Great location for a budget traveller
Its not near the jammed roads, room is decent for its price
Have stayed many hotels in Yangon, Traders, park royal, summit view and many others. Do take note if you haven't been to Myanmmar, hotels are extremely expensive, price ranges from to for a normal room and don't expect much. Internet is pathetic at Panda Hotel, but still free wifi nontheless.

Friendly Basic Hotel
Friendly and helpful service
Basic hotel, like all hotels in Yangon now overpriced for the product. Poor breakfast and not in easy walking distance of snacks or coffee, but close by readily available taxi to downtown, and walking distance to national museum. Ensure your room is near the wifi transmitter in your hall, or the signal will be too weak.

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile.
Spacious Rooms, friendly service.
i've stayed at the same hotel every time i've visited myanmar. this trip like most other hotels in myanmar, room rates have more than tripled and nothing extra to show for.i usually travel to malaysia after my myanmar trip and usually stay at the park royal hotel which has more facilities like gym , swimming pool and excellent breakfast.and now panda hotel cost the same but not a 5 star hotel.

Professional service but old hotel and expensive
Service
I'm a frequent customer in Panda hotel. I suggest this hotel needs to be renovated to become more modern and advanced.

Close to China Town, National Museum and Market
Location, Cleanliness and Staff
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. When we need to leave the hotel for an early trip before the restaurant opens for breakfast, they are willing to pack us a breafast box. Though it's just bread, an egg and a banana, but they're enthusiastic to help and inform us in advance what they could do for us.The bathroom shower might be a little old but clean.

Good service
Great location
It's close to the market. Going to China town will cost only 1,2oo kyts. Very close to National museum as well. The price might be expensive compared to those in Bkk, but good value in Yangon.

Great location and nice service
Not far from everything
they have a money exchange service at a lower rate than that of the bank's, but if you want to exchange a lot of money, take a taxi for 1200 kyts to summit...hotel. they have two money exchange agents who offer a better rate than bank's, (not at the hotel counter).
