Exceptional”
One of the best hotels I have been too. We stayed in the panoramic suite and it was great value for money. Access to the club lounge meant all day refreshments and canapés/drinks between 5-7 pm. The view was unbelievable, staff were so lovely and the atmosphere was perfect. We didn’t want to leave. We definitely will be returning. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

This booking with Agoda, need some modifications on arrival date check-in one day earlier, due to the unexpected reason . Agoda team/Agoda’s local supplier not try to contact the hotel, even I gave all information and hotel contact person who just say “need an amendment from them, we are OK”. Agoda always say “policy, no change”, “Wait for supplier”. Finally, I got a call from Agoda on the third day from my check-in. My case, hotel, they allows me to modify arrival date as an special case. It shows flexibility and positive attitude for helping customers. Certainly, I will come back and stay at this hotel. Rooms at the top floor, nice view of Yarra River. Good service from all staff.

As a young family of four, we love Pan Pacific. It’s luxury vibe offers two bedroom suites which are hard to come by in Melbourne cbd. Just steps away from atmospheric bars and restaurants, an early dinner with kiddies is easily done within a stones throw. A mini mart downstairs makes it easy to pick up snacks and refreshments for your stay. And just a short walk from Southbank and all it has to offer. With two young kids (and a stroller) we easily walked into the cbd and back for sights and a day out. The staff at Pan Pacific are so incredibly accomodating and when they can will adjust your checkin and checkout time to suit your plans. Breakfast is fantastic - ask for the valet parking and breakfast package. We will be back! Luxury feel for a great price point.

Sophisticated, Stylish and Great Location”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific. It was in a perfect location, I had a great view of the city and the river, the staff were excellent and friendly, I loved the diner I had in the restaurant and the room was very well appointed with all the amenities you could want. 1st time staying at pan pac melbourne. loved the hotel, staff were very friendly, place is really clean. it has the DFO beside it. only slight let down is not many cafes around the area, but food is available at DFO or around the area.

We were there for honeymoon and were allocated a room with a great view of Yarra River. Complimentary champagne and chocolates with handwritten card to celebrate our honeymoon, a very well thought gesture. Room is spacious and luxurious. Decent varieties for breakfast. Beautiful hotel, and staff were amazing. Had a great stay in our favourite part of town!! Comfiest bed ever! And a complimentary bottle of bubbles for my friends birthday. Just lovely. Was a little disappointed the breakky buffet was too busy, we missed out on attending. We were turned away. In room breakky was nice, but was looking forward to sitting in the restaurant and enjoying breakky.

We are on the 17th floor and the view at night was stunning. The location of the hotel is about 8 minutes walk to the tram station. A large DFO mall is just adjacent to the hotel.
