I do prefer the club lounge at this hotel to others in Perth, and preference this hotel mainly for that reason.

Genuine 5 Star Hotel”
I recently stayed here on a two week business trip. Two weeks in a hotel is not really an experience to look forward to, but the staff and facilities at the Pan Pacific made me feel very comfortable and in a genuine home-away-from-home. I was under intense pressure and worked very long hours during my stay, so it was the 5 star experience that gave my time in Perth some ability to relax. The room was clean, quiet and generous in size. The staff were friendly, respectful and very welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt let down by any of the services. I ate at the hotel most nights and the food was always delivered within the specified time and was perfectly prepared. Food quality is very important to me and is one of the things that can make or break my impression of a hotel. Again, I was never disappointed. I would like to thank Arshad for looking after me at check-in. Your genuine desire to make me feel like a welcome guest was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. I've stayed at other "5 Star" hotels in Perth and have never felt so welcomed. Travelling for work is generally not an enjoyable experience, but I look forward staying at the Pan Pacific the next time I'm in Perth.
Our memorable Pan Pacific Stay in Perth”
Pan Pacific Perth is strategically located along Swan River in the city center. It has nice views of Langley Park and the river itself. This hotel was really a perfect choice for us to discover Perth as me and my mom are first time visitors in this city. Even though in our first two days were marred with thunderstorms and depression and also hours of brownout due to the storm, our tour of the city still pushed through and going back to our suite in the hotel was much longed for after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel is a little bit old-fashioned when it comes to its furnitures and restroom facilities but what I like are the big space and the clean and comfy pillows and bedsheets provided to us in our room. The hotel attendants were also very helpful. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.
Dear Jason, Appreciate your commentary and thank you for the perfect rating. We are so glad you stayed with us. Rob Weeden - General Manager
Very enjoyable stay.”
My first time staying in Pan Pacific for 2 nights recently, was indeed a very satisfying experience. Front desk Manager Casey, who was very helpful to inform me of that I was booked on 2 different room nights but he was able to upgrade me with a special rate to a Pacific Club Room which I happily accepted. For guests staying in Club room, there was the privilege of having free flow of food and drinks/liquor at the Pacific Lounge Club, plus free breakfast at Montereys which is very good value for money, Overall, it is a good hotel to stay and with great services from friendly team accompanied by reasonable good quality food and drinks from both the Club Lounge and Café. It is highly recommend and I will definitely return to stay in this hotel when I visit Perth again.
Dear Sonny, Thank you for the kind comments on our people and property. We would certainly celebrate Casey at our next daily briefing. We are so glad you stayed with us and we look forward to welcoming you back. Wishing you a fantastic 2019! Rob Weeden - General Manager
Perfect view in CBD of Perth”
Its been a great experience to stay in Pan Pacific Perth. The perfect location in CBD area makes it even more excellent. However, if you are having a car, its gonna be a little bit problem here as the hotel doesnt have free parking bays at all. In other words, u must actually pay for the parking fee if u want to keep your car safe which is quite costly. But overall, I love staying there. We all enjoyed it and had a great time. Thanks Pan Pacific. Great Job!
Love Pan Pacific Perth”
This is the second time we have stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth. I highly recommend the Pacific Club Suite accommodation- the room was HUGE and well appointed (two TV's, king bed, full bath, separate shower etc.). The bathroom and furnishings were modern. The best part is access to the Club Lounge - canapés and drinks of an evening and buffet breakfast in the morning - makes for great value for money.
My family and I booked 2 interconnecting rooms and we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff there were excellent! They were so friendly and very helpful! It's about 15 mins walk to the shopping area around Barack street. There are restaurants and bars around the hotel area too! I would definitely return to Pan Pacific Perth!
Dear Francis, It is wonderful to read that you and your family had a great stay with us at Pan Pacific Perth. Our team takes great pride in looking after the needs of our guests in a friendly and attentive manner and we are pleased that their level of service met your expectations. We look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you again in the near future. Best regards, John Kockan General Manager
luxurious hotel thats worth a visit”
Pan Pacific is one of the best hotels in Perth that i have visited. The style of the room and bathroom was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend anyone to visit here. We stayed in a Pacific club suite and we would definitely visit again. One notable thing, we ordered a nasi goreng and the prawn crackers that came with it were hard and stale. If that is the only thing i can pick out, it shows you that this place is worth visiting.
A good choice”
Pan Pacific was the location of a professional conference, so it was the convenient choice this time. The rooms and facilities for the conference were great and the food catered for during the conference was also nice. Even so, I'd be happy to stay again if I were the visit Perth for leisure in the future. Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the location - perfect for a morning stroll along the swan river as you head out for breakfast. With Perth's free public buses in the CBD, the 935 bus to King's Park is literally just down the road.
Dear Jessica, Great to read that you were pleased with your experience with us - both in rooms and conference. Tell everyone! We look forward to welcoming you back. Rob Weeden - General Manager
Thanks Perth for a great stay.”
We had the Priemier lounge and this was a big bonus. Really enjoyed the company of all those we met in the lounge. Reception were exceptional with care and consideration to ensure the guest (me) had the best stay possible. The helpful information from the staff about the winery area of Margaret River was priceless. Had the best time thanks to the advice from the doorman. Well done Pan Pacific Perth.
Thank you Paula for your comments and rating, we are glad you chose to stay with us. Rob Weeden - GM

