Family of 10 in Paradise!!”
I brought my fiance' and her family here for a formal wedding proposal. The staff went over and above making our time there amazing! We had most of our meals at the hotel and the food was excellent every time! The rooms were very clean, comfortable and large with AC and very nice linens. They arranged for transportation and day trip activities for us. My fiance' and I rescheduled our flight to stay another night and the staff prepared a private romantic meal out in the cabana that was so unexpected with a complimentary bouquet of roses for me to present to my fiance'. Really, really special service!! The price is incredibly affordable for the quality of this hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 4-star hotel. My fiance' and I stayed at a 5-star hotel on the island our first night there and yes...the amenities were 5-star. But the service did not even come close to what we experienced at Paradise Bay!! We will stay here every time we come to Boracay!!

A quiet resort that is close to the action”
We are couple who left our decision to travel to Borocay to the last minute! We also wanted to find somewhere that was not right in the midst of the hectic and noisy (but fun!) White beach strip of Borocay. All the resorts that we looked into received mixed reviews; some good, some bad. We also read that the other side of Borocay was wild, windy and polluted. Therefore we took a chance by choosing Paradise Bay Resort due to the many recent and positive reviews. What a great decision! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff who after 10 days I got the impression were treated like family by management. They were helpful, friendly and always had a smile. You could tell that the staff enjoyed working here, so that translates to a happy guest experience. The room that we were booked into was simple, clean and had a great view of the resort grounds and ocean. The queen sized bed was one of those foam matresses, but firm and comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day and the sheets changed daily. The pool area and grounds too are meticulously kept clean from falling leaves. We spent most days as follows; wake at 10am, breakfast by midday, swim in the pool, relaxing under the palm trees, reading, canoeing,a 10 minute walk to white beach for lunch, walk on the beach, sundowners at one of the many bars, late night dancing and meeting travellers until 2am - BED! The resort as I mentioned is located on the opposite side to the main white beach area. This was welcomed by us as it was just an easy 5-10 min walk to the main beach area via a lovely little side road. We walked most times, including 2/3am in the morning. There was never a feeling of danger. In fact it was a good way to walk off a meal, a few drinks. I highly recommend this resort. Amongst all the choices we could have made, we were glad we picked this one for our 10 day stay.

i chose this hotel for our last two days in boracay since it is not on the party side of the beach wherein we initially stayed in station 1. its quite far but transportation is not a problem since you can ask the hotel staff to call a trike for you. overall this hotel is perfect if you want to rest and relax and yet not spend so much. the rooms are big, we were given large rooms with a pool view (pool right outside). and the view is perfect. its right next to the water but not recommended for swimming but that's what the pool is for and we already the white beach early on our trip. there's also a poolside bar. hotel has comfy poolside chairs, hammocks, huts and its like a mini zoo with the friendly house pets and a parrot. all the staff are very friendly. if you want a beachfront hotel close to dmall and the party strip then this is not the hotel for you. would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Slice of Paradise!”
It was excellent. It is important to remember that this is not a 5* hotel, and not a 5* island. You come here for the surroundings and activities. One thing that will be for sure, the staff here will do anything for you, to make your stay magical, and they excel! The gardens are gorgeous tropical havens, the view is stunning, and all the facilities are good. Food is very good, but better in the resort areas. But the staff are again, incredible, they organised tours, rentals, transport, customised menu, everything, and always with a genuine smile. The Royal Suite is huge and excellent value for money, with huge balcony. The furniture is OK, and the TV is a bit hit and miss. But you don't come here to sit inside. You go out, and go caving, snorkeling, diving, eating, adventuring, sailing, investigating... and then come home happy and exhausted to a lovely tranquil slice of paradise. I would recommend the Paradise Bay Resort strongly, and it is perfectly named!

A Diamond of a Hotel with amazing staff.. !!!!”
I have traveled all over the world and I adore this place and the staff felt like family. I have been here two times and for good reason.. value for money is fantastic! Boracay is a tourist trap and Paradise Bay is a home away from home.. Great size room with a balcony and ocean view not to say the beautiful grounds also. You are safe here with 24 hour security. Really Paradise is the perfect name! Big hello to my new friends there and my little buddy named Aisha. Thanks to the staff for a great stay from Garry and Gina.

