Fantastic Experience”
This place was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The host is super nice and helpful and will go out of his way to ensure the most pleasant stay for his guests. He made us feel like family away from home. He make us feel comfortable, secure and protected. Please book your local tours through him, because he knows everything around very well and will give you the best rates for the same. The location is at a close promiximity to everything you ever want to experience in Hoi An. The best part about staying here is the calm and serene ambience which brings out the essence of this mesmerising city. All in all I wish I could stay here for longer, but I would definitely visit this place again.

Great Private Villa at Hoi An”
VVIP service from the workers. They will try to accommodate to all your requirements. Rooms were clean with great nature scenery and large private pool. Bicycle is available for free rental and it is a nice experience to cycle around the old town. Once again, we would like to thank the host for giving us the late check-out at 3pm. Definitely this is the great villa that we have stayed before and we will come back again.

Absolute hidden gem in Hoi An! ”
Great option for couples as the villas are very private. The service staff is amazing as well and go out of their way to help with any small thing that might be required. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

A Special Place”
There will not be enough space on this platform to say enough about how much my wife and I enjoyed the Palm View Villa, so I will try and keep it brief. My wife and I are well travelled throughout South East Asia. We have stayed in Homestay condos to 5 star luxury resorts. The Palm View was one of the most exceptional travel experiences we have ever had. Don’t be dismayed upon arrival at the street view appearance. Once you walk into the heart of the compound, it is an oasis. The main building has several hotel suites. Behind the main building are several nicely appointed and highly private pool bungalows. We spoiled ourselves with the two bedroom villa, which for the price point compared to home, was an epic deal! I could talk all day about the amazing staff. The owner, Mr. Bao was so accommodating. All of the support staff were beautiful, friendly people. Mr. Hau cooked us an amazing breakfast every morning. Thank you!! Hen gap lai! Andrew and Shaunna White Rock CDA

Location isn't within walking distance from the old town but there's always Grab. The rooms are superb with great amenities and huge beds while the bathtubs are also great. Friendly staff

Private Pool Villa”
Pros i) Well-maintained private pool. Every morning, the staff will come in to scoop out the leaves with a net. At this price point, I have not seen such a well-maintained pool/daily cleaning efforts in other similarly priced villas in Bali and Thailand. ii) Attentive staff and they were responsive to my messages via Facebook messenger iii) Room is cleaned well on a daily basis iv) Bed is comfortable v) Hot water in the shower is reliable and hence could fill up the bath tub well. Seems that many guests tend to complain that hot water seem to run out after awhile in other hotels in Vietnam. And yes, the bath tub is a plus point too! vi) Staff/owner are very courteous and warm (this is run by a family). For instance, the staff/lady boss came to send us off when our transport arrived to send us to the airport. Cons i) Place is a short drive away from Old Town. This is not a huge deal breaker for us as we could still rely on Grabcar which is affordable and reliable. ii) Not much dining options in the vicinity. Regardless, there is the option of using Grab to order from various restaurants, hence again, not a huge deal breaker for us. iii) The air-conditioning in the room we stayed in is controlled by the staff/owner. This is not stated anywhere in the booking website. I'm not sure if this was a specific problem in the villa which we stayed in. The remote control is unable to switch on and off the aircon and we would need to inform them to switch on the aircon every day. I hope they could work on this as it is inconvenient for guests. iv) Breakfast could be better in terms of variety. They stopped serving buffet due to covid during my stay in July. Every morning, it was just either between the choice of two local noodles, porridge (iirc) and plain baguette with eggs. They would also serve some fruits, simple sponge cakes, juice (surprisingly very good) and coffee or tea. Regardless, breakfast was stated as free and came together with the booking. Re

Private villas are amazing”
This is a 10min grab ride away from the central ancient town, but it is a little oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. The private pool is huge, I’m 5’6” and when standing I was fully submerged underwater at the deepest end. It’s so private, a lovely place to relax on a nice hot day. The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The large bathroom window overlooking the pool is amazing. The hotel even arranged a complimentary airport transfer for me which was very nice. Highly recommend. The only thing that could be changed to make this even better is the shower plumbing. It needs adjusting and does not stay at a consistent temperature. Goes from scalding hot to lukewarm without a moments notice.

