Perfect Selection for Venice”
We stayed at Garden Deluxe Suite for 3 nights. We loved this hotel, and recommend for everyone. The location is great, you can reach everywhere in 10min walk. Water bus station S.Toma is so near. Market is in 30mt distance. So many restaurants, bars, cafes near. Room is designed very well, and you can taste the culture. So kindly, great and helpfull staff. They always trying to help you. Breakfast is perfect. The staff give us a kettle for use in the room, but if it could be a standard facility in rooms, it would be nice. So the next time We would stay here again. Great pleasure for us to stay at Palazzetto Madonna
Venice in March”
This was our first visit to Venice and a little apprehensive about the location of our hotel, however now we have been wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We loved the location and the district of San Polo was perfect and easy to walk to all areas of Venice, the area is very peace. Our room was on the ground floor which was a little noisy on occasions as we were woken by breakfast preparations and people walking along the street along side our room would be amplified by the tiny alleyways. If we were to visit again we would make every effort to stay on the second floor. The rooms do not have tea & coffee making facilities and you are required to use room service and for two pots of tea will cost you €7 (I did miss my morning coffee and endless supply of evening cups of tea) The reception staff were extremely helpful and valued their knowledge and support as the Venice transport systems can seem a little daunting at times. Thumbs up and looking forward to our next visit
AMAZING”
This hotel is amazing. The details through the hotel are spot on. The photos do not do the hotel justice, it is better. The room had everything, nothing out of place, nothing even slightly wrong. From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with friendly helpful staff at reception, around the hotel and in the dinning room. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is easy walking to most of the sights and has a great vaparetto stop around the corner. Quiet location but has dining options near by. Noise outside window was never a problem. Breakfast is out of this world incredible. There is something for everyone and lots for most. I can not say enough about this hotel. If it is in your budget book it now, and if not find a way you will not regret it. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF you made our time in Venice the best it could ever be.
Great Hotel with exceptional decor”
This is a truly nice hotel in the heart of Venice. 5-7mins walk from Rialto Bridge and about 20mins walk to the main St.Marks square. The breakfast is really good and the staff are friendly / helpful. I would recommend this hotel as when you look around Venice at other hotels, for the price this is as good at it gets for a 4/5*. The rooms may not be huge, but still good decent size for staying within Venice and the decor brings a sense of pride and well maintained. Given the amount of tourist the flock in August, it’s not going to be quiet 24/7. Enjoy!
Lovely Hotel”
Just got back from Venice and a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we had (108) was absolutely amazing. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was much better than some of the reviews I read before I booked. There was something for everyone and set us up for the day! The hotel is positioned perfectly for the Water bus stop at San Toma, Gondola and Tragetto along with some good restaurants. I would recommend the “Impromptu Cafe” and the bar opposite for early drinks. It is also about 2-3 minutes walk from the bar Basego which is also a great early evening bar for an Aperol Spritz! Fantastic hotel, fantastic position and great staff. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Great Hotel”
Great hotel very close to San Toma Boat terminal great walk to Rialto and San Marco Olga at breakfast was fantastic Breakfast was a few items but all very very good Much better than some of the larger hotels buffets who have too much. This one was also included in the price. The restaurants and bar on the opposite Would highly recommend and we'll be back
Best”
The hotel is beautifully decorated. All the materials and decorations that they use are like a 6-Star Luxury Hotel. Location is very near to everywhere. Basically Venice is not that big, so walking distance to everywhere is convenient. Staff were very helpful. My first check-in room smells funny so I request to change room, and the staff showed me few rooms and let me decide which roo. that I preder to choose. And they move every of my luggage to the new room. Strongly recommend.
Special place requires a special review”
Venice is a lovely city. Everyone knows this, that is why the tourist more than double the locals. Compared to any other hotel this one is a ripoff, but this is Venice so the price is justified. Other hotels will have an even tinier room if you could believe it. The staff was amazing and the room had nice Murano chandeliers in it that persuaded me into buying one for myself. The hotel itself is fine. Stay if you have the means. But if I were to come back to Venice I would have stayed on shore since Venice doesn't really have much to do at night anyways and you can save some serious money.
Luxury in venice”
Pros: Beautiful room and spacious Lovely clean bathrooms Staff were always helpful and attentive Good location near the main tourist sites but also in a quieter location away from noise Right next to the canal so minimal walking needed Breakfast was very good Cons We had the garden facing room so unfortunately a few ants came in and bit us! But thats all i can say is a con. Overall a lovely hotel and experience in venice due to this hotel
Perfect place to stay”
Great location, easy to strolling around Venice, beautiful place and hotel. Breakfast was good, value for money. Room was very nice, bathroom is spacious and clean, very well maintained. Highly recommended to people first time to Venice.
