A perfect place for family vacay!”
Let's start with the pros. We chose this place because we were travelling with a teenager and it's really hard to find a place that accommodates 3 people without being ripped off. The price tag was quite reasonable and when we got there, the place looked just like what we saw on Agoda! (But remember that it's not near the beach. Actually, it's on the opposite side so the only thing you get to enjoy seeing is the golf course.) The room was very huge and clean. We really enjoyed the 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen. Although there's only 1 TV, it comes with all channels from True Vision. Each room has its own A/C, which makes it even better for those who can't stand the heat (like us). There's also a clubhouse that you can use for free. The resort is really quiet and that's a good thing. Now move on to the cons. It was really hard to find the place! The sign was not that visible from the main road. We tended to miss the entrance every time we came back to the resort. My tip is to slow down after you pass the tunnel and look for sign of Stamford. Then, once you're inside of the golf course, it's still hard to find Palm Crescent. They should really come up with a better map and put it on Agoda. So people won't get lost, especially if they arrive at night. Also, there's no such thing as front desk. So if you arrive late, you'll get the key from a security guard. The main thing I don't like about this place is that there's no housekeeping services. So, don't make a mess when you're there. They only clean the room before you arrive and after you leave. And don't expect to ask for anything.. bring your own stuff or drive and get it at the nearest convenience store. The last thing is, there's no brekkie but you can either 1)cook it, 2)visit a restaurant near the entrance, or 3)enjoy street food/restaurants Hua Hin has to offer. Even though there are things I don't like, I'll still go back there whenever my and my family visit Hua Hin.

Naturally pacific but not far from the crowd ”
Everyone enjoyed this trip. Their suite room is very enough for family up to 8 - 10 people. The living room is spacious for 2 - 3 people who enjoy sleep on the ground or sofa. The kitchen is equipped to cook a simple hot dish. Eating utensils is prompt. The night sky is dark, quiet environment and gentle officers. Moreover, the resort is totally opposite the Hua Hin airport.

room decoration look like stay at home .the hotel was close to hua hin market. we could buy some fresh food in the market at eat in the room . there are a lot of activities which we could do example swimmimg , batminton,running squach.

A home away from home”
This was actually my second time at the Palm. It was just as good as the first one! I was kinda worried the stay wouldn't be as peaceful as it used to be now that there's a new mall (the Venezia) nearby, but it didn't turn out that way. It was the same place I knew - very peaceful and quiet - with spacious rooms! I reserved 2 1BR rooms and they turned out to be 2 2BR rooms, with the small bedrooms locked. I understand some people don't like the IKEA furniture but it's okay for me - actually, they made me feel like I was at home. The internet wasn't that good though. I could hardly use it in 203. Breakfast was just meh but hey, it's Hua Hin! You'd better go downtown and eat like locals. Everything else was good and I was really surprised to see that they now have maids working on the weekends. Remember to book the Palm ONLY if you have your own vehicle and enjoy your stay :)

Comfortable, family friendly luxury condo”
Went with girlfriend and her family; got two suites. Very nicely furnished, clean, big rooms and decent kitchen. About 15 minutes from downtown Hua Hin. Quiet and nice grounds. A very good home base for family get-together, evening meals and cooking together.

Relaxing holiday”
The apartment is large and clean, furniture new but minimal. small kitchen and few utensils. the area is very quiet and close to the golf course, very good wifi internet. You need transport as it is a distance outside Hua Hin. The pool is large and the training room good size, equipment in training room is a little old.

In general, good value for money hotel.”
Big rooms, in general, it is clean (but one room toilet have some smell & kitchen sink water leakage), quite, can access club swimming pool, no breakfast (have to DIY or go outside). Better to have your own car, otherwise, will be difficult to go in & out (I didn't see taxi around). Hua Hin has many new view points, worth spend 3 hrs drive to there! PS: The golf course offer 9 holes package only @ 780 B (include caddie)after 15:00 in weekday!

Nice Resort, quiet, very friendly staff”
I went with my family and my sisters family (6 people). It was perfect to relax, because it was not in the city center. The pool area was never crowded, max. 12 people and max. 3 people in the pool. Since the resort is located in a golf club all restaurants were far away and we always took the car or the motorcycle to reach them. Next to the pool there is a "cafeteria" where we ate lunch twice. The food was ok. We had breakfast once in the restaurant of the golf club and it was nice and good. The apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures in the internet. This was nice, no surprises. We arrived earlier then expected and it was not a problem to get the keys of the apartment. The floor was not super clean (but probably the cleaning ladies did not have enough time, because we arrived a few hours earlier). There was only one thing that bothered me a little: The bathroom in the master bedroom in the 1st floor smelled strange. I always had to close the taps of the sinks after washing my hands. I can highly recommend this resort. I would go there again!

Great place but not good at coorperation”
I booked for a room with 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Once I arrived there, I told them that we came with 6 people. They said they had to charge for the extra people around 350thb/person(without extra bed). I'm ok to pay the extra. After I got the key, I went out and realize that I did not get the two extra pillows, blanket, towels, also breakfast coupons yet, so I called to someone and ask if she could prepare for me when I came back to the room, she said she would put them in the lobby, but when I came back from dinner, I asked someone at the lobby (security guard) to give me for two extra sets for me, but it seems like he did not know anything about this, and he had to call and confirm to another person, and I waited for the extra outside the housekeeping room more than 20 mins. and someone said that I should ask for the extra before (for me, I think this is their responsiblity to prepare for me, they don't have to wait for my request as they want to charge my money). I could not be patient anymore, so I asked him that I don't want it. So, at that night I slept without pillow !! .................In the morning, my family went for breakfast, and the young lady said that we could only have 4 free breakfast as I only have for 4 coupons, so again, I have to call the center and ask for what happened! Young lady said , sorry because not well for coorperation. and YES! luckily they did not change us for the extra people.

The big villa with 3 bedrooms i stayed at was very good value for money. Nice clean big house that can fit many people at a very decent price. The resort is located in a beautiful golf course with sports facilities.

The hotel is very nice. We are all satisfied with the room and the service. Definitely going back there agains soon. I love the fact that it has a nice kitchen because I don't have to spend too much money restaurants. I can just go to Makro and buy the food and come back home to cook!

Very nice low-rise condo, big rooms, and nice”
staff was very helpful... since we didn't know it is a condo, we arrived late around 7pm without informing them in advance. we called the number posted at the office and they came to check us in within a few minutes. each of the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. we also enjoyed the facilities they have such as swimming pool, 2 squash courts, 2 badminton courts, as well as 4 tennis courts. they also have massage services as well. so we had a quiet and peaceful weekend with sports activities. thoroughly enjoyed it and we are sure to be repeat customers if we have the chance!
