Magnificent in every way”
Most memorable and without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived at the Paradise Cruises Cafe on Tuan Chau Island for check in we were treated like royalty until the moment we left. The range of onboard activities were more than adequate and on shore excursions interesting and fun. Staff, most of whom multi tasked onboard were courteous, friendly & went out of their way to assist in any matter. Having an outside balcony was a bonus for views & privacy & dining options wine list & food top class.

Absolutely Fantastic”
I was blown away by the care and hospitality my butler, Ms Huyen (yes, you get a butler on Paradise Peak), as she tended to my every needs on the day transit boat. Ms Huyen was really approachable too; we had casual chats to know and understand each other better, shared jokes as if she was more of a friend than someone who was providing service for her job. Halong Bay itself was breath-taking, only if you truly enjoy nature. Paradise Cruises themselves make sure to protect the sanctity of the environment, so there wasn't any crazy partying or loud music like some of the other cruise ships. They seem to know the best times to visit attractions and beaches; Usually when we disembarked the ship we see hordes of tourists heading back to their ship, leaving the beach/cave/hiking trail for only us to enjoy. It was only until late afternoon when I finally boarded Paradise Peak. The Cruise Manager, Mr Teddy, was there to personally welcome on board, help me with the check-in process, and lead me to my room. Ms Huyen followed closely, and took the time to make sure I was familiar with the facilities of my room, including the Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Mr Teddy and some of the crew members also joined us as the guests jumped into the water in the middle of nowhere to cool ourselves off after a really hot day out. They organized ball games and made sure everybody that wanted to be involved were having fun. Food-wise it was absolutely amazing: street food aside, the 9-course Vietnamese dinner was straight up the best food experience I had during my 10-day stay all around Vietnam. In a very large nutshell Paradise Peak and Paradise Cruises is the best experience I've ever had with both a hotel and cruise. I would definitely book a Paradise Peak trip again when I go back to Vietnam. Special thanks to Mr Teddy, Ms Huyen and the rest of the ship crew for making my time on board such a memorable experience.

Great stay but shuttle coordination could have been better handled ”
The paradise luxury cruise was totally worth it. I loved all of the excursions, the staff, the food, the views, everything. I’d say the only thing I was NOT happy about was the transportation getting from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I booked my stay at 1am and I did not get any request to input where hotel pick up would be. I called all morning up til 7am thinking someone would get back to me cause I knew shuttle would be included (why would it not be for all the money you spend on this cruise). I couldn’t get ahold of anyone til 8:30am when they opened and I needed to leave by 9am to get to our cruise by 12pm since they departed and it takes 2.5 hours to get there. Someone ended up getting us a personal suv limousine but charged us $180 round trip. I didn’t approve of this. I would have been up at 7:30am to get on the group shuttle if someone got to me sooner, obviously I was up at 1am trying to get it booked. I am requesting someone from this company to contact me about this as paradise cruise (Ronaldo - manager) was unable to help me as it was booked 3rd party. He did try to help me but said I needed to contact them personally. It was very unorganized in terms of transportation and I would think they would my business which I spent more than $1,500+

Free upgrade! Thanks paradise cruises....!”
Firstly, we were upgraded to the newer more luxurious boat 'Paradise Peak' so my review is about Paradise Peak, not Paradise Luxury. The boat was lovely, big cabin with a nice balcony and all very well appointed. The food was excellent, and the chef was flexible. We had a set menu but if there was something you wanted, just ask, the crew was there to serve us. As we cruised Ha Long Bay the staff were very helpful, spoke English very well and made the trip fun for everyone on board. Daily activities were well organised and we saw pretty much all we could in the time allowed.

Luxurious cruise, great for couples.”
My fiancee and I booked the 3D2N cruise to Halong bay for our pre-honeymoon trip with Paradise and despite the higher price as compared to other cruise operators, it was worth every penny of it with the level of service coupled with the beautiful scenery and wonderful "wow/wild" memories. The Paradise cruise team along with the cruise manager, Piers, who was such a good host, mingled with everyone on board to either update us on the itinerary or have a good chat on everything under the sun. And breakfast/dinner would be buffet spread or 5 course set (delicious by the way). Absolutely delighted that a surprise chocolate cake was specially prepared for us. The whole trip had been so amazing and I particularly recommend the 3D2N as the 2nd day was pure fun (usually in small groups or private if you're lucky), right from kayaking to explore the caves, swimming and rowing their traditional boat to visit the villages. We were very pleased with our entire stay and especially the level of service at Paradise cruise.

Amazing Paradise Luxury Cruise In Halong Bay”
My husband and I spent a wonderful time in Halong Bay on 3day/2night cruise with Paradise Luxury Cruise 2 (QN6999). It was our 1st time visiting Halong Bay. The cruise manager Derick and his team were very helpful taking care my vegan meals and I was amazed by cruise chef's creativity in vegetarian dishes. The warm welcoming smile on cruise staff's face made us forget the foggy weather and we enjoyed all the activities in cruise, other than visiting on shore in the during the day time, the Taichi class after sunrise, cooking class before dinner and late evening movie are all very enjoyable. The cruise staff are young and professional, we all felt like VIP during the whole trip. Can't wait to revisit Halong in summer next time!

