Palm Beach is a quiet and quaint. You can relax and de-stress. Every experience has been well-planned. The best part of Palm Beach for me is that I feel so at home. Not once did I feel like a tourist. Most of its amenities are already covered with your fees, so you just hop in to the beach or the buffet and never worry about paying for things. There were several guests with us but it never felt crowded. The food was delicious but not decadent. Perfect for the gourmet traveller. The staff is friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Great protocol!”
The resort have really nice protocol, from the time we arrived at the resort, you know that they have strict protocol (aside from the antigen test needed at the tourism office). Upon arrival, guard on duty sanitized the tires of our car, reception area is clean and with sanitizers. Upon entering our room, you can still smell their disinfectant (but we resanitize with our own lysol), You have to make reservation if you want to swim at the pool since they only have limit of 10 people and they sanitize every hour. Each room has allocated 1 cabana where only you can stay and also same dining spot all throughout our stay. I feel very safe during our whole stay. Ps. Bring aqua shoes since the beach area is not powdery sand but the water is clear and clean.

Our new favorite resort in Laiya”
I did not expect Palm Beach Resort to be this exceptional. Our go to resort in Laiya is Virgin Beach Resort but we decided to try booking Palm Beach to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. Contrary to the other reviews here, the rocky shore is actually what we love about the resort. It is very conducive for children provided that you've exposed them to nature from the beginning. This is how an untouch beach's supposed to look like. My 2yo, 9yo and 15yo all had a great time. It's perfect for nature play, best playground for toddlers. My 2 older children and husband went snorkelling and took nice videos of the marine life in the area. We brought our snorkwlling gears. I don't think the resort has them. AIt was the best place to be for a relaxation and for a slow day. Their rooms are spacious compared to 2 other resorts we've stayed at. They don't scrimp on food and eventhough we were the only guests at that time since it was a Monday, their servings were plentiful. They have a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The resort itself was beautifully designed and the common areas are spacious compared to other resorts. The design and constuction's well thought of. Just a heads up though, you can't park all the way down to the resort. They have a shuttle that will pick you up at the designated parking area and bring you to your room. Their staff are all courteous and professional. I love Palm Beach and highly recommend it for families with childen.

Safe and organised!”
We were six in our party with two young children (5 and 4). From the moment we received the Covid test to the moment we were shuttled back to our vehicle in the car park, we felt safe as everything was so well-organized: the buffet arrangements, booking of the pools for limited groups, the large stretch of beach where we could easily social distance from other families and the sparkling clean rooms with care packages. It was our first two night, three day break in over a year and we could not have chosen better. This hidden paradise gave us three days of relaxation and peace. Thank you to the staff and management. Hats off to all of you for a well-managed establishment in these difficult times!

best for family bonding, great food and staff, perfect beach”
we visited as a family (me hubby and our 3 y/o son). We were trying to find a shallow beach in batangas so my son can explore the sea and beach but we also needed a resort with a pool. found this resort while I was searching and boy it was a gem! we've been served huge servings of bfast lunch dinner and delicious PM snack (we still think about all the leftovers we had on this trip! haha) their staff were all kind, always attentive and smiling! the room is perfect! we were given the sofia building 3rd floor room so the view was AWESOME! we were facing the sea where we could see BOTH sunrise and sunset. There are two pools but we didn't get to try the one with the slide (we preferred the other because it was perfect for my son's height he could walk around the pool. Everything in our stay is perfect and we'll definitely come back regularly since this is just a 2-hr drive from our home. Safe and relaxing getaway during the pandemic”
The way the place was set up really made us feel they had safety as one of their top priorities. Having on-site swab tests available for all guests if needed, assigned table seatings for meals, staff maintaining social distancing while wearing masks at all times, limiting number of guests using the facilities, etc. This is on top of nice rooms, a clean beach, and well-maintained facilities. My fam enjoyed.

