Stayed here as I wanted to be close to Saitama Super Arena for a show. Hotel was pleasantly good value and very clean. Didn't use the facilities but there were lots of guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay. If I'm visiting this area again, I'd have no issue staying here again.

The staff is very helpful in all matters. The location is very close to Omiya station where you can find a lot of good foodie outlets. The hotel room is generally clean but the bathroom has a bad smell.

Excellent Stay”

The hotel is located in front of Omiya station (less than 5min. on foot). There is convinience store (FamiMa) at 2F. Everything was clean, but there was some dust on the bed. The staffs were very kind.

誕生日に宿泊しましたところ・・・”

今回は、実家の墓参りのために、大宮に参りました。自家用車利用でしたが、ホテルに駐車するのにも1680円で一泊駐車でき、助かりました。 墓参りし、自宅にも1時間くらいで帰れるのですが、誕生日でったころ、幼少期を過ごした大宮にて想い出に浸りたかったことなどをかなえるべく、こちらに宿泊させていただきました。事前に誕生日であることをお伝えしておりましたら、最上階のお部屋で、かつお部屋にメッセージカードとチョコレートのプレゼントを用意してくださいました。チェックアウト時に、お礼を伝えたところ、また改めて「お誕生日おめでとうございます」と言われ、想い出深い思い出の地での誕生日となりました。ロケーション、館内設備、清潔さは、もちろん問題なく素晴らしいです。実家のそばではございますが、また宿泊させていただければと思います。この度はありがとうございました！！
