Good place to enjoy quietly in Gili T”
The host is very polite. They arranged bicycles for us to roam around in Gili T. They had pool bar which we enjoyed a lot. Food served was also delicious. Would love to visit again.

After landing on the beach of Gili T, we instantly knew we wanted to escape the busy streets and find ourselves a nice secluded villa on the beach. After renting a bike (don't pay more than 50,000) for the day, we wandered over to the western side of the island and found the Pandawa Beach Villa Resort. We were not disappointed at all. Amenities were fantastic, bar and restaurant were great and the service was outstanding! Our only setback was a 2pm check-in which was annoying as there was plenty of available villa's when we arrived at 12pm. Highly recommend a longer stay as we were only there for the night unfortunately. Believe us when we say this, rooms when booking directly are expensive... we jumped on the resorts wifi, downloaded the Agoda App and paid half of what they were asking! Thank you Agoda!!!! I came here for celebrating my wedding anniversary, and I asked for special request to decorate the room, and the resort fulfilled it with no extra charge. Deluxe Room - Disappointing experience with Pandawa”
We booked a Deluxe Room for a night in Gili Trawangan. Long story short. Were assigned twin-bed room, asked to merge the two beds, accepted by staffs. Understood requires time and effort, thus willing to wait for 45 minutes. However, when we arrived at the room, there was no change to the bed arrangement. On top of that, rubbish bin was not cleaned and there were no towels, thus we requested to change room, which was not approved at first. My friend complained on behalf, and we got upgraded to 1-bedroom suite. The experience got worse from there, the plug was not usable, and the room is not lighten up enough, the toilet is huge but empty, with hose left halfway and sink leaking. We decided to not complain and live with it, however, we know we could get a much better location at the same price. 1. Location - On the other side of public harbor, walked for 30 minutes or take Cidomo (Horse cart). Able to see sunset, and quiet at night (party place is on the other side). 2. Cleanliness - Deluxe room is much cleaner than the suite. However, rubbish bin was not cleaned when we checked in. 3. Staff - Staff is patient and courteous, however, nothing much can be done, until we escalate to the manager. 4. Facilities - Swimming pool is nice. However they use seawater for shower purpose. Plug was not usable at the suite, room light is not enough. Shower room is huge, but empty. 5. Overall - We think it's not worth the money, for the unlucky ones like us. Lucky customers would get the room cleaned and well prepared. Design of Deluxe room would definitely be much better than the Suite. Our experience decided our negative review on Pandawa.

Pandawa offers good facilities for the right traveler, but service was below what you might expect. The saltwater pool is an awesome beach alternative for the day, free of the sharp coral bits & sand at the beach. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished & have daybeds inside & on the porch. And it's spot on the best east/west road on the island. Beyond this, don't get your expectations up. Staff seems less capable of conversing in English than many smaller hotels here. There are few key staff that seem sharp, but there are so many others that the others seem to take a very lackadaisical attitude to service here. Just attempting to order a Bintang at the pool bar can be a frustrating experience. For another example: very disappointing that there were so many flies at the breakfast area-- while there were fans on the ceiling that could blow the flies away, the fans weren't turned on. I recommend a stay here and enjoy the pool, but go off-campus for food, etc.

It was lovely place”
The place was not close to the bangsal harbor but realy nice to see the fantastic sunset. So some who wants to stay here have to have a staying concept like..don't care to haven't go to party zone, market place etc. I saticefied with the cozy mood and quietness than around the harbor. The breakfast was soso. I think you'll better do not look forward to something gormet in Gili T. There are nothing special delicious things. And you are prepared for salty water in shower. I think almost Gili islands will be like that. anyway, Gili island was a heaven.

Room for improvement”
Stayed at Pandawa for a week. The good parts ... they have an army of staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The pool is big and the rooms very nice. The bad parts, food was unfortunately really bad. Seemed like they thought that cutting the food in some fancy shapes would somehow add to the flavor or quality of the ingredients. A lot more to be expected with the prices they ask. The second negative part is the amount of flies everywere on the resort, the restaurant, the room, pool area were all infested.

Hotel is located in front of the beach, has a great pool, the room is very spacious with patio facing the pool and partially open bathroom. The hot shower was inconsistent. Breakfast was so so. Their soto ayam and cocktails are good. The hotel restaurant operates 24hrs which is very convenient if you would like to get something to eat or drink. The location is quite far from the central area which has all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc, and need to pay 100k to get there. Great place to relax and unwind, very peaceful and quiet. The hotel management allowed late check out when i requested which is very kind of them. Overall had a good time! =)

The hotel is elegant, clean and spacious room. However, its situated on the other side of Gili Trawangan which is quiet far from the boat terminal. Need to take the cidomo if bringing a lot bags as quiet far for walking. Overall, the hotel is value for money

salty water from shower was very shocked! hard to communicate with staff especially Room service. Took an hour and half to get your room service and she didn't even say sorry. However, all the facilities are amazing I guarantee you if you want some good moods with your lover. If you don't do room service and don't mind salty water shower, it's very impressive of all Pandawa Property. best pool furniture I've ever seen.

Great Place to Stay”
The room is big enough with comfortable king size bed. The room facilities are also good. The bathroom size is big enough but the roof is little bit open so you can see the sky but it's fun. But be careful with some insects that can enter your bathroom but it's still ok because the hotel room is very nice. Foods provided in this hotel are tastes good. In front of the hotel is the beach where the perfect sunset point is located. and there are a lot of restaurant on the beach so we can enjoy our meals on the beach and enjoy the beautiful view.

Cute hotel”
We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived and were amazed by the pool and beach right out front. Our room was so nice compared to the hostel we just stayed in. After coming back from dinner we notice our A/C was not working and the water was off. We had to move rooms. The second room was invested with mosquito's. I was getting bites all over my body. We had to move rooms again the same night. The third room was okay, and we finally got some sleep. They ended up fixing our A/C the next day in our first room so we didn't have to move all our stuff. The mosquito problem was bad and we had to keep bug spray on us all night. Also the water kept turning off. The buffet in the morning was delicious, but room service took forever. The pool was the best part of this hotel.

Disappointing hotel with loud music”
This hotel on the "quiet" (West) side of Gili Trawangan is set nicely by the beach, but the hotel's two beach bars play devastatingly loud electronica/trance music from early morning until late at night. It completely spoiled our stay there, and the staff did not respond to our complaints even through we were the only guests there because it was off-season. Also, the hotel is still under construction and is really a building site. There was a rotten smell from garbage and the artificial pond in the hotel garden. And wifi didn't work in our room. After two nights we were so stressed out from the noise that we moved to a much nicer hotel nearby - the Ombak Sunset. Unfortunately, the noisy hotel Pandawa Conflict, refused to refund out last prepaid night.

Nice property on quiet side of island ”
Nice resort however it is on the quiet side of island. Most restaurants, bars, shopping etc is on the opposite side of island..20min bike ride. The hotel and staff were nice, breakfast is nothing to amazing but it works. The pool was very green, full of algae and needs to be cleaned very badly. Overall good for price, and sunsets are amazing on beach in front of hotel!