Bella Madonna”
Excellent hotel will be staying again soon, hope to try one of the new rooms next year sometime not that there is anything wrong with the older ones ! beautiful boutique hotel with first class furnishings and decor. a little difficult to find when on foot but thats Venice for you.
Our favorite hotel in Italy”
Beautiful room, private modern bathroom and lovely amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great. I would absolutely stay here again. Definitely the nicest and our favorite hotel of our Italy trip (Venice, Florence, Rome).
A Lovely hotel with great staff”
I stayed here for 2 nights in two different rooms. For the first room, it's a Deluxe room in white and silver tone, you can open the windows and see the lovely courtyard. Room size is ok but the only thing I doesn't like is that the toilet and sink area are see-through. (Shower is hidden). If you are travelling with friends, be aware of this. I extended my booking as I love this hotel and the location. However, hotel is fully booked so I moved to a cheaper and smaller room which is just above the hotel entrance with a small terrace. You could see the canal in this room and I would prefer this room more than the first one. Cons: the bathroom is outside of the room. *P.S. They use Hermes toiletries** Breakfast is good enough and tasty. Staff speaks English very well and helpful. Overall, I will come back because of nice rooms, great location and wonderful service. I really love this hotel and I would stay here again for sure.
Great Hotel”
You will not be disappointed with this hotel it is very elegant in design and style and is situated in a great location a little off the main stream but very close to everything you need The Water Taxi drops you off at a stop within a 2min walk to the hotel which is very easy to find The hotel itself was great..... the rooms are beautifully decorated and has everything you need we was located in room 2 on the ground floor with a view of the canal outside our window. The deliveries of groceries does start early and was woken at 6.30am from them being unloaded but that is the charm of the waterways.. everything happens on them Breakfast offers a varied variety of food there is enough for every persons taste The hotel also offers a taxi service to Murano to visit the Glass Factory its well worth a visit even just for the boat ride and the hotel offers this for free but Saturday morning only as the Glass Factory is only open to the public at this time I would highly recommend this hotel
Very good”
A fantastic location, I think this is the best part of Venice to be located as it has everything you need close by, including some excellent bars and restaurants, and is central for getting to other parts of Venice. There is a water bus stop 1 minute walk away. The hotel is lovely, very small and cosy, however it doesn't have a bar to purchase a drink from or tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was disappointing. The rooms are lovely. The front of desk staff were good, however a couple of the breakfast staff were not very helpful and didn't make you feel very welcome.
great stay”
The hotel was very nice and clean in a quieter part of Venice. Best is very comfortable. The only complaint would be the rooms are quite small and the light seems to flicker.
Hotel Review”
Upon arrival the staff at the check in desk was not very accommodating. The staff member was chatting with another employee and made us wait for his conversation to end before checking us in. Our first impression was not good. The hotel itself was nice and in a quieter area in Venice. Shops and restaurants just steps away. The room was nice, it had high ceilings and it was clean. The complimentary buffet in the morning was good but the hot food could have been better. This trip was for our honeymoon and within our booking it said we’d receive a bottle of champagne, but we never did get one. A few changes could make a big difference in making this a lot better hotel and a gem.
Felt like royalty ❤️🇮🇹❤️🍾”
The beauty of the hotel surpasses any words or pictures! It’s exquisite and lauxuriois, with big rooms, beautiful views and very clean! The staff at breakfast are amazingly friendly and kind! Service staff a little stuck up, but appear to put on a friendly facade! Over all the hotel is a must experience and we’re going back in the future! Mille Grazie 😊
Beautiful hotel wonderful staff lovely time had ”
Beautiful hotel and room, staff were so helpful and accommodating, hotel was kept very well and the location was perfect to get to and from anywhere in the city. Nearby were lovely little restaurants and bars to enjoy, also nearby was a boat stop that was only 2 stops from Rialto bridge. Would definitely like to go back there one day to re-visit.
Nice hotel but a little too far from things”
The location is the only thing to talk about, 10 min walk from train station we basically just dragged luggages to the hotel. it is a little far from the main attractions though had to walk at least 20 mins through winding alleys. quiet room at night but every morning at 6am people on boats outside of our room is either making delivery or clearing trash and disturbs our rest.
