Amazing views!”
I fell in love! The resort was breath taking the staff was great. Delicious food and all you can drink with an amazing ocean front view and close to the beach. Panama Jack reaort is near everything just a few min away from the nightlife and 10min away from the famous flea market Mercado 28. Defineatly will be coming back.

Pros. Lots of kid activities, room, 24hr snack bar, staff very friendly and attentive, 5v restaurants to choose from, all inclusive. Cons. Food a bit bland, ocean was too rough to do anything but wave ride.

Big hotel in great location”
hotel is big and spacious but very crowded. rooms big and very good. restaurants and bars busy and sometimes difficult to get a table. food ok and plentiful but not great. entertainment at night and tvs for watching sport. outside areas very good. beach and swimming were outstanding. water service to sunlounges. good tours desk. some staff very difficult to deal with and night mamager on check-in was rude and unhelpful. no 'old part of town' to visit in cancun. weather great.

Fantastic Vacation”
First if you are over 6' you will love the showers!! Guys you know what I mean, the shower head is high enough for 6'9" to take a shower without bending over!!!!!! Food was fantastic in all the restaurants, drinks were great and people were fun. The beach bartenders were fantastic and to much fun. Sabin, queen of activities, was so nice and helpful and got all of us to participate in poolside activities/drinking games... I'm going to stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boring Club Catering to Families and Elderly”
This club was extremely boring. I decided to come back to Gran Caribe as I first came in 2013 and it was very fun then. At that time it was full of young adults and the resort was packed with people and entertainment. Fast forward to present day and it's completely the opposite. All entertainment and music is shut off in the lobby/stage at 9:30PM sharp. There is nothing to do after that other than sit and watch ESPN on mute. They threw a decent NYE party and the dinner was excellent, but other than NYE night it felt like a senior citizen home where all their grandchildren were visiting. The resort now has two waterslides, a pirate ship with waterslides as well, a kids club, and miniature golf that's completely catered to kids. If that's what they want to be, it's great... but I won't be coming to party here in the future.

I made mistake, which i made reservation for one person. It happened because the price was almost same for 2 people. So when I arrived I had to pay extra 102 US dollar. So there was a little delay for check in. The staff at the front was no nice, no polite and did not give us wellcome drink, which other people did. Room was small and really humid. Menu book in the room is old with wrong informations. Restaurant was not good, food with only small choice.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement; this hotel was a lot more expensive than the Marriott we previously stayed in by $75. The drinks and food (Oreo's) were awful. I am never going to return even if I had a free week stay - I would not come back.

les falta modernizar sus habitaciones, por lo que se paga uno esperaría que estuvieran en mejores condiciones (puertas cerrajerias) mi balcón tenia una fuga de agua. Excelente para ir con ninhos pequeños por el mini parque acuatico que poseen. El sistema de check in y chek out fue excelente no duramos mas de 10 min en ingresar y para la salida ni tuvimos que pasar por el front office. Los restaurantes estan bien, el del buffet tiene variedad pero en varias ocasiones sus meseros y cocineros no nos hicieron buena cara al pedir bebidas o preguntar por los alimentos. El restaurante italiano es excelente y el restaurante Mejicano no nos fue bien, duraron mas de una hora en servirnos y nos tuvimos que ir al restaurante buffet.En general el hotel estuvo bien pero tiene que mejorar.

清潔感あるオシャレなホテル”
オーシャンフロントの部屋が最高に良かった！掃除も行き届いていた！ スタッフもみんな親切でフレンドリー！Restaurantの味はあまり美味しくない所が多かったけれど。雰囲気は何処も素晴らしかった！ Barでは夜になると様々なイベントをしていて楽しめた！ 寒くて海には入れなかったけれど、プールは温水になっていて入れて楽しかった！

オールインクルーシブはとても楽ちん♬”
11年ぶり二度目の滞在でしたが、今回は幼子３人(５歳、４歳、１歳)連れファミリーでの宿泊でした。到着早々懐かしさで感動していたのもつかの間、予約時に子どもの人数を入力するのを忘れた為、子どもらの追加料金を取られ、かなり予算オーバーしましたが、我々家族の人数を考慮してスタッフの方がファミリールームにグレードupして下さいました。[飲み物＆食事]美味しいウェルカムドリンクから始まり、以前は予約制だったメキシカン料理とイタリアンは予約制ではなくなっていました。しかし、イタリアンはコンスタントに毎回込み合っており、時間帯によりますが３０分~１時間の待ち時間が必要なので、出来ればopen開始の１８時には行ったほうがよさそうです。(我が家としては、味はいまいちでいたが…)一方でメキシカンは最高に美味しくて、滞在中３回も利用しました。こども達としては、午前午後に各１階ずつロビーで提供されるドーナツ＆パン系が最高に美味しく、小腹がすくとすかさず食べに行っていました。また、主人はそこに出ているマヤコーヒーもとても気に入っていました。[館内施設]子ども達は、船のプール、スライダー、キッズルーム＆プールは結局それぞれ１日くらいに楽しんだだけで、後は大方海か真ん中のメインプールで遊びました。キッズルーム内とパットゴルフは全く利用しませんでした。メインプールでも子ども＆赤ちゃんでも入れるように高台になっている所があるのでとても便利でした。私は、子どもの一人が寝ている間にスパのジャグジーとミストサウナを何度も利用しましたが、とても快適で最高でした。夜は、フロント向かいのバーで毎日イベントが変わるので、子ども達共々とても楽しめました。夜遅くまでやっているのでついつい夜更かししてしまいました。[ビーチ]海に入るときには、ビーチサイドにあるベットを利用しました。そこで飲み物を頼んだり、子ども達を寝かせたりととても便利でした。[部屋]最初の３日はファミリールームでしたが、まったく眺望は期待できません。目の前はパットゴルフが見えました。最終日にはわずかな金額でオーシャンフロントにグレードupしてもらいましたが、本当に部屋からの眺めが良くて感動しました。眺めがとてもいいのでルームサービスを頼んで家族で部屋でゆっくりしました。トータル４泊5日の滞在でしたが、とても贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
