Had a very pleasant stay here”

I highly recommend this hotel..it was very clean and staff are helpful. Despite being one of the old hotel in the area, it was very well maintained. Toilet and bath was renovated enjoyed my hot showers in the evenings. Special shout out to the cleaning staff. Never failed to make up the room every single day without having to request it. Supplies are restocked daily. Totally worth the price.

Great overall experience”

Locationwise, highly recommended. Great staff service starting from arrival at the hotel entrance. Room is not as modern as new hotels but anyways, the room is safe, clean and comfortable. The hotel is 10big steps away from Robinson’s mall. I booked a regular twin room which is in the 10th floor. Overall, it is great experience.

great hotel, location, and staff”

No issues, stayed at many place close by but this for the price is a no brainer. Only issue I had was the constantly leaking airconditioner which I just place a trash bin under to collect the water. Wifi, strong aircon, professional staff, will stay again for sure.

The location is easily accessible and is surrounded by many establishments such as the Robinsons mall, restaurants, etc. Their service is good and this is our go-to hotel when we stay in manila for over 20 years even when the name was previously Palm Plaza Hotel.

Dated hotel which claims to cater to business people, but rooms are outdated and have no USB ports; WiFi is awfully slow; no bathroom amenities; small table; and quarter-backed chairs that are uncomfortable. Salazar restaurant is overpriced and food is absolutely gross, but as a cheap hotel, I’ve been in worse.

Arrived at 1230pm. Manager Alex let me checked in immediately. Room was reasonably big and comfortable. It’s also clean and tidy. Checked out was easy. Irish was courteous and cheerful. It made me easier to decide where to stay in the future..

Near a big mall”

Across the road from Robinson Mall. Very quiet. Very good aircon. Safe with a warning that it's on the guest if their stuff goes missing. Small empty fridge, can be filled up from the small store in the lobby. Good wifi. Pleasant and helpful staff. Something new, the room card key needs to be reset every day. Overall, good enough for us for the price.
