Wonderful experience!”
Stayed here for 2 nights and I must say I had the best experience in a singapore hotel ever. Booked the panoramic room and the view was amazing! Its also convenient to suntec city and marina square. And how is it that all the staffs in the hotel are so nice and accommodating? The breakfast buffet at edge restaurant was nice. Swimming pool was clean. The indoor playground for kids was also good and clean. I even requested for an Allen key cos my daughter's stroller had issues, and they sent me their hotel technician who is only responsible for hotel matters, to help me with my daughter's stroller. He actually helped me repair it! I'm so thankful! Thank you pan pacific! Definitely recommended to families with young children as they have a 0.6m pool and indoor playground!

Awesome hotel with great facilities”
I think Pan Pacific is easily my new favourite hotel in the slew of Marina Bay hotels. Service staff are hospitable and efficient. Requests are always very promptly attended to from reception to in-room services. Facilities and restaurants within the hotel are a plenty, you will never need a reason to step out of it even if shopping malls are a stone’s throw away. I also love how the contemporary design of my premier Marina Bay room and how spacious it is! Will come back again, especially for the club rooms or suites!

Perfect location, walking distance to Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, and the MRT downtown line. Best breakfast of any hotel we've ever stayed at - many separate ethnic buffet stations (probably over 30 items to choose from). Get the breakfast option.

Pleasant and fun stay for couple with young children”
The room was spacious and clean. It provided lots of running space for my toddler. The play area for children is toddler friendly and my little one enjoyed the slides and ball pit. There is a variety of food during breakfast and the food tasted great. I enjoyed their egg station and porridge station very much. The location of the hotel is also very accessible to four shopping malls. It's also walkable distance from Cocomelon themed restaurant at Raffles city and bicycle rental at esplanade, so there are alot of other things to do nearby. Lastly, we are very thankful for the great service given by the staff. The room service is very prompt and the staff at the Edge restaurant were very attentive. We will definitely return to the hotel soon.

Luxury Well Done”
Club room 30th floor - beautiful views of the Harbor. Well appointed furnishings, excellent staff service except for the senior bell hop staff who are gruff and unfriendly. Bed, linens amazing, Balmain toiletries. Great breakfast with tattinger champagne (the best!) with excellent and really well done food - hats off to the chef. Location is wonderful as well - a hop/skip to Suntec city, marina and a quick walk to Promenade MRT which is one stop away from Marina Bay Sands. EXCELLENT! I'm booking same hotel for my next stay. (p.s. Club room privileges gets you 2 pc of laundry daily, breakfast in the AM, tea in the afternoon and evening cocktails and canapes, non-alcholic refreshments from mini bar, and welcome fruit/snacks.)

Very satisfied with my stay. Hotel linked to Marina Square and Suntec City. Enjoyed shopping there and watching a musical at Sands Theatre nearby. One of the staff, Janice from The Edge Restaurant was a great help with our breakfast buffer.

Child friendly hotel! ”
At first glance you would see it as a hotel with many business guests who are here for meetings etc. Little did I know that Pan Pacific do cater for family too. My children loved the indoor playground and got the whole playground to themselves. That’s a bonus! They have a shallow pool for the kids separated from the adult pool. The cabanas/lounger was really nice to relax on. It was really windy and it gives you a good Feng Shui vibe. Reception staff was really nice. I didn’t get her name and she’s such a nice Indian lady. She wished happy advance birthday to me during check in and wished me happy birthday during check out. She remembered! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Exceptional”
Great hotel , connected to a shopping centre with shops and restaurants and mrt tube station up the road. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and presentable with beautiful evening views of Singapore !!! Breakfast very good , pancakes waffles , cheeses , Singapore food and English breakfast. Lots of choice ! Quiet hotel in the nights if you like a good nights sleep after a long day sightseeing.