One of the best vacations I and my family had!”
This is definitely one of the best resorts in Batangas. Advantages: 1. The resort has a very good and clean amenities. They have spacious and clean room. Their infinity pools were great too! 2. The food was superb! We definitely enjoyed the buffet meals from breakfast to dinner. The quality and choices of the buffet was really great. 3. They have very accommodating and happy crews. 4. The resort is a bit exclusive so you could really feel relaxed and the tranquility of the place. Though there are a bit of disadvantage, here’s my key points: 1. The beach is a bit rocky so you might want to consider using aqua shoes. 2. Going to the location is quite a challenge. You will have to go off-road on some portion. 3. No Globe connection and the wifi connection is quite limited in some areas. But overall, the experience was great! Their price is a bit expensive but it was definitely worth it ❤️

We had the place to ourselves”
Due to the ongoing restrictions, there were only 2 groups booked on our date. Even the adjacent resorts were vacant. Because of this, we very much enjoyed our stay. We freely used most of the facilities enjoying it for ourselves. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and everything was working fine. Their wifi covers all areas including the beach and cottages. I didnt realize our booking included Dinner/Breakfast/Lunch. Food was served a la carte but you can ask the staff for more servings if we wanted. There was a limited choices for food but they were all good in my opinion. The only downsides for me were the absence of cellular signal in the area and the road leading to the resort is probably not suitable for small cars.

this would be the 3rd time I stayed in Palm Beach. There's a lot of reasons why I kept on coming back. Food is number 1. Great job Chef. All I heard from my mom every time we eat was "sarap grabeh" (delicious). Staff was great too. We stayed on a Sunday and there were only 2 guests that time and one is us so it's like we have all the place to ourselves. We will definitely come back. Keep it up Palm!

Indeed a Safe Haven to travel to during this pandemic”
Really impressed with how they keep their guests safe here. Their staff implements the system well and gives the guest at ease with regard own safety. They have on-site Rapid Antigen testing which is makes traveling hassle-free. They also have buggies roaming around so you can get to further points in the hotel area safely. They have assigned dining tables and cabanas per room so that you are sure you don't share it with other people. They have free breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets as well as a plastic-covered barrier in the buffet area where only the staff will be able to serve your food. Apart from this they have really good food and lots of options per meal, too! Forgot to greet ate Tina a happy birthday. I went there just a few days before my birthday. Happy birthday ate Tina! And kudos to your management for implementing the Safe Haven. Will definitely recommend and come back here!

Well maintained, worth the price”
I am impressed how they implement safely protocols in the resort, there is exclusive cabana and table at dining pavillion reserved only for us during our stay. We enjoyed the 2 infinity pool, must bring aqua shoes to enjoy the beach. Massage also available which we loved. Food are delicious.

Everything in Palm Beach is on point. All of the staffs of the resort were warm welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and cabanas are all located with a nice sea view. Since the package had a full board inclusion, buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served PLUS a PM SNACK! We really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you and we’d definitely come back.

The resort is nestled in a quiet part of the area which makes it a perfect place for relaxation. The room was cozy enough. The food was great! The only downside is the weak wifi connection inside the room. The strongest point of this resort are the staffs who are very welcoming and warm.

Family Beach Time”
Our family really had a great 3 days stay at Palm Beach Resort. We had a great time at the beach in the morning when it's high tide, and just enjoy the breeze and the relaxing view in the afternoons in our designated cabanas, where two of us had a relaxing massage in the outdoors. We also had fun on our scheduled time at the infinity pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed all the inclusive meals at our designated table near the garden with my seat location having a view of the beach. The buffet meals are sumptuous too with a selection of different dishes. The staff were courteous, and helpful, and they give gentle reminders on the protocols to follow. We recommended this resort for a great fun time in Laitmya, San Juan, Batangas, a few hours drive from Metro Manila.

New Normal Accomodation”
We arrived on Christmas eve and checked out on the 26th. The resort is very nice and quiet since it was on limited capacity. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book again. PROS: -Clean rooms with ocean view -Buffet breakfast, lunch, merienda and dinner -2 pools -Assigned cabanas -Hot/cold shower -AC, TV & ref -Smoking area -Basketball court -Shuttle service from the parking to the rooms or frontdesk -Staff were very friendly and accomodating -Social distancing was observed CONS: -No room service -Once resto closes, you can't buy food or drinks anywhere Things to bring: -Aqua shoes is must since the beach is rocky Tip not related to the resort: -A portion of the road going to the resort has not been cemented so lowered cars will not make it :)
