Slightly disappointing ”

The Panoramic has been in Iguazu for ages and has the arguably best location in the city (excluding the Sheraton outside the city). Unfortunately, the general attitude of the has that certain "we don't really need you, we have managed fine for years" attitude inherited in most employees, which is quite sad because the place does have a lot of potential. The breakfast is really nice, but the lobby bar (lunch) is not recommended - it is way over priced and the quality is mediocre. Finally, a small thing, but 5 star Hotels should not charge for WiFi - it's greedy (especially at nearly USD 10 a day!).

Nice hotel with good facilities close to town ”

Very friendly staff with good clean rooms, It was very easy to walk from hotel into the town of Iguazu. Taxi rank on the same road as the hotel if required. Resturant had a good choice and food was very good. Hotel has a Casino that was surprisingly busy at night.Pool area lovely to relax and enjoy the vista.

Oasis in the heart of town”

The Panoramic hotel is located just a short walk from the centre of town, but with the large grounds and lovely pool and spa, feels like it's miles away. The view across the river to Brazil and Paraguay adds to the feeling of being out on the edge of the forests. The reception staff are extremely helpfull and accomodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late.

Pool facilities pay for all ”

The Pool area Is the best OF the hotel! View is amazing ! We stayed in room with river view and didn’t liked it as the room was very small and you couldn’t find the river unless standing up in a corner. Bed was great. If you plan to stay here be sure tone at the hotel by 5:30pm so you can watch the sunset show from the pool area!

This hotel had a great location only being walking distance into town. You could walk into to town to catch the bus to the falls for a cheaper option or just take A taxi right from the hotel. Hotels pool was great and view from the pool simply amazing!!! Only disappointment with this choice was the hotels front desk staff weren't very friendly and not helpful at all. I work for a airline and travel all over the world and the front desk staff is usually your first point and last point of contact for your vacation and usually your day while on vacation, so being courteous, helpful and understanding goes a long way and this staff has been one of the worst Ive come across. They were none of those that I just stated.

Room facilities are adequate. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the bus terminal, and it is recommended that the hotel could provide regular free shuttle bus service between the hotel and the bus terminal.

Good location and close to the town of Iguazu”

Hotel staff very friendly. Free wireless in the main lobby area. Rooms and bathroom clean. Easy to walk from the hotel into the town or to the bus station. Pool area look great although we did not get enough time to use it. Food in the resturant was vey good with lots of good wines available.

Good location in Puerto Iguazu”

The hotel is a short stroll from the town’s restaurants, and also only 20-30 minutes on foot from the viewing point (on the Argentinian side) for Las Tres Fronteras. Hotel rooms are not very large but otherwise it is fine.

One of the best hotels in the area”

Reasonable service but had to pay extra for in-room wi-fi which was a bit harsh. The room was well appointed,but the mini bar was not restocked for the duration of my three night stay.

Remote location , clean, ok for value”

Located in quiet area, walking distance to center. Taxi always available. Spacious. Average breakfast. Overall okay to stay.

Einfaches Hotel für Gruppenreisenden”

sehr teures massentourismus-hotel mit grossen eintage-reisegruppen. den ganzen tag lang fahren cars rein und raus, unmittelbar am schwimmbad, da gleich neben schwimmbad der haupteingang ist. cars lassen dabei wegen klimaanlage motor stundenlang laufen. hotel ist rund um die uhr für das im hotel betriebene casino offen, darum laufen ständig casinobesucher im hotel und schwimmbadbereich rum, sehr störend und lärmig. frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, immer leer, da nachschub nicht klappte und kein motivierter servicepersonal vorhanden (max.2 sterne).
