Overall OK”
Rooms need renovation, no windows, no air circulation. Internet signal was weak. No plugs in rooms, difficult to charge mobile. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location.

Acceptable”
There was no cover on the duvet and it was dirty. No sheet to sleep under either. The toilet was clogged and there frequently wasn’t staff in the building. There was no breakfast, just coffee and tea and a small wafer bar. Staff was nice, and came when you called the number.

Easy 5 minute walk from train station”
If you're in PakChong, chances are it's because you're heading to Khao Yai. The Phubade is well situated just a five minute walk from the train station and buses to the park. Room was clean, hotel was clean, I would stay there again.

Great for backpackers”
The building was old which we feel made the room feel dirty. We walked barefoot and were fine. Towels, bedsheets and pillows were clean and white. No bed bugs. The staff was very helpful and kind. We actually enjoyed this place a lot. But we do not have high standards and have checked out other hostels/hotels around the price range that had lots of ants or weren't at a great location. this location was near the bus station, train station, amazing night market (large variety of food) and close by a motorcycle rental. Location and price was much more important to us than appearance so it was great for us. Water was cold but many other places we stayed at had only cold water as well so we were fine. Pillows are extra firm which I actually liked so we were fine with that as well! Overall I would recommend this place if your top priority is location and price.

Cheap place to sleep before moving on.”
A very basic hotel, good for one night between arriving in Pak Chong and heading off to your next destination (e.g. Khao Yai National Park).

Worst hotel I've stayed at yet”
I've been traveling for six weeks and this was by far the dirtiest hotel, with no hot water and terrible wifi. I knew it wasn't gonna be great because of the other reviews I'd read. If you can spend a bit more and stay somewhere cleaner, I'd recommend it. The location, though, is ideal: close to train and bus stations and right near the night market. The Khao Yai Park tour they offer was exceptional - and I'd highly recommend it!

Budget Hotel”
This is an old budget hotel, what you'd expect from a small provincial hotel for the money. Hard mattresses and pillows, no hot water (which can be a problem in the cooler weather in Pak Chong). However, the manager speaks English and for the money you can't complain.

Pay for convenience, little else”
This place has been around for decades, and it looks and feels like it. Rooms are antiquiated: TV, furniture, hallways, elevator, windows. It's very poorly kept aw many windows are broken or dirty but they're almost always rusted to the point where you can't close them, thereby allowing the street noise easily into the room. No ants or roaches though. The shower is pathetic. The showerhead is poorly attached to the wall and sprays everywhere but on your body. It's better to take it off and shower with the hose. Since there's no heats, it's a chilly shower. Staff are ok. One spoke English. Wi-Fi was tolerable as they reset it after I nited that it was down. Pay less, get a hostel OR pay more, get a real hotel. Skip this place.

Overpriced”
Good location, about 10 minutes to train station. Overly priced!! For that money i would have expected more. Lights didn't work all the time, i couldn't lock my room door propally, everyone could just pull it open, even if locked! From the sink you wash your hands, didn't come water almost at all. Shower was broken and only cold water. Way too expensive for that kind of room. Though the staff were really nice!!

Just a place to sleep”
Very basic rooms - wi-fi, air-con. were ok, but nothing more is worth mentioning. For leaving things after stay, even if you collect them the same evening, you have to pay (not much, but still, it is not a great favour to let you leave them for free). But ok, it's fair to mention, that we were given password to wifi after collecting things, and we could use internet in the lobby becasuse we needed it - for free.

Good stay for the money”
It was a good guesthouse type room. Had everything I needed and not overly fancy.

Very standard Chinese style guest house”
this is an old chinese style guest house with fan only and no hot water. it's the kind of room you'd expect for baht in a provincial thai town. just a place to sleep. the walk in rate for the room was 280 baht. but it was quiet and relatively clean. it is also used as a "short time" hotel by locals.

:-(”
I think this hotel should be cheaper for what you get. The floor was torn up, everything stained, elevator out of service, pigeons inside, etc.

acceptable for 1 night stay”
The hotel is near to the bus terminal that you can easily take minivan to bangkok and truck to khaoyai. There are 7-11, mini big c and night market nearby. The hotel is quite old and the bed is not really clean. However, it is still acceptable if you only wanna stay for 1 night.

Central location but very basic rooms”
The hotel was very basic and the rooms were very small and disappointing. There was no fridge and no remote control for the TV or air conditioning. The temperature on the air conditioning could not be changed. The rate was cheap but it is only a one star hotel not 3 star as suggested. Nevertheless it is centrally located and all hotels in the area are much dearer.

Pretty Bad Night of Sleep”
Not good. Bed was softer than anywhere else I have stayed in Thailand but it was incredibly loud all night long. People in the halls and right outside. Music coming from somewhere. Was only able to doze in and out of sleep all night. Also, the fan was not great so it was uncomfortably warm in the room. Decently clean I suppose but the shower head squirted water in every direction except down at your head. Also, Agoda did not have the cheapest rooms listed. I ended up paying extra for a TV that I didn't want because the cheaper rooms weren't listed on the website. Overall not a good night. Glad I was only staying for one night and really only needed a place to lay my head for a bit.

Cheap price but only very basic accommodation”
I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms. The price was cheap but it is certainly not a 3 star hotel...more like one star. There is no remote control for the air con. There is no fridge and the bathroom is very basic. The cost is cheap but I would not be staying there again.

Not great... low quality room”
No hot water for showers, curtains thinner than paper, might as well have not had any for the amount they blocked the light, windows wouldn't shut properly, very noisy outside. It was cheap though.
