Everything that the hostel can control is excellent. Lovely staff and well-run. It was very quiet when we stayed, and we wouldn't say it's a place to meet other travellers, but I still definitely recommend it.

The dorm room is a bit packed and compressed compared to the others that I’ve stayed in, tho it’s not much of a hassle if you’re not too picky. The reception area and lounge is nice and cozy, drinks are available for free which is a plus. Their toilet have japanese style bidet 5/5! The location is good too, it’s near the train station, family mart, boba shops, and watsons. Would recommend this place :)

I spent 2 night in Paper plane hostel. It was really nice place, very comfortable ( althought it doesnt near entertainment place) and friendly staffs. I got a fabulous treatment form Bb. Thanks alot for him. I will definitely recommend this restaurant for my friends.

Clean, Safety, Sufficient facilities and Value for money”
I booked a double bed and a single bed in mixed dorminority room here. It's just 2 minutes walk from the hostel to Houyi MRT station. The room was clean. There're lockers opened with electronic card which is also room key. The common room was fulled of convenient utensils, namely microwave, toaster oven, spoons, knives, scissors, forks, etc. The shared bathroom has 4 or 5 pretty large cabins along with hair dryers. The most important is our double bed has city view - that's great to see Kaohsiung city from 6th floor of the building that the hostel is located.

Great for short term stay”
I booked Paper Plane last minute and it was my first hostel experience. It was a bit difficult to locate at first. Washroom and common areas were clean and tidy. Each of the beds included a light and charging outlet which was great.

Feel freedom and relax”
There are four hotels in Taiwan I had lived. And that's one of the ones I like so much. Close to the station and main road. And the lobby is just like a home hall what made me feel good and relax. In addition, the local cleanliness great and facilities are fairly new. Next time to Kaohsiung should choose this again for me. ha

The bunk bed room was really clean. you can use locker box for some items and valuables. spacius and comfortable common space and kitchen. the reception desk is closed at 11pm. you have to be careful about check in time. The hostel is at 10th floor of the building, so you can find hostel instruction side by an elevator on the ground floor. really near to MRT station. I reccomend here to my friends.

Awesome design hostel ”
So impressed with the design & concept which make me feel really comfortable stayed here. Overall the cleanliness was superb, room was clean, aircon functionable well & cooling. Love the shampoo provided, smell so good! Very closed to mrt, a minutes walking distance, but it will be perfect if more sign board provided outside the building, so easier for guest to spot the hostel location as its allocated at one of the commercial building which mostly for office use.

strongly recommend! the beds come with curtains so you can have privacy if you dont wish to be disturbed. there are also beds for couples - most hostels only have single beds, thus making it a major plus point! there are a lot of toilets/showers as well. staff are friendly too :)

Nice.. but very hot during the day..”
This hostel is by no means bad.. the staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms were also nice. The place felt like it was a little dirty. And needed a proper clean.. but it wasn't too bad.. the only issue I would complain about would be the temperature in the common area/ kitchen during the day. There seems to be no AC on. It's hotter inside then outside in the sun and if your in the hostel you will be dripping wet.. but the temperature does cool down after sun set and everything it fine..

Great location, great team, very clean”
I stayed here with my 5 year old. It was spotlessly clean and the team who worked there extremely friendly. My daughter thought they were awesome! It is in a great location, right next to Houyi MRT station which is on the same line as the airport. Highly highly recommended.

Very unpleasant stay after a tiring day”
Drop luggage and made payment in the morning. The staff is still nice. Back to the hostel again around 10pm after a tiring day. Went to the counter to tell the staff I need to collect my luggage and check in. She just passed me a key without any intro then continued to play with her phone. I took the luggage right behind the counter myself?! I dint know where is the room?! Also, nobody told me I have to change to their slipper until found the door to the room area, then only she asked me to change my shoe. Her attitude is really bad. The slipper is not clean. The room is small and narrow. Limited luggage space. End up I have to see the floor map behind the door in the room to find where is the bathroom. Room have no hangers and no place to hang towel. A lot of youngsters during my stay, very noisy even late night.

Clean and convinient ”
Super clean. I like the public space. Just a minor thing: the staffs seem so so, OK but not too frienly. The breakfast 60 TWD is super simple, don’t recommend it.
