Was disappointed because we were not allowed to sit in the lawns, as there was a private party. Even more so because foreign tourists were allowed to sit. Anyway, I think that the property should give more importance to a guest who is residing in their hotel.

I am terribly disappointed that my team and I failed to meet up to your expectations. This is to inform you that one guest had booked whole garden area as there was a get together party so we were unable to allow another guest to sit there. The foreign tourists were guests from that group only who sit in the lawns. We are non partial towards every guests. Further we are apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay.