Nice Hotel Room with Friendly Staffs”
The stay at Pan Pacific Perth was a nice experience. The Room was very clean, well maintain. The Staff was friendly and the food was good. The ambien was nice in the hotel. Overall, The hotel is nice. But it a distance away from the City central.
My favourite hotel”
We always stay at the Pan Pacific Perth, and have never had a bad experience. It is always welcoming, spotlessly clean and wonderful staff. The guy who works in the Lobby Bar (I think his name is Irwin) always remembers us and his service is impeccable. I always recommend your hotel to family and friends.
We decided to stay in Perth after taking the Indian Pacific from Sydney. We opted for a River View suite and the view was excellent from the large windows looking out over the Swan River. Although we are not in peak physical shape, the walk to the shops, ferry terminal and return along the river was well within our capabilities. Although our room was not ready on arrival the staff made every effort to keep us comfortable with free drinks and entry to the Pacific Club to allow us to relax. All staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next time we visit Perth.
Thank you for your feedback, great having you with us. Rob W
Exceptional stay! ”
We upgraded to a suite given the promo of $48/daily for breakfast, use of lounge/ bigger room and we were impressed with the service, the comfort of the room, the food, the location. It was our first stop before we moved on to Margaret River and my 3yr old only remembers Pan Pacific and Sister Mina(she served us and played with my girl at the club). Though we stayed in 3 other hotels, apartments; my girl kept asking for us to head back to Pan Pacific. She said she like the room and Sister Mina. We missed her on our last night as she wasn’t working and my girl missed her. She definitely made an impression. All the other staffs were nice too! Only downside was parking, it was expensive to drive while staying there since parking can come up to $35/day(if parked by valet), other alternatives can come up more. Great stay and we are looking forward to be back!
Dear Cheryl, Thank you for staying with us and for the wonderful review. I am glad that you had an exceptional experience and we do look forward to welcoming you back - let me know! Rob Weeden - General Manager
Had another satisfying stay in Pan Pacific Perth recently. Enjoyed all the complimentary facilities extended to me during my stay. Staff were friendly as usual and service was good all round. Will look forward to my next stay there.

Awesome hotel great location”
our stay from start to finish was perfect. we stayed 4 nights with a very very late check in and a very very early check out, the reception staff was awesome. the bedroom was perfect with a great bed, amazing view during the day, and of course we saw the amazing australia day fireworks from our room. it was sensational. the pool was superb, great temperature, the sun does go over the hotel about 1ish, leaving the pool area in the shade. this is not a problem as we enjoyed a sundrenched morning by the pool. the hotel is very very close to the waterfront, lovely for a stroll along to enjoy the river. the hotel is close to city, a very easy stroll. it's located just around the corner from a 24hr convience store, very convinent! there is also a delicious cafe nearby, just up the road on the opposite side called dome, great food and low prices. we would definately stay here again, thanks pan pacific!
Lovely hotel with excellent executive lounge”
We had a lovely stay here in an executive room with lounge access..if you can, upgrade to one of these, it made a huge difference to our enjoyment of this hotel. It compared well against other executive lounges we have used. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean.. the check in staff were delightful, the man who checked us in took the time to explain about the city and changed a reservation in the restaurant for us. The breakfast was lovely especially in the exec lounge. The only downside of our stay here was a disappointing meal in the lobby bar, but this was rectified beyond our expectations. The hotel is on a bus route with bus stop very close by. Taxis were readily available too.. the hotel is situated outside of the city centre but this is not a problem, it’s an easy walk. The staff at the hotel were great, (with the exception of the lounge bar waitresses), especially the front desk, housekeeping and the doormen. I’d certainly stay here again on my next trip o Perth.
Dear Diana, We are absolutely delighted to read that you have had an enjoyable and memorable experience with us. We strive to offer enriching and memorable experiences by providing the unmistakable Pacific touch and we are delighted that you were pleased with our service and facilities. All of us look forward to welcoming you back to Pan Pacific Perth! Warm regards, Rob Weeden General Manager
I had a lovely stay over the 3 nights at the Pan Pacific perth. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms are large, spacious, comfortable and very accommodating for what we needed.
The revitalised Pan Pacific (ex-Sheraton) in Perth remains a comfortable and well-managed hotel. A warm and friendly welcome was forthcoming despite the large queue of new arrivals. The rooms, whilst small, are fresh, clean and functional. Most rooms have a lovely view of Perth. The only disappointment is the restaurant. Rather over-priced and dull menu - but being close to the CBD allows for a good choice of alternative restaurants to choose from anyway. Pan Pacific is making an impressive mark on Perth.
Nice stay. Good value.”
Booked via hotelscombined. Got a good deal for an overnight stay for a business conference. Happy to recommend the Pan Pacific in Perth for your 5 star hotel needs.
Dear Steve, thank you for the perfect score and the recommendation. We are so glad to have you stayed with us and we cannot wait to welcome you back. Rob Weeden - General Manager
