Quiet Surrounding.”
When we reached the resort, the staff in the reception was not able to speak English. Then he seek support from another staff to served us. The other staff was only able to communicate a few words in simple English. The staff was helpful in getting us Tuk-Tuk to go to the town. The place was far away from town and suitable for travelers who like quiet surrounding and environment. The room was clean and neat but some minor renovation will make the environment better.

The staff is friendly although communication will be a problem because they only speak Thai and a little bit English. The resort is quite far away from the city and it has no nightlife or shopping area around it, it's quiet place. Everything is fine if you don't mind the place is a little bit far.

This hotel is not in the centre of Hat Yai, however it only took 5 minutes in a taxi. The area is mostly residential, which meant a quiet night. The rooms are of an excellent standard and the bed is very comfortable. The staff only speak a little English. Your car is parked right by your room.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
Its great from the first day staying in palm chalet resort and their service is good but better to be treated warmly.The room which randomly picked is quite a nice places by just a 1minute walk to the room but sadly the window cannot be close tightly and the window can be open by stranger outside from the room. One thing to be praised is there is a ready coffee and some biscuit to drink and eat in the morning which made me feel like a home.
