Be careful if you are gonna stay here”
Though my room was locked someone stole 4000INR from my wallet. There are too many bed bugs you won't be able to sleep peacefully.

Great location, friendly atmosphere, my home in Siem Reap!”
Upon arrival around 12:30 am local time in Siem Reap I was picked-up by Tina (my best tuktuk driver) on time. When I arrived the hostel I was greeted by the owner, he was waiting for welcoming me, very polite and you really can sense upfront how hospitable he is. Anyway, Nana is the wife of him which actually I have learned from the later during my short conversation. The next day, I had free breakfast which is included in the accommodation package. While waiting for our food to come I started to ask what was the best iterinary for 2-day tour and promptly get a map and explains the grand and small tour circuit. We got the grand tour in first day and small tour circuit the other day.  To cut my review short, you will never experience bad moment staying in this guesthouse. A very hospitable, english-speaking couple and staff is the best armor of this hostel. Rooms are big enough with a sufficient supply of water. The best thing amongst is that Nana and Cheng. Thank you!!!

Nice staffs, good place to sleep in Siem Reap!”
This hostel was wonderful for my first time in Cambodia. Staff and Service: friendly, helpful and polite, there was always a smile on everyone's face. The hostel provided airport transfers (for two ways) and also picked us up from the Siem Reap bus station upon our arrival from Phnom Penh. This was excellent service. Rooms: The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Location: it was not at Pub Street where the night life is, just short walk to Pub Street for five to ten min, but strongly advice not to walk too long at the streets as it was dusty and the sun is scorching! Tuk Tuk ride was only US$1 so we just Tuk Tuk everywhere we went. If needed a great Angkor Tour, please ask the hostel to arrange for us, it was cheaper than outside, and we had a nice and friendly driver. I would recommend this place to everyone, and return in here for my next holiday.

Great value for price and service!”
I stayed at this hostel for three nights and for the price I was not expecting much more than just a place to get my heads down but I was very wrong. For the fantastic price of what converted to around $5 they arranged to pick us up for free at the bus after my long journey from Bangkok in the mid night, I had free coffee and tea 24 hours and free breakfast the for next day. The rooms were spacious, cozy and clean enough with free 24 hrs Wifi using. They had also provided a little emergency travel kit with disposable toothbrush, shampoo etc. The owner and all the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly and arranged fantastic trips for us. Definitely book through the hostel for your trip to Angkor Wat as the Tuk Tuk prices are much cheaper and you have your Tuk Tuk for the day. Our Tuk Tuk driver was lovely, friendly and he gave us helpful tips and interesting information about Siem Reap. I would recommend this place for all travelers. Again and again to stay in here.

nice stuff, but horrible rooms”
Bathrooms are more then horrible. The water smells like blood, because everything is rusty. You don‘t want to put your feet on the ground. Even the beds are stinky. Another main problem are the moscitos, they are everywhere!! The Owner is really friendly and tries to help, but I don‘t think she knows about her problem with the rooms. I wouldn‘t go there again. Yes it‘s cheap, but even the 4$ per night are way to much. We should have searched for an other accomondation after our first night, but didn‘t do so. If we had, I would have enjoyed Siem Reap more.

Very good place to stay, friendly people!!”
I stayed for three nights in here. It is not easy to travel as solo traveler, but arranging the travel is so much easier when your guesthouse communicates well with you and helps you in your travels. Palm Garden Lodge was such a big help in arranging our complicated travel arrangements. They were even able to pick me up from the bus station even when I only informed them in the last minute. The admin is very reliable, and are very sensitive of the guests' needs. You would feel like you have a family to stay with at Siem Reap. I recommend this guesthouse to those who go to Siem Reap, and they recommend it likewise. Very good price. They also got us a cheap bus arrangement to Bangkok which could have cost us a lot more if we did not have Palm Garden’s help. It is very near banks, markets, restaurants and Pub Street giving it a very ideal location. This guesthouse would really make your Siem Reap sightseeing tour more convenient.

A best smile with home away from home!”
After a long trip, exhausting, and rather sketchy border crossing from Thailand via Poi Pet, my friend and I entered Siem Reap in poor spirits. This hostel managed to turn our sentiments around completely, the staffs and owner are honest, caring, helpful and outgoing people. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The services they offered (transit, tour, massage, laundry, etc.) were reliable and fairly priced. The location is perfect and a short walk or shorter tuk tuk ride to pub street or night market. Special thanks to Nana. If I ever return to Siem Reap, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, Highly recommend, Worth it!!”
I originally planned to stay one night, but on the ended my staying for four nights in Siem Reap with this hostel. Great location and easy access to everywhere we want to go. Helpful, friendly and great customer service with whatever you need. The hostel might not be the cheapest you find around but it is definitely one with the best stuff in the country. I highly recommend this hostel, especially to solo travelers as there is a high likelihood of you meeting some cool fellow travelers in this place.

Lovely hostel, great value for money!!”
I stayed for three nights while I booked just one night in here. I felt very comfortable and liked my home during my staying. What a lovely time I had with this hostel! They are such a sweet and welcoming presence in the often times madness of Siem Reap. I got the recommendation from a friend who just stayed there, so I thought, why not? This hostel offers NO PRESSURE, and a do what you want when you want to do it vibe. They helped us arrange our trip to Angkor Wat with a friendly driver and plus his great service. If you are looking for a Family friendly, friendly, smile, sweet, caring, comfortable guesthouse to rest your head. I would recommend this place to all travelers.

