Pannee Hotel is really nice, all new and clean. ”
The are to places called Pannee, the Residence and the Hotel. The one that has the new and nice rooms is the Hotel. Everything was real new and clean. It has everything I need. The have really good taste decorating the hotel. The staff was very nice. And it is beside the Royal Palace. Like it so much.

The room is a little small but clean.There is no breakfast .There is one 7-11 nearby the hotel.The air conditioner is a little bit loud.Staff is quite nice.

More quiet than Khao San”
This little hotel just outside of the main Khaosan area is worth what I paid. Direct A4 bus transfer fro/to DMK airport. Located within heritage trail with few sites less than 15mins walk. Although in a quieter area, there are still few decent restaurants along the same street.

We stayed here for one night as a stop over flying to Vietnam. The hotel was easy to find, clean rooms with hot showers. The staff at reception weren’t very helpful and didn’t have great English but was fine for our night stay

The place was ok, staff couldn't find our reservation but kindly put us in a room while they figured it out. my friend came to visit and they wouldn't let them come up even for a moment as it was an extra charge. Was expensive night for what we received.

The Wi-Fi was not working and at first the staff didn't believe us and kept telling us we didnt enter the right Wi-Fi which ended up not being the case. Overall the staff was very cold and no tips provided or map. Good point was the room was clean and bed comfortable

It seems to me that the location is good . But all staff members aren't so friendly . Above all, there was a big problem with an alarm system. The staff members seemed to be confused. Terribly noisy and we couldn't stay in the room .. All customers ran out . We were afraid of the emergency false fire alarm. The staffs are not professional. They couldn't do how to reset the alarm system in normal function.

Nice hotel close to Khao San road restaurants ”
The room is quite nice, spacious enough even though the bathroom is tiny. Daily cleaning is appreciated, water and coffee are refilled. The reception staff does not talk much English so it's difficult to communicate with them.

Room not cleaned. ”
We stayed 5 days. Not once were our towels replaced, we never got toilet roll after it ran out, bins weren’t emptied and beds weren’t changed. When I asked for new towels I was told it had to be before 2pm in which we had left the “please clean this room tag out” from 7:30am as we went on a tour that day. Weird smell came from the room which they tried to cover up with a wax burner. Close to khao san road but would rather have stayed downtown. Much nicer area as where we stayed was run down and dirty.

Nothing special but great for what you pay. Clean and all works! If you are light sleeper you might want to consider to use earplugs as the doors do not keep the noise out. But this was not an issue for us at all. We would book it again!

Good value if you want something near but just outside Khao San Road ”
Mostly very clean, spacious and minimalist rooms. Lifts work throughout so there are minimal stairs to deal with regardless of what floor you're on. Aircon works fine. The only down sides were the facilities are a bit TOO minimal (not even a kettle in the room) and the showers are kinda gross. I stayed in two different rooms, both had blocked shower issues where the water just fills the bathroom floor and takes hours to subside. Luggage room is available if needed for free for a few hours when you check out. 7-11 is right next door. Overall would stay there again.