staycation with family with young kids”
We stayed in pacific club harbour room. Room is clean and spacious. We are given a high floor at level 32 directly facing the floating platform, given us a very good view of the performance and fireworks. My children enjoyed it very much! The TV is able to screencast our tablets or phones, thus the children are able to watch youtube/netflix on the TV. We did not request for the extra bed as it is chargeable at quite a high price ($300++/day), so 5 of us including of 3 children squeeze in the bed, this was probably the only uncomfortable experience we had. We are able to access the Pacific Club lounge, the afternoon tea is buffet style and yummy and its free. As we have kids, we did not managed to join their evening cocktails. Although I feel the staffs are not very friendly and approachable and understanding in their email conversation before the staycation, I was surprised by the staff's hospitality during our stay. The children love the pool too! We enjoyed our stay for sure.

Pan Pacific have been listed as 1 of my go to hotel now! Smooth check in and good choices of breakfast! We stayed during the Christmas eve, and we gotten a Christmas sock with goodies in it! So thoughtful of them! Definitely will come back!!!

Aside from the ongoing renovation, everything was superb. Too bad we were not able to stay until 1st of January. But the hotel staff were to kind to try to extend our stay, however, they were at full house due to the peak season. Overall, everything was great. Hope to be back anytime soon!

The location is great, it is beside 3 malls, mrt is just 5-10min leisure walk away. All staff were nice and accommodating. The room is big, with a nice view of the city. The loo is handicap friendly, it would be good to install a bidet. It would be nice to have an ice dispenser on every level so we do not need to trouble the staff to bring in some ice. There is room for improvement for check-in, the waiting time took almost an hour. maybe you can have a self check-in kiosk, it may reduce waiting time. Check-out was fast, just drop your key card and you're done.

Great hotel for staycation”
The best hotel with great location because its just beside 2 shopping centres, Marina Square and Suntec city mall. Fantastic view of the city from the 29th floor of the room. Good range of breakfast during this Covid period as they offer sitting down buffet. Just use the QR code to order and the food will be delivered to your table. The only downside for me was the cleanliness of the room. Can be improved. Rating cleanliness 3.5/5 since its the pandemic period right now and cleanliness would be one of the main issues that customers might look into. Overall, great stay with friendly staff everywhere.

Exceptional Service by Front Office”
I was in a Long Q with a stroller, luggage and badly behaved toddler in tow. I was really feeling stressed up. Jimmy from Front Desk approached me and swiftly brought me to another check in area. Knowing the situation, he even brought a colleague, Sam who tried to befriend my 4yo. They became fast friends, holding hands and walking alongside me. Instantly, I felt a wave of relief! This is the first time I experience help outside and I greatly appreciate it! While I did my check-in, I overheard Sam negotiating with my little one that if he can get in the pram, he will get him some chocolates while Jimmy kept watch. Everything went smoothly, I even had a nice room upgrade for my toddler’s birthday! This is the most impressive service I have received from any hotel so far! Thank u Pan Pacific for going the extra mile to make my day less stressful. Having a meltdown before the day started was no joke and I’m thankful for Jimmy and Sam. They deserve a recognition award for what they have done! I will always remember these 2 names in association with Pan Pacific and the great service standard! Highly recommended hotel to stay in!

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Convenient to shop, dine and get transport. Staff at reception and Atrium is friendly and accommodating. Dining at Atrium at the lobby is out of this world, as if floating on calm waters. The pool is a great place to relax. Had a great staycation indeed and will be back soon!

We booked a night stay at the Pacific Club Harbour Studio and was grateful to be upgraded to Skyline Suite. We also requested for an early check-in as our 2 year old son usually has his afternoon nap at 1pm. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us as early as 10am and our son absolutely loved the experience, together with his frequent visits to the Urban Jungle Village! The afternoon tea at the club lounge was impeccable too. Staff were all top-notch when it comes to service be it at the lounge or during breakfast at the Edge. Would definitely recommend staying at Pan Pacific Hotel.

I was with my friends at the harbour studio room and it was great. Pleasant checkin, staffs are quick with request and housekeeping service staff was really polite as well. I didnt use the facilities that much but the room was great.
