Exceptional”
We booked for 4days but we extend more 5days cos we really love to stay in here nice room, quite, and they cleaning room and changing the towel every day even u didn't ask night market for great inexpensive food about a 10 minute walk, bars and resteraunts beside and can walk to two great beaches from there just a few minutes left or right from there. Good TV if you have a hard drive or Firestick if it happens to rain. Can rent scooters close by or have the hotel organise for you. We will definitely come back here when we return to Krabi.

The place really needed a renovation( water heater lose on the wall, a rat living under the roof, and fungus on the sofa) otherwise good location, silent and the bungalows are built well.

Worst resort in that street”
This resort must have been nice 15 years ago, however, it is completely run down and not worth the price. Photos don't match the current condition of the room/resort. You can find much nicer resorts in the same street for better price, quality & service. The swimming-pool is loaded with chemicals which are strong skin irritant and my kids were itchy after swimming in . Beyond that, room cleaning was not done by 2 pm on several days of our stay, we had to request twice to have our bins emptied which seem to upset staff, who conveniently refused to put me in touch with management. I strongly advise anyone who reads that to stay elsewhere.

Hotel around 20mins walk. They didn’t maintain the villa properly. Hot water not working. Fan not working. For hair dryer called 5 times then only they came to check. Breakfast not much choices

our large room was right next to the pool which was a great size for swimming. breakfast was the same you find in a 5 star hotel but this was cooked fresh. gymnasium was well stocked with equipment and well looked after. we had friends staying at a big name hotel down the road but we thought palm paradise resort was better. would definitely stay there again.

Our 1st room is single Villa. The very 1st from entrance. Our aircond problem and we request to fix it and receptionist offering us change room and we get the opposite side (twin villa). Both room with swimming pool view. It's comfy. Privacy. Worth to stay. The staff are polite specially the cleaner guy. My husband like him so much. He clean our room nicely. We didn't get the breakfast so can't say anything about the food. For anyone love privacy with love one. Really recommended you to stay here. 7 Eleven just next door. 20 minutes walk to Ao Nang Beach. restaurant all the way to Ao Nang Beach too. We decide to come again and of coz we will stay here again!!!! Thank you for great facilities ❤️

when we first got here they give us a villa with 2 single bed but booling says 1 queen bed ! they made sure we were taking care of and they switch us! we like the pool it big pool ! the bathroom are little out dated and you only wanna turn the water on halfway so it as time to warm up the water! only 10-15min walk to beach! you can get laundry done for 40$/kg down the street they charge 80$/kg at the resort that over price for thailand!

My stay at this hotel was marred by the staff who were unfamiliar with Agoda bookings. I was made to wait for over an hour during check in even though I had my Agoda voucher. Adding insult, after I extended my stay for one more night, I was told that I would have to leave my room the next day and check into a different room. Upon return, I was given the same room as original. That said, this is a beautiful hotel and probably the best deal in Krabi provided that the $35 rate continues to hold. Hopefully your experience with the staff will be better - in their defense, my booking was during Songkran and they seemed overwhelmed / understaffed during the Thai new year.

Relaxing”
When we arrived they showed is to our room. It seemed to be the last one at the bottom of the resort. It was a bit of a trek. When we went into the room, we were not happy because they had just pushed two beds together to make it a double and the bed wasn't made properly. We immediately asked to change, the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and immediately found us a new room. The new room was so much better. So if your not happy the first time just ask to change and if they can help they will. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back to stay again.

Great place, great staff, pool, gym, breakfast, room. 10 min walk to the beach. Every day clean towels, clean room, complimentary water. We had palm garden willa with breakfast. Our willa was close to the pool so we could sleep on our pool chairs which were on our terrace, to take sunbath, to see the pool or swim. We stayed there for one week, that was pleasant stay. We highly recomend this place. Do not turn freezer on max - your "juices" will blow :) (actually water blowed but beer bottles remained) Very convenient to rent a motorbike to get around town.

Nice soothing ambient but room aging”
Chalet is nestled in lush greenery area providing much privacy for guest. Chalet is clean and bed is comfy. Big LCD TV a bonus. A small living area with sofa and a safe provides welcomed additions. There is a balcony/front yard for your own use, with reclining chair perfect for sun-bathing. The bathroom is a bit of let down with not-so-clean bathtub and a bit run down all around. The location is also a bit far out from the main road of Nappotarat/Ao Nang beach.

Really good for money. The hotel is brand new and with great room facility. Got a free upgrade due to the limited customers in early Nov. In room breakfast. Not easy to find but can alight at Beach Terrance and get a free ride (same owner). Can ask for free ride when need to go out. Highly recommended.
