Family Reunion”
I held our family reunion at this resort. I booked 3 dormitories for more than 30 people. I also booked a family room. Both stated that wifi and breakfast was included. However, the lady at the front desk said the free breakfast was only for the family room. After showing her my reservation which showed free wifi and free breakfast she still stated that she's unable to honor the free breakfast. So I ended up paying breakfast for more than 30 people. Upon check out they said that one of the bathroom door was damaged...and charged me 2K for a door the fell off due to a loose screw. They also tried to charged me for a cut on a leatherette lounge chair which they had no proof that it was one of us that damaged the chair. As far as the hot spring...I've been on an actual hot spring and the water does not smell like boiled eggs! We paid 500 pesos for hot water that smelled so bad we didn't even use it.

Perfect weekend for family”
If your are looking for a mountain resort for a short weekend stay near Baguio, this place fits the bill. Peaceful and cozy place, newly renovated, lovely breakfast, clean facilities and very friendly staff. We loved every moment of our stay here. This is the third time me and my family checked in for a holiday / weekend and still plan to go back for another round. Thank you always for a memorable stay every single time Palm Grove. Please keep surprising us.

Relax away from Baguio's hustle and bustle”
The resort is well maintained and complete in amenities but still manage your expectations since it's an old resort. More pools are being added. Only one pool has hot spring water but they have plenty hot tubs you can enjoy. The resort is located in a valley so do not expect the same cold temperature as in Baguio. The city is still accessible via commute or private car 30 minutes away which is no problem since there is little to no traffic plus the view along Asin tunnel drive is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they make good coffee. Food in the restaurant has limited choices but good. Just get your knees ready for some stairs and steeps since this is a mountain resort, it takes some light trekking going to the pool from the cabana and rooms.

No problems with our stay, though some renovations were ongoing. Hoped temp regulation would be done for all pools, and that additional power outlets would be added to the rooms.