Very comfortable place, nice people!”
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the prices are very reasonable. They offered free breakfast, tea and coffee all day. Very great location, and very easy to anywhere in Siem Reap. Very pleased from the professionalism and the organization of the staff which is very friendly, helpful and courteous. This place not only is a hostel but also provides tour services. I stayed in Cambodia for seven days, two days in Phnom Penh and five days in Siem Reap. I booked a tour packages from this place with Royal Phnom Penh, Angkor Explorer, World Heritage Preah Vihear, Khor Ker, Phnom Kulen and Floating Village Kampong Phluk which were really very exceptional tours. I had excellent tour guides and drivers too. We highly recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Cambodia and learned many things about the way of life of the Cambodian people.

Great budget guesthouse, highly recommended!”
This place is very friendly atmosphere and like a home away from home. Nothing was too much trouble. It appears to be run by family and friends who also live there with their children. I picked up and dropped off at the airport no matter what the time. It is just a nice walk to the markets but you can also take a Tuk Tuk for 1 US dollar. This guesthouse is value for money when you realize that for 5 US dollars a day you get your nice bed, free breakfast, friendly people and good service too. All in all I would stay there again. Thanks to all the staff.

Definitely worth more than what we paid for!”
I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. The rooms are basic, low price, but clean and comfortable enough (toilette paper, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and a new comb every day). The location is quiet area, but It is so closed to the Central Market, Night Market, Pub Street, and restaurants. They sell bus tickets with free pick up at the hostel and if you arrive on your own you can call them and they will also pick you up for free at the airport or bus station. I was planning to stay two nights and finally stayed five. I would definitely come back in the future. I really loved this place so much.

The best lowest price in Asia!”
I booked here for one night. I was happy I did with them, and I made three nights extra . I took a fan room for 4 USD per night. They picked me up for free at the bus station with their tuk tuk driver who is a lovely man and gave me cold water and towel. The hostel is within five min walk of most places you would want to go in the city and has a minimart nearby. Though it is on a main street it is quiet in the day and at night. The room was large and quite comfortable with two soft double beds. A basic breakfast, hot coffee and tea were included in the price. They could book travel and tour services as well with clearly marked prices. The staff however were very receptive and friendly and clearly wanted guests to be happy. Anything I asked for was accomodated and there was no problem with communication. I would recommend this to travelers on a budget who do not want to do a hostel or dorm. Good place that is also a good value.

Great enough for the price!”
I stayed for a short time in here during my holiday in Cambodia. My stay here has been very comfortable. There was a simple breakfast included in the price, free pickup and Wifi. The staff was friendly, it was the first time during 3 months of SE Asia travel that the receptionist did more than just show me the room and take my money. They remembered my name and helped me out with travel and stuff. Very great location with friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone on my trip. Worth It!!

BED BUGS!!! Worst hotel ever!! Do not stay here! ”
Hotel is very cheap, however bed bugs are not acceptable no matter the price!! Our room had 2 double beds and a bunk bed (not sure why we had so many beds) and every single one of them was teaming with bed bugs. We did not realise this until 3am and unfortunately it was too late and we were already covered in bites. We told the owner and he moved us to another room and upon checking the beds we found that all 3 beds were again covered in bed bugs. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and walk around trying to find another option, which ended up being a boutique next door for a lot more money. And then we had to get all of our clothes washed too. Also, it says they offer complimentary airport pick up or drop off, but anytime you ask they just say their driver is not available at the moment, so I think this is just a scam to get you to stay. Please whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. It may look cheap, but it will cost you a lot more money when you find bed bugs.

Clean, hospitality, attentive staff”
Lovely atmosphere and friendly place. Comfortable and reliable wifi. Including breakfast is warm bread and butter with jam, and tea or coffee anytime. They have your own tuk tuk driver for $12 for a day, and they arrange buses and tours for you with reasonable price. The location is so close to main streets and $1 tuk tuk back if you don't want to walk. Very great value for friendly staff and service. A lovely little place, but great and save our budget.

Cheap price, clean, excellent service ever!”
I had stayed at this hostel for 2 nights and overall I would like to rate it as excellent. We got more than what we had paid. I arrived in the night time after a long bus trip Vietnam but our tuk-tuk driver greeted us and took us through town to the hostel with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location in Siem Reap and in the quiet area. Free coffee, tea, breakfast every morning and Wifi 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff, great at organizing whatever we wanted to do and the price was very cheap price. I definitely recommend this hostel to my friends and to all of you, It will make your trip complete.

A nice place for budget travelers!!”
This hostel here is simple but very clean, friendly atmosphere, conveniently located and reasonable price. I took advantage of the very reasonably priced 3 day Tour Package through the hostel, the Guide Phan was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my wishes and questions, the tuk tuk transportation was fun being close to everything with unobstructed views, and the tours were comprehensive. The room price is included breakfast, tea, coffee and bananas, and also free fast Wifi in the 24 hours. These wonderful people made my Cambodia experience a personal highlight. Highly recommend to all travelers.

Highly recommend! Great value for money, Great location!”
I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The staffs are wonderful friendly, they are always willing to help and with a smile at all time of the day really makes you feel special and welcome. My room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. This guesthouse is a short walk to the main street in town where most of the restaurants are located, the night market and Pub Street area. The staff provided free a map of town when we arrived and explain where we were in relation to both the town and the temples. It was very helpful, especially after a long day of travel. I used the guesthouse tuk tuk and guide serves, and I was happy with both. My tuk tuk driver Vutty was a highlight and excellent service. A lovely man who was always willing to answer questions and had cold water for us when we returned to the tuk tuk after exploring in the heat of the day which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Very great value for money what we paid for. Loved here!
