[User Guide]
*Front (office) operating hours are from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM. (Additional bedding is possible until 10:00 PM)
*Check-in is from 04:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
*Simple cooking is possible in all rooms (however, only simple cooking is possible in the junior suite), but smoke alarms in the building are very sensitive.
Cooking (meat, fish) is prohibited, and you can claim compensation for damages caused by this.
*Free use of the indoor swimming pool and gym for 2 people.
(Indoor swimming pool operation 09:00 AM ~05:40 PM, last admission 05:00 PM, closed on Mondays and holidays, KRW 6,000 for children under 6 years old, KRW 10,000 for children over 7 years old)
(Gym operation: 07:00 AM -09:00 PM, last admission 08:00 PM, Sundays and holidays, last admission 05:00 PM, closed on Mondays, KRW 10,000 per additional person, entrance fee under 14 years old)
*A charge of KRW 30,000 per night for additional persons other than the standard number (including bedding) will be incurred.
*Room maintenance is provided free of charge once every 4 nights. (Others will incur a separate fee)
*Children under the age of 7 can stay together. (Up to 2 people, KRW 30,000 per night per room for extra bedding)
*Additional bedding incurs an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per night.
*Parking is free, Junior Suite, Premier Suite 1, and 2 other types are free.
*Additional vehicles cost KRW 20,000 per 24 hours, and are limited to 1 time (restricted to entering and exiting once-parking only).
*Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and food processors in the room cannot be used.
*Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay.
* Pets are not allowed to stay together.
*Smoking is prohibited in the room (including the veranda and balcony), and a fine of KRW 200,000 will be charged in case of violation.
*Compliance when leaving the room
- Please wash the tableware you used. Put general garbage in the trash can in the room, and food and recyclable garbage
Please dispose at the separate collection point on the 1st floor of Building 103. (A fee of KRW 150,000 will be charged if garbage and dishes are not cleaned up)
Nice accommodations ”
We loved the space, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms as a family of 5. My kids did well with the futons and heated floors, but my 14 yo son would have preferred a bed. The apartment was clean and staff members were nice. You do have to pay for pool or gym facilities after the first 2 people (first 2 are free). I would definitely stay here again!

Where do I begin... The room is beautiful!!!! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room with table, large kitchen with stove, microwave, full fridge, cookware, utensils, dishes. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Closets in every room, master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, make up vanity. Second bathroom has shower only. Every bedroom and living room has a balcony and it's own thermostat. Video intercom system, ocean view and the beach is right out front!!! Plenty of restaurants, Busan Aquarium is less than ten minutes walking distance. Paradise casino is next door, TGIFRIDAY, bars, clubs all near by.

Spacious Retreat”
This condo had so much space to accomodate our 6+ family! Beautiful and clean. The only downfall was that there were a few problems with the place like the jets in the tub could not be turned on and the surround sound system did not work. We obviously had traditional Korean bedding that we arent used to. However we brought air mattresses for the floors that were comfortable. There is also a lot of costruction going on outside that gets very noisy at 7 am. Other than that this was excellent! The view of the beach was gorgeous and we had a full kitchen that was great for making our breakfast. There are many restaurants and nearby attractions although the tourist map that was provided was abit outdated. A few of the attractions are under construction. All in all a pleasant stay!

the location of the hotel is perfect close to the beach. the rooms are very spacious and well distributed. a family of 8 people went and stayed in this 3 room condominium. location is pretty distant from the busan city center district but within the main beach town area.

This is best value for money. Just adjascent to Paradise the Casino this is right on beach. The best for a family stay. With cooperating staff, kitchinet, location, nearby provision store and other best amenities at the place, we the two families (two rooms I booked)found it unimaginative good value for money. Language might be a small problem as is throughout S Korea.My undoubted first choice, if I happen to go again to Busan.

Spacious and very comfortable for families Enough for family of eight Had 2 toilets really convenient Has good kitchen laundry facilities Living room comes with entertainment system but only one bedroom has double bed with ensuite bathroom and walkin wardrobe The other 2 bedroom have no bed only ondol mattress Apartment had gym pool till 9pm But heating is good and lots of room for privacy. Also right on Haeundae Beach with plenty of sights and eats

Perfect 10”
It is right on the beach. Near to wonderful eating places and convenient stores. Spacious and well lit room. Nice shower, interesting toilet. Washing machine right in the room. Has cooking facilities too. Fantastic gym facilities. Has a nice swimming pool too. Very helpful staff although they may not be very confident in English but they tried their best. Has airport limousine bus too. I can't find any flaw! Love it. Will definitely come back here again!

the hotel was great. i did have issues with room servie not coming and cleaning the room and replacing the dirty towels. they did not offer extra covers so bring your own. our hotel room came with a huge fridge, stove, plates, cups and plenty of storage space. the location of the hotel is great and i will definitely be using this hotel again in the near future!!!

Great Location but you need to speak Korean”
The location of the hotel is wonderful being right on the famous Haeundae beach. Only problem everything is written in Korean from the hotel signs to how to use the washing machines. It would be great if they had more english speaking staff and signs.

Good location. the hotel is nearby the beach. Staffs are kind and gentle. Cleanliness. They offer some simple tools for cooking like a king size refrigerator and cooking pots. But there is no hair dryer in the room lol

Simple stay by the shore”
It was a nice quiet non-hotel and non-motel stay by the beach front. Nothing too fancy, but definitely not shabby. It was a nice modern clean stay, and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay away from motels or expensive hotels.

I enjoyed my stay and the room but when I expected for some of my fellow travelers was a futon not a think sheet to sleep on the floor. We didn't ask for any extra because we thighs it was what we expected butt was a minor iMisscommunication but overall a good trip and service. I would use again only if we could get beds instead

service appartment on the beach”
The rooms are not has luxurious as those of seacloud. Very few furniture and some a bit torn out. As a service appartment, room service is only once a week or so. The building is right on the beach. Convenience shops, cafes and restaurants on the plaza at ground floor. The staff is very nice.

set up mainly for Koreans”
it is a good place but not set up for foreign visitors i felt. Late check in of 3PM was inconvenient for a one night trip to a beach location. TV remote didn't work. my room was discounted and predictably not on the beach side. room overlooked a construction site. the hotel was very quiet and not at capacity! a beach side room would have been great! It is a large complex and a member of staff assisting to room and explaining facilities would have been appreciated.
