me a ride to the bus terminal when I was in need! I would recommend anyone I meet to stay here while in Pai.

Mom hostelo was such a nice place to stay in Pai. It's a great location being on one of the main streets right off the night walking street and close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The facilities are clean and the bed is comfortable. The room even comes with a little balcony which we enjoyed, and we were able to park our motorbikes onsite. Definitely recommend to an...

It is a good place for people who a seeking peace and quiet and on the other had would like to have all shops and restaurants within reach. Nice hammock in every bungalow. The place is well looked after and close to the Pai river. Exactly as described on Agoda.

Perfect location next to the night market/walking street and river. Bars/nightlife/massages were also convenient. All you have to do is cross the bamboo bridge! The porch was my favorite, with a private hammock and...

The bungalow has all you need.. it is epuipped much more that other bungolows of other guesthouses, its spacious. very very close to the riverside and centre and at night very quiet. My wife and I have stayed at 5 different places in Pai and this is by far our favorite. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They give you two bean bag chairs which yo...

The hotel is far from the road, about 600m along a dirt trail. There is no internet, basic but clean chalets set in the middle of nowhere. If nature is your thing and you are driving, then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise it will be frustrating just getting in and out of the hotel to the main road! The caretaker family speaks basic english and Thai, but coo...

The bungalows are a little difficult to find, especially when driving. There really is no practicle way to get there and you are forced to park on the other side of the river and walk across a hanging bridge. This was a problem for us because we were traveling with a small baby and baby stroller, but it shouldnt be a problem for those with very lightly. The more exp...

The best experience we had got in Pai, as the mountain burning all days along, air is terrible, night market didn't as fun as we expected before. We were very disappoint till we find this hotel. The best hotel I lived in Thailand. I would come back later. Though it's a little far from the urban area, it takes only 15 minutes by motobike. By the way, ride the motobike i...
