Recommendable stay at Paradise Hotel”
Our stay (2 girls) was very satisfying. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and nice, and the bathroom was clean and nice as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their English was medium good. The free bikes is a good way to see the city, even though the hotel is good located and close to the ancient town. But everything is close in Hoi An, it is a small and nice town. All in total, a nice stay and great value for money. We can definitely recommend Paradise Hotel.

Short but nice stay.”
I was only in Hoi An for 24 hours. But this hotel was perfect for me. I accidentally booked a dormitory room (not my thing), and the receptionist was more than happy to help me into a private room. Also, the ladies in the restaurant were so nice and pretty. Upon arrival, the receptionist (also quite cute and nice) provided me a map and a bicycle for free to take into the ancient town. I would stay here again for sure.

Paradise Hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Old Town area and has many shops and restaurants nearby. Nice swimming pool, very good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff and good internet make this a great choice for those who want excellent value and don't need all the expensive luxury details. We will definitely stay there again!

Review”
The only thing that let the hotel down was the shower. The shower and toilet needed to be separated in some way to stop the shower water coming over in front of the toilet. T he staff were great ,the road leading to the hotel was rough ,but this was probably not the hotels fault. At least it was well lit at night. Over all we enjoyed our stayi in Hoi An.

Refreshing Pool”
Great location only a five minute walk from the Hoi An Ancient town. The pool was a very refreshing break when the temperatures were in the high 30's. The staff were very helpful when they understood you. My only recommendation would be that their oral English skills need improvement.

Stayed in dormitory with breakfast”
At night, it was difficult to find this place. It is located in back street near the pond along Tran Hung Dao St. It has a swimming pool in front yard. Although I didn't use it since the weather was a little bit chilly. There's no convenience stores and supermarkets near the hotel, so you should buy some drinks and snack if needed. Actually, I felt like a can of beer and snack at 8 O'clock p.m., so I talked to one of the staff at the reception. She said the hotel usually had some snacks to sell but there was no availability at the time. So, I came back to my room with a beer and watched TV for a while. Then she came back to me with a can of prigles. I was surprised. But the cost was almost twice as much as at the supermarket. There would have been a price list in the room. You can use their bicycle for sightseeing for free. It takes 10 minutes to get to the ancient town area. In my case, after 10 minutes ride, pedal was fallen out from the bicycle because the thread of pedal base was worn out. You had better check your bike carefully beforehand. The room was clean and decently furnished. Breakfast is quite amount and you can choose what you like from a list. It was cozy stay for the price. If you really don't like mosquitoes, bringing a net or incense is better. I had a fight against some mosquitoes and killed them all before going to bed.

How great it is ”
I choose to stay here for 2 nights because the location is so great, it’s very close with the ancient town about 700meters so i can walk or take a bike(I rented the bike here just 30 dong per day), the staffs here were so good, friendly and helpful. The room was clean including breakfast moreover it has swimming pool but the price was so cheap. I love here

Almost the best hotel I've stayed..the swimming pool is fantastic ,you can play water ball there..and the hotel is clean and tight..the staff here are all kind and good manner..food here is also perfect!every breakfast is so delicious...the bikes are free..I want to stay longer..

Best stay in Vietnam. The room in really comfortable&clean&new, swimming pool is perfect. Great location. Best free breakfast ever, fresh juice&friut salad&noodle or bread. Price could be lower will be perfect!!

Dormitory”
I booked a shared dormitory (6 bed) but they gave me a 2 bed one, where I stayed most nights by myself. Considering the price of that, it was an excellent value for money! Breakfast was good enough and the pool as well. My room had an ant problem though... and there was no gym really.

Clean new hotel...”
The hotel was brand new and in good condition. It's unfinished however so there's some noise early in the morning... Wear earplugs and you'll be fine... Staff isn't speaking English very well but they are friendly. I arranged private airport transfer through the hotel but the driver did not show up, I got lame excuses that I needed to confirm their confirmation email... It's a bit of a dark alley before you reach the hotel and I almost got robbed by a taxi scooter. I had to fight and staff were just looking from the sideline without helping... Anyway hotel is fine just make sure you always have company with you late in the evening...

dishonest receptionist”
The hotel is quite nice. It's a lot better than the usual backpacker joint. What I didn't like was that Phuong (the receptionist) was rude and dishonest. For breakfast, we had a free beverage which included water too. I ordered one bottle (big) and she brought a small one for me. I also had to get her to serve me on both days I was there. When I wanted to buy a ticket for the shuttle bug to Da Nang, again, she overcharged me by 40000VND. It was after I called her out on it that she accepted the usual price. She could also learn to give people some time to read the menu instead of pressurizing us to tell her what we want to eat immediately. She also tried to charge other tourists for bottles they did not purchase. Basically, she was just rude. Also, before I arrived, I tried to book an additional day through the phone. The receptionist said 5usd then she changed her mind to 8 usd. The water in the pool required changing. The security was good. There was also construction in the morning and afternoon.

Very nice Stay in the Hotel. I enjoyed to stay in a Dormroom, because it wasnt very big and had aircon and everything you want. Even a Fridge was in the room! I loved it!

Value for money ”
Location is a bit interior with 100 mtrs of no proper road. It is still close to Old Town. About 10 mins walk. Staff is awesome. Breakfast is too good for the price you pay for stay. Recommend this for budget travelers.

A new hotel not ready yet”
The hotel is not fully ready yet. The other half of the hotel is not even nearly finished with just bricks on the spot (Oct 2014). The construction work didn't bother us, though. Our room in the "ready" part of the hotel was nice but the bathroom decoration was still a little unfinished. This soft opening got us a good deal so we were happy with the value for money. Clean room. The location is good near the old town in a quiet area, but a little difficult to find. The pool is small but very nice. The staff can't speak English very well.

Stayed in a bed in a 4 person dorm that looked like it has been converted from a normal hotel room. Plus points were nice pool, good location and great breakfast. Negative points were bad wifi and being woken up my building works. Would stay again.

The hotel is pretty nice. Great location (pretty near the old town), nice pool though it's not very clean. Big rooms but smell fungus. Staffs are nice and friendly. Overall, price is ok
