      Good Services”

      Room is standard but clean. Staff are nice. Buffet is nice. Room service dining menu is very nice and recommended. There is swimming pool for kids and playground that is quite good but need more toys. I accidentally left my jackets in the wardrobe and they provide lost and find service that is awesome, i just need to pay the delivery fee. Overall the service is good, I can recommend it for family vacation.

      Amazing Hotel”

      Cipanas is the most cold part of puncak at all times. standing right next to Presidential Palace is something to consider when choosing a good hotel. Big swimming pools for kids and adults. playing area for kids. big lobby on first floor. Breakfast view is very nice and great selection from fried rice, porridge, bread, cereal and the best part is freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine. near to local market and eateries. room is very very big. hopefully hotel will upgrade security in balcony area and apply a permanent locked windows for safety reasons. Perfect hotel for family with small children.

      I checked in at 30 July till August 1st in the middle of covid-19 pandemic and stay at suite rooms. The services is kinda slow because most of the employee still not allowed to start the job yet. (Understandable because of covid-19 pandemic). Breakfast variant wasn't to many and you can count it with your fingers. The suite room is ok for me and my family. Since i'm not allowing my son to swim in the pool because of Corona Viruses. So he used the bathtub to play. Overall, i'm quite satisfied with my stay ;)