Great Hotel”
I stayed at the Paradise Bay Hotel for several days and it was amazing. Great and friendly staff. Amazing ocean view. Great location if you want to be away from all the noise at station #1. There was free Internet in the room and a massage therapist on call. I would stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in Boracay. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Not bad if you are looking for privacy away from hordes of other tourists”
Mini resort located on the other side of the island with the main beach. I'm quite conflicted in reviewing this place as there were lot of positives and some annoying negatives. We have stayed in this place for 5 nights and our stay was mostly enjoyable, however, if I'll ever visit Boracay again, I will choose accommodation on station 1-3 as there is not much happening in this part of the island, therefore, this place is good for someone who looks for "quiet" place away from main tourist areas. Station 3 is about 15 minutes walk through some narrow streets with constant traffic and one gets tired of this experience soon enough. We have resorted to hiring tricycle multiple times as getting back to the hotel from D-mall area takes about 25 minutes on foot. The beach adjacent to the resort is absolutely (!) not suitable for swimming, luckily resort's pool is at hand. The rooms in this hotel are quite basic (about 3*), comfortable and well maintained with mini-fridge, LCD TV, kettle and A/C unit and a seaside view is very nice. Resort's restaurant has quite an extensive menu with the couple of reasonably good approximations of international dishes (wiener schnitzel is OK, garlic or goulash soup not so much - I've grew up on this food). The restaurant is freely roamed by household pets (my best count 5 cute dogs and 2 cats) which does not bother me as an animal lover and some dogs are nice to interact with, however, I am sure some (especially American) customers could lose their marbles at the sight of this... The gem of this resort is the well-maintained garden, it's pool and lot of available seating to relax. You will get welcomed by friendly "hello" from the resident parrot. Other huge positive of this place is extremely attentive and friendly staff who tried their best to anticipate every guest's need. Fantastic resort ”
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and professional and made you feel very welcome. The garden and pool area was great and the rooms were spacious and bright. The resort has a 24 hour security guard. We enjoyed the location, although it was a 10 minute walk to white beach, the area was quiet and we had a beautiful sea breeze during our stay (November) which kept you feeling cool. The staff set up a romantic dinner in a gazebo in the garden for us on the last night of our stay, it was a lovely way to end our stay on Boracay.

Perfect place to relax. ”
After arriving in Boracay to find my previously booked accommodation seriously lacking, I found PBR to be not only a great place to stay but also a great place to relax especially if you prefer a quiet setting away from the noise and bustle of stations 1 2 and 3. I arrived very late after only having booked the hotel 20 minutes earlier and dispite the confusion the staff were great at organizing and checking on my reservation. Particularity the welcome drink was a nice touch after such a long journey to Boracay. Would also recommend for families.

Paradise Bay Resort located slightly further from the happening S2 zone. and this provided an exclusive environment. The hotel is comfy, clean and staff are friendly. The housekeeping is good, overall hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my staff at Paradise Bay Resort. The staff was very attentive and the decor of the hotel was awesome. Great location but the AC wasn't strong enough for me. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good for quiet time”
This hotel is on the backside of the Island and is pretty secluded from all the noise from the stations on the main beach. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use some updates, 2 stars at best. Its a great place if you are looking for some peace and quiet time away from the crowds. Not much of a beach access area but board paddling or kayaking is an option on the small calm bay, very nice ocean scenery if you are on the second or third floor. Food was not the greatest but was ok. All Hotel staff were very nice and pleasant and accomodated all of our requests. Cute place for quiet and peaceful time away from the crowds. Good value for the money. There are some house pets that are part of the hotel which I didnt seem to mind much. Would stay there again if I was visiting Bora.

Quiet, pleasant, room with no free Wifi”
First of all, the description of the resort does not match as i was looking for rooms with free wifi, apparently when i asked the reception, she mentioned it was chargable and only the lobby comes with free wifi. was pretty upset as this is one of the key features when i search for the resort. moved from surfside boracay, this resort is away from the white beach, facing the other side of the island, but the view was splendid. room was spacious with nice toilet. cons: 1. aircon facing the cupboard, therefore was not very cold. 2. power were switched off, hence the fridge does give out a foul smell as the "water" melted 3. no phone in the room, need to go down to lobby to request for stuffs if needed. 4. slightly far away from the noisy area, but i think its location is really a cosy place to be at. will not come back again, unless they do have free wifi in rooms.

AMAZING beaches and people”
I didn't want to be on the front where all the bars and night life where so we decided to come to paradise bay and you get there on a scooter for 40 pesco or a tri scooter for 100, and it takes 10mins to get round to Dmall , the staff where very helpful and always looked after us . the rooms are always clean and fresh linen and towels every day .

A real Paradise”
The Staff of the resort are the ones that make Paradise Bay a real Paradise. They are so kind, and you get a feeling that they actually enjoying working there and its more than a job for them. The Hotel itself has really much potential, and with a little improvement on the (bath)rooms, this wouldn't be a 3 star hotel but a 4-5 star hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is good and has a wide selection although it is a little expensive compared to white beach.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Although the resort isn't located in the main street area, still not too far away by tuk tuk to Station 3. Would recommend if you prefer quiet and relaxing. By the way, I like the pets in the resort :)

QUIET TIME ON BORACAY”
The location of Paradise Bay Resort is away from the hustle and bustle of Whitebeach and still less than a 10 minute walk from Station 3. The garden is a lovely place to relax with a coolish seabreeze in the afternoons (we were there in May, the hottest month). Nice pool. Shame about the restaurant, the food was not up to scratch so we had our meals in one of the many places on Whitebeach. All in all a very pleasant time!
