Convenient for Cruisers”
We stayed at the Pan Pacific the night before our Alaska cruise. The hotel is located right at the cruise port (Canada Place) which made it very easy for our embarkation day. They even took our bags for us to the cruise ship. Room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place!”
Me and my son's first trip to Vancouver. My husband took us there for New Year's Celebration. Hotel is fantastic with great breakfast. The room is very clean. It has comfortable 2 queen beds with lots of soft and comfy pillows. We had an amazing view of the water, mountains and some part of the other city. The best part was, we had the view for the Fireworks. But the only thing is missing is a bedroom sleepers which I guess not expensive to offer to a guests who paid $1300 for only 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel to traveller who won't bring a car . Restaurants and shops are accesscible even the food court has an access from the hotel.

Nice place to stay in Vancouver. Close to the city or the train station if you need it. Nice room, and lovely personal. Breakfast not so good, but you have a lot of choice on the basement of the hotel.

Really disappointed with the staff at the hotel reception. Fake smile. Nothing sincere there. The staff at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport give a warm welcome compare to the Pan Pacific Vancouver.

Worth it for NYE fireworks”
Spring for the view. Its lovely to see the planes landing in the harbor as well. Facilities/interior a little outdated, but staff are very hospitable and the location nice and neat public transit plus walking distance to almost everything you'd want.

Some staff are great others are not and seem to know nothing and not helpful. Restaurant is expensive and food meh. Rooms are a bit older and you can hear people in hallways and other rooms and bathroom is small. Can’t beat the location though if you want to be near Coal Harbour/Gastown/Downtown. Views are awesome and rooftop pool and hot tub is lovely!

We wanted to have time together and were happy to have a wonderful space to relax. The staff was wonderful and we sure enjoyed the 23rd floor . Room was so nice and the bed was comfy. We will book here again.

Atrocious service ”
The check in staff were borderline incompetent . Not accommodating in the slightest and failed to grasp hospitality or customer service. The plumbing rattled the room whenever anyone from neighboring rooms flushed the toilets. The pool opened at 6am which led to screaming children in the halls much too early for a weekend getaway Spend your money elsewhere for what you pay for, you are better off at the holiday Inn Brutal
