Budget accomodation; tidy but not a hotel”

Price, cleanliness and air-conditioning

This was not an unpleasant stay but I was on business. This would only really be suited for those needing a quick stay near BBK on a budget. The place is difficult to find, the Burmese staff speak virtually no English, but were friendly and the restaurant servers only local dishes which would be unpalatable to most. Local 7-11 is about 200 metres away but nothing else "Western". I was a bit concerned that the Burmese mentioned sleep in a make shift tent in the restaurant.
