Lovely hotel close to station ”
A really lovely hotel very close to train station. The area itself isn’t the best however this hotel is the best in the area. Lovely staff and good breakfast. The terrace and pool area is also lovely and well kept. Rooms and bathroom extremely clean.

Fantastic hotel, scary dirty town”
The hotel is quite lovely. Very clean, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast with scrambled eggs even, juice, coffee, croissants etc and very close to Napoli central and garibaldi. Only thing is as soon as you step outside, it’s very very filthy town, scary for a woman to walk, even day time I got hassled, sketchy as hell but close to station that takes you straight to Pompeii and Sorrento. Careful of the chips and drinks in fridge, it’s not free. Tv has English and great shows. Wall plugs don’t accept German/European chargers, so bring international charger.

Surprise Gem of a find”
While the area this hotel is located in does not seem to be the best, you can forget all of this when you enter the building. Rooms are modern and clean with great staff service. Lots of choices for breakfast and a great rooftop bar to have a drink or two before heading out for dinner. There is also a pool there too to cool yourself down if you prefer to have some quiet time sunbathing in the secluded roof top area.

Very handy for train and metro. The area did not seem dangerous, but very dirty. The facility itself is wonderful

Only if you like hard beds”
Very nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff, but the beds are VERY hard. Location wise, this hotel is close to the airport and to Pompei, but pretty far from the city center for dinning and activities. I do have to say though, the melon they served with breakfast might be the best I've ever had!

Good hotel near the train station”
The hotel rooms are big and very clean. Unfortunately in my room the shower didn't work properly and it wasn't fixed during my stay at the hotel. The breakfast is ok, no fresh coffee or fruit juices, just automatic machines. Recommended if you need an hotel near the train station.

Above average”
AC kept on even when I turned temp up to 25C and then 29C and the room was so cold the entire night. 6 ceiling lights (2 in bathroom and 4 in bedroom) not working. Bathroom door lock Came off so it was very loose. Shower door opened inside so you cannot turn the shower on and stay dry! The location to train station is convenient but the area feels a little rough with homeless people sleeping on the street.

Very conflicted”
On one hand the price wasn’t the worst, the location to the train station was good, the rooms seemed freshly redone. On the other hand, the area around the hotel was a dump. Our family was scared to go outside, but we had to go eat. No clean or decent places to do so, so ended up at the train station for food. Never again at this hotel, and never again in Naples. Dangerous, dirty, and no thanks!

Didn't like ”
Far from the city center, no wifi reception in the room so the reciptionist offered me to pay more money to get a room with wifi. The sofa in the room was dirty with many stains on it.

A fabulous location from which to explore all the many attractions of the City on foot. Very close to main Garibaldi Station including trains to Pompeii and Sorrento where airport shuttle bus also stops. Super clean spacious room, very friendly staff and splendid breakfasts. Our 5 night stay was a great success

POOL AND ROOFTOP CLOSED FROM SEPT TO MAY”
We just stayed here in mid-September. This is a very nice hotel, but it doesn’t have the facilities it advertises. The jaccuzzi spa / pool was drained, and the rooftop + rooftop bar were completely closed off to guest. These are strictly only open in summer months (June, July and Aug) Pictures of the rooftop bar and pool are all over the website, and it’s the 1st image on the booking sites. Naples doesn’t have as many tourist attractions as other major cities, so we were looking for a hotel with good facilities so we could relax, swim, sunbathe, sit in the jacuzzi and have a champagne on the rooftop. It doesn't say anywhere that it's closed for 9 months of the year! I really don’t understand why either because it was still very busy in Italy in September, the hotel was booked out, it was still very hot, and we were still paying 'high season' entry prices for tourist attractions. Also the whole rooftop is closed, you can’t go up there at all. Even if they’re trying to reduce costs by draining the pool and not having any bar staff, why can’t I just sit and watch the sunset, read, have some of my own food and drink up there and lie on a sunbed? Also, multiple staff lied to me about the rooftop closure. The first receptionist at check-in said the rooftop was closed due to weather / storms and that maybe it will be open in a few days. Our second day It was hot, clear and sunny, so I asked a different receptionist if the pool would be open today and he laughed and said “oh maybe!” (it wasn't). Finally on the third day I was getting angry and I asked one of the wait staff at breakfast what was going on with the rooftop, is it going to open today? And he said “of course not, summers over, it won't open again til June.” It is a really nice hotel, spacious rooms, good location, very friendly service, multilingual receptionists, one of the best breakfast buffets, and they held our luggage on the last day, etc. But there are many other nice hotels in Naples just like this on

The hotel is very clean and neat ”
Perfect hotel with the building itself it’s renovated and clean , despite the breakfast was so standard with no variety, located next to the central station which makes it so easy to transport and wander around Would definitely come back

Very nice hotel, friendly staff”
The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms are renovated and big. Air conditioning is working well. The pool on the roof is very small. You can not swim in it, it is more to freshen up. The roof top is really nice. The hotel is located close to the central station, so it worked well for us as we were using the trains a lot but as many cities in the world, the station area is not where I would choose to stay on holidays.

Don’t Do It. The hotel is horrible.”
Room was dirty. Walls filthy, tile in the shower was yuck. The sofa was very dirty. Manager said he cannot paint the walls weekly and he can’t help if the guests dirty the sofa and he totally ignored the shower issue. We had a non-refundable room so we decided to try to make the best of it and checked out the pool.. Murky. So, no swimming either. The breakfast was pretty good although the coffee was horrible - especially for Italy! We won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere away from the train station.

Close to Napoli Centrale Station”
The hotel is located close to the central station, which is convenient and Napoli is a very walkable city. The wifi however did not work throughout our stay as well as the tv (Netflix and other apps) and there were a few stains on the couch and bed runner, which makes us question their cleanliness. The roof top is nice though and the breakfast, even if limited quantity, is of good quality.
