The location is quite good not far from the floating market, walking distance. The room was comfy. The staff was excellent. They are friendly and helpful. You can bring the dog to the resort. All staff is very very very very friendly.

Love the place”
The accommodation was very close to the Ampawa Market. And it’s only 200 meters away from the river, so you can enjoy nice morning walk and food offering to the monks. The landlady was also very kind.

One good choice if you have a car”
The place is located in the soi. If you don’t have a car, you’ll have to walk in and out of the soi to go to the floating market. It’s not that far tho, but it takes time. Apart from the location, this is a very nice place. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sheets are clean. Hot water is available. Air con works well. And their welcome drinks with sweet jelly is just 10/10. Loved it soooo much.

The staff were super nice and polite. Unfortunately the room was rundown we would recommend renovation. It would take around 20 minutes to walk to Amphawa floating market. Good complimentary snack. Good breakfast. The property is very small, nothing to do there. If you just want to sleep, have breakfast and go then it’s ok. The sign of the hotel covered by plants. We stayed in a couple hotels around and they were much better In term of value for money. We don’t want to be harsh but this is fact.

A good place to stay ”
Panviman Amphawa Garden resort has good facilities and staff. I really enjoyed our stay. However, it was difficult to find. Even the minivan driver wasn't able to give us directions, he had to call the hostel and he was kind enough to drop us off. Another downside is it is quite far from the floating market. With Thailand's sun, it's quite difficult to walk leisurely and you have no choice but to take a tuk tuk for 50baht. The upside is the hostel has it's tuktuk service that they call when you need one, their staff are really accommodating, the breakfast is great, and the room was very comfortable with TV, hair dryer, a sofa, coffee table, and comfortable bed. I loved my stay.

Lovely house”
Panviman Amphawa Garden Resort is a nice, lovely looking hotel, not far from the floating market in Damnoen Saduak (about 15 km). There is also a floating market in Amphawa, but only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The rooms are eqipped with a good bed, cozy towels, flat screen TV, refrigerator , aircondition and WiFi is working well. Shower is separated from toilet behind a wall, so it does not get wet everywhere. When you arrive you have to deposit your choice of breakfast (American and different Thai meals). You will get your breakfast at a house nearby (100m) beside the river in a nice garden. These are the GPS-coordinates: E 13°25’25,3”; N 99°57’2,8”.

beautiful, quiet place to stay”
As we came to Amphawa for a wedding we had looked for a guesthouse near the nanon-Hotel. According to google maps, the Panviman Garden Resort was just 2 minutes walking distance. Upon arrival we had to find out the location on google maps was incorrect and the guesthouse about 1km from said Hotel! We were a bit disappointed at first, but staff was very helpful in organizing tuktuks to go back and forth (40 Baht for one ride), so this ended up being a minor hiccup. We enjoyed the sweet and clean rooms, the warm welcome and the HUGE and delicious breakfast (3 minutes walking distance at another guesthouse, same owner, by the side of the maeklong river. We definitely love to come back!

Peaceful stay”
Each room tastefully decorated differently, nice and clean. Attentive staffs. A welcome drink was nice. On our return from outing at night we were pleasantly surprised by a plate of fruits freshly prepared. We were also asked our preference of newspaper at breakfast - a nice touch. The A/C was a little small for hot afternoon but adequate. We noticed a staff go to turn on the A/C in our room upon our arrival which was nice. We like the semi outdoor shower. At times it smelled a little though not intrusive to other part of the room. Bed was very comfortable, bed linens are of good quality and clean. When booking we're aware that the hotel was some 900m from the main floating market and it's better to have your own transport. We were planing to rent a motorbike but learned on arrival that there was no such service in Amphawa. However the hotel owner arranged tuktuk for us to the market(a reasonable rate of 30bahts). We'd prefer to stay right at the heart of the floating market one night for atmosphere. For longer stay or those preferring peace and quiet, Panviman Amphawa would be a good choice. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Natural, relaxable, warming country hotel”
We enjoyed the stay in the hotel so much. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful and walking distance to Amphawa floating market. Bicycle provided by the hotel. The owner has many cute chiwawa. The chiwawa escorted us to the room and played with us while having breakfast at the riverside garden. The American and Thai breakfast provided by the hotel was great. Good price too! Highly recommended!

Relax, friendly environment !”
I spent my weekend with by Best friend at Amphawa on March 15-17,2013. We was served with coconut jelly and refresh drink made from lotus pollen . The resort is not far from the Alphawa floating market...If walk it takes 15-20 minutes...if you takes Tuk-Tuk (three wheel vehicle) 2-3 minutes and it cost you 15 thb per person. They will treat you like you are one of family member.

Great value for money”
My stay was a very wonderful and enjoying.The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room is great and comfortable. The well-groom lady boss was very friendly , humble and down to earth. The breakfast is good and presentable which sit near to he river. i definitely will come back to this hotel again. 15B to Amphawa market and 100B to the famous Mae Klong train stain, all by tuk-tuk.

cosy hotel with warm hospitality”
The hotel is situated in a small lane and not far from the river.Thus it helps one to lead a tranquil life in the country. The breakfast was sumptuous and we were having a cosy dinning experience by the river side. We were also given welcome drinks and dessert upon our arrival. A plate of fruits was brought up to our room when we were back from the floating market. Would like to say a big thankyou to the friendly staff for helping us to get to the mini van to go to Hua Hin.The only con was that there was no hair dryer and telephone in the room. Thus when we needed something, we had to go down and ask from them. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and we would definately stay there if we were in Amphawa.

Very nice service, new Boutique resort. Very good value for Money. Welcome Drink and sweets. Family Atmosphere. Close to Floating Market and still quiet. Breakfast was served in a nice Garden on the RiverBanks. The Owner is so humble. Will defintly stay there again on my next Trip to Amphawa. Thank you!
