Almost a week has has passed since our Ilocos trip and I still cant get over it. We miss the beach, the serenity and the great places in Pagudpud but most of all, We miss the people weve met. The people from Palm Grove Hotel where we stayed for 7 days. We were treated like family and even my kids cannot stop thinking about them until now. This is one of the best accomodations we've ever stayed and here are just a few of so many reasons: * The owners!!! They very friendly and down to earth. They are so easy to talk to and they always makes the guests feel so special. We also witnessed how good they treat all their staff. It was my first time going to Ilocos Norte to meet my girlfriend. Before I arrive, I honestly kept on calling the hotel manager/owner, Ms. Marietta Bull for me to make sure that everything will be perfect when we arrive and thankfully they didn't even hesitate to just help me make our first meet to be perfect. And upon are arrival, the smiles of their (Staffs) faces welcomed us. They even helped me prepare a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. They made me feel like I am home because they treated me and girlfriend like their family even for a short span of time. Kudos to ate dory for being so thoughtful and attentive to every service that she is doing for us most especially the food that she is cooking for us, its very delicious!. Also appreciation message to Ms.Marietta Bull, she is very kind, very humble, very simple, very hands-on to her business, I idolize you! Thank you for all, Palm grove! Everything's perfect! ❤

Squeaky Clean, Super Nice Staff, Worth Every Penny”
We stayed in their standard room for 3 nights. Of all the hotels that Ive booked here in agoda, this place has the cleanest bathroom. The room was spacious, bed was super comfy. The owner is really friendly & easy to talk to. Her staff are all courteous & tends to what you need. For a day, we were the only customers & had the pool to ourselves probably since it was storm season when we went here. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Their food was yummy, specially the bagnet.

We stayed at the Palm Grove Saud Holiday Complex Hotel from March 18 to March 20, 2019. If you guys are curious, what you see in their posted pictures here in Agoda is exactly the same as the entire property. The room that we occupied had everything we need, and it is squeeky clean. This hotel is not a beachfront property, but we don't mind walking about 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. I love that they have their own restaurant, and the food that they serve are priced reasonably, and it gives satisfaction to our Filipino palate. They also have their own mini-bar area, right next to their restaurant, where you can enjoy some booze if you feel like it. It is also a plus factor that they have their own souvenir shop, and that save us some time for shopping, for the little things for our loved ones back home. The customer service they provide is two thumbs up! I believe the lady wearing glasses at their Front Desk is the Manager, and she's very soft spoken and she took good care of us while we were there. She would always ask us if we need any assistance and she never fails to greet us, whenever she would have a chance. Their hotel staff is very accommodating and we didn't find it difficult in asking for their help when we needed it. Overall we enjoyed our Pagudpud Tour and Palm Grove just made our vacation even better. And yes, we highly recommend this hotel to those who are planning to visit Pagudpud.. :-)

Affordable, good location, and good facilities!”
The location is good and just a few minutes away from the beach. Very good facilities as well, they have 2 nice pools - 1 for kids and 1 for adults. We are a family of 13 (10 adults, 3 kids) and we rented 2 family rooms. The rooms are spacious with good airconditioning unit and clean bathrooms. Food in their restaurant/kitchen are good too. Overall- good value for money 👍

I so love this resort! From the price, location, cleanliness, to its very accommodating staffs and even the owners! We went here last January, and we didn't regret choosing this resort. Palm Grove Saud is the best place to stay when in Pagudpud. Worth your money. The place is so clean, the staff are really friendly, kind and accommodating they will attend to all your needs. This place is amazing. We booked for 2021 year end. They just opened limited accomodation because they were short-staffed. But inspite of that, we were treated really well. We had a complimentary room upgrade too ❤ The owners are so hands on, they will make sure everything is taken care off. The place is a few meters away from the municipal beach (which is gorgeous and pristine, by the way). Internet might be a bit of a problem in this area. (Smart is the best option for your data provider). Hotel has wifi but it gets a little slow at times. Overall stay: 10 out of 10 ❤❤❤

I highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling to Pagudpud. I'm in love with the cozy ambiance. It's like a home away from home for us. The Christmas decors are sooo eye-catching and the interiors, I love the minibar they have where you can drink and swim by the pool at night. The food is great too! And a must to mention is superb customer service of the beautiful friendly staff! Keep up the good work and blessings! We'll surely stay again soon!

Thank you Palm Grove, all your staff were accomodating and helpful. The place has a pool which is an alternative to Saud Beach if you have a young child who prefers the pool. The restaurant serves reasonably priced food + it tastes really good. The place is beside saud beach, a drive away from kabigan falls and hannahs zipline and if you want to drive a little farther you can also go to bangui windmills and the lighthouse- Cape Bojeador. The owners were friendly and warm, overall we had a great stay. We will surely return next time we visit the north.

We stayed here for a night only but I can say that our stay was superb..In just a day they showed us how accommodating they are. They treated us like a boss. The room was so good inside and outside. My family liked the ambiance very much and also the kids enjoyed the swimming pools very much. The beach was 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel but its good to see the view and the sand. The food was so good too. All in all everything is superb!

The entire resort was impressively clean and the pool was nice. Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Saud White Beach. The staff were nice. We forgot some items and luckily the owner has some business to do in our hometown and offered to drop by the things we left. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Standard check in time is 2PM but the receptionist allowed us to check in at 12nn without additional charges. Parking is not a problem 👍 Room is clean. Exceptional service for an affordable price”
We stayed at Saud Palm Grove yesterday, Mar. 30. I was with my mom and younger sister, and all of us loved the place. All of their food tastes really great for a smaller price compraed to other restaurants around the area. We ordered pinakbet twice, it is their specialty. We also ate Sinigang na Baboy and Calamari for dinner, and their complimentary breakfasts tastes good as well. Property is located near the beach, a 2-3 minute walk. Water is clear and has a white sand. The staff are all accommodating, courtaeous and nice. They didn't even charge us for an excess hour of our stay and upon check out, they assist us with our huge bags. Room was so clean. All in all it was a great, comfortable stay.

The place is awesome. Room and pool are clean. The staff are friendly. We requested for a 2am checkout time and they accommodated us. Had a challenge navigating in their parking space. Mahirap pag full capacity. Beach is way distant from the hotel (2-3 min walk). Not that bad though.

The staff were very accomodating. We arrived in the hotel around 9pm tired and hungry. Luckily, they grant our request to have a dinner even if it is beyond the open time of the restaurant which is 9pm. The hotel was so clean and properly cared. We will definitely come again 😊

It's an ideal place to stay in Pagdudpud! Just two mins walk to the beach and the place has a pool for night swimming, karaoke and mini bar. Food is good and reasonable for the price. The only thing I wish though, is they should open the gate before sunrise so you can to go to the beach or take pictures before sunrise and I wiah they can also serve breakfast earlier than 7am for customers who want to go out or swim early. 🙂

It was dad's 88th Birthday and we were delighted that without even requesting they provided all Birthday decors and arrangements on the day we ordered a Birthday cake for Pa.