Best for rest”
Best place for rest around forest. Here is the right place for it! Good restaurants were near by here. Wide, clean, cozy and even reasonable price all of the thing was perfect to me. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Do not miss the dinner! Even much better than outside restaurants. They serve pickup/drop off service and laundry as well. The most important thing was, apparently, I haven’t ever met any nice owner and staffs like here. They tried to hear and fix my requests and did their best. I’m so appreciated that. Feel like home away from home. Definitely, I would like to visit here again!

The hotel is decent but entrance is dinge. Pros Rooms are big and clean Staff if very good Cons Too far-off from city centre. Doesn't make sense travelling so far Insects in room Safety locker not working Dinge entrance and no one sits at reception ( which is nothing but a small room at the road)

Delightful relaxing stay with a very professional staff and high quality facilities”
Mr Bao and the others at Palm View Villa provide a really exceptional experience. I saw the positive reviews before booking but my high expectations were still exceeded! The rooms are luxurious and the team is very responsive and speak great English. We had a leak with our air conditioning and the team fixed it quickly and provided a delicious free dinner. The location is very close to Hoi An but still very quiet and relaxing which is just what we wanted. My favourite parts were the lovely pool, the amazing rainfall shower and bath, the huge comfortable beds and the chickens that roam around while you have breakfast. Can highly recommend Palm View Villa if you're staying in Hoi An.

Highly Recommend in Hoi An”
We stayed at Palm View Villa in Hoi An for 8 nights before we reluctantly had to go home. We had a one bedroom villa which had a totally private pool. Bao and all his staff, in particular Tao, Hao and Mi were always so helpful and happy. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable with great pillows. Great air conditioning, a fabulous bathroom with shower and large sunken bath. Breakfast is included and is amazing, from Vietnamese pancakes to continental style to bacon and eggs, you can have as much or as little as you like. Hao enjoys some banter and is a beautiful man. His Banh Xao for breakfast in the mornings is number 1. Just felt like skipping away from breakfast with a huge smile every day. Would thoroughly recommend staying at Palm View to anyone, whether travelling alone, as a couple or a family.

Feels like home”
This place is perfect for an authentic and personal feel with beautiful, large, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are wonderful and after a day out enjoying Hoi An on the complimentary bikes, you feel like you are coming 'home' to chill and relax by the pool. I stayed with my husband and every day we rode the bikes in to Hoi An, then the beach and back 'home' around the easy to navigate rice fields. It was a great way to see the area and coming back to Palm View felt very much like we were locals! ... In really lovely accommodation! We loved our stay and look forward to seeing the team at Palm View again!

Perfect for quiet relaxation.”
I needed a quiet haven after a very hot and busy week. Palm View Villa provided that. A restful location in a rural setting. The staff were great, very helpful. The room I had was huge and had all facilities you could want. The pool area was clean and the pool itself was a good size. I had dinner and the food was very good for a reasonable price. I intend staying there again and would highly recommend it as long as you want somewhere quiet and out of town. If you want to be in the busy city and night life then this is not the place for you.

High quality spacious villa with a family feel”
We had a lovely time at Palm View Villa. The rooms were very nicely fit out to a high standard. There was plenty of space, and the pool and staff were great. It was quite enough to replace, but only 2km's from the old town centre. We had a great time. Couldn't fault it!

Very clean and peaceful villa”
Lovely large rooms with a good design, great food and a small pool for the warmer weather. Breakfast was very good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is nice and green, but note that the villa is not walking distance to the old Hoi An town - we took a taxi in each night.