Absolutely fantastic”
We did a 2 night 3 day cruise with this company on Halong Bay. We booked the Terrace Suite on the Paradise Luxury and to our absolute pleasure were upgraded to the Paradise Peak. What a boat, our room was just sensational ; spacious, large balcony with sun lounges, huge windows, luxurious bathroom with beautiful shower and a spa bath. The meals were of a very high restaurant standard with immaculate service to go with it. Our butler, "moon" was just the best, attending to us with joy and efficiency. The day tours were exceptionally well planned and organised with a minimum of fuss and well briefed staff. Overall we could not recommend this company highly enough, they are very well managed and the staff are outstanding.

Perfect Paradise!”
Just returned from a two day one night cruise on Halong Bay with Paradise luxury cruises. From the hotel pick up in Hanoi, to the luxurious accommodation on board, every aspect of the trip was perfect. The crew on board Luxury 4 were amazing, even presenting my husband with champagne and chocolate cake to celebrate his birthday. Halong Bay would have to be the most beautiful place in the world and to have the added bonus of luxury travel and amazing crew, you could not wish for more . The ultimate experience!

Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing”
We were warmly welcomed with our other fellow 'cruisers'. We had 2 double end rooms with large balconies and a twin room with a smaller balcony. Our cruise director Christopher was attentive but not intrusive. He was helpful and good company. The food was very good during BF, Lunch and dinner. There were also canapés, and most importantly happy hour. There was comfortable outdoor seating to watch the fabulous views of Halong bay pass by at a leisurely speed. There were several excursions which most seemed to enjoy. The rooms were bright, clean and VERY comfortable. Halong bay is a must for any trip to Vietnam....and Paradise luxury cruise #6688 made it that much more special!

Staffs: GOOD, Food: GOOD, Bedroom: GOOD ★★★★★”
It was my first time in Halong, and I think my friend and I had the most right choice for the Paradise Cruise. We got so warm welcome from the staffs since the beginning. Their stuffs were very nice, fun, and helpful. They took a very good care of us while cruising with them. They always made sure if everything was okay with their guests. Considering food, they served variety of food choices for their lunch, and both local and western styles for delightful dinner. As a fishtarian, I did not find it difficult to survive on the cruise at all. Speaking of the room, it was very neat and comfortable. We could enjoy Halong Bay view from our room. What a peaceful night we had! We really loved it. My friend also loved the balcony so much. She even took her laptop out and did a bit of her work in that chill relaxing atmosphere. My friend and I enjoyed cruising with Paradise Cruise very much. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Keep your standards high! Yurada L.

Paradise Luxury Cruise”
They arrived earlier than scheduled at my hotel for the pick-up and even though I was ready 15 minutes before the booked time the driver left without me. Luckily the Sunline Hotel concierge put me on the back of his motorbike and chased the Paradise driver around Ha Noi for half an hour before finally catching up with him. No apology from the Paradise driver. On the boat itself everything was great except there was a Vietnamese family of 10 with 4 small children. The children ran all over the boat unchecked, screaming and yelling, playing with the buffet for the whole 2 days without any attempt by their parents to quieten them down. The family treated the rest of us like interlopers. Paradise have four boats so they should be able to place all families on one boat and reserve the others for older / younger groups / couples. Ronald (Cruise Director and fantastic) and his team tried hard to quieten them down but the family just gave them / us the proverbial 'bird'.

Luxury Halong experience”
This is clearly one of the top options for a trip to Halong Bay. The stay facilities are very good and the cabins are very spacious. The service is also very good and Tuan Chau is a much better place to board the cruise. paradise has its nice lounge where you can wait and that adds to the overall experience.

spectacular halong bay”
We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade to the first class paradise peak boat. I think that was because we booked the premuim suite on the paradise luxury. The paradise peak has only 6 luxury cabins and is certainly first class. You get your private butler The dining is also first class. Dont go in typhoon season as our cruise was cut short due to approaching typhoon.

Beautiful boat, fantastic staff ”
In May, my boyfriend and another couple embarked on the Paradise Luxury for the 3 day/2 night cruise of our lives! From the moment we stepped on the boat, we were delighted. Vien, Tone, Pink, Blue and Bing made us feel at home and ensured our every need was taken care of. Our foursome was the youngest demographic on the boat (by far) but the crew didn’t seem to mind being kept up with our antics. If you want a beautiful room, great food, kind staff and stunning views, then this cruise is for you. If you don’t, what’s wrong with you? Dummy.

Lovely cruise”
i recently went on paradise luxury cruises with my husband on the 1 night tour of halong bay. the cruise was well organized, crew was friendly and boat was very well kept up overall. the food was fine - western alright and the vietnamese was delicious as you would expect. i had a good look at the other boats that were sailing along the bay, and this was by far the nicest. what i especially liked was that there were not that many cabins and that made the cruise feel more personal which was great. the cabins were small but fine - my only complaints were that the pillows were like cement - and that the spa (massage)was not worthwhile. other then that, i would recommend this cruise to tour halong bay.

Fantastic boat, but check the small print”
we paid extra for the minibus pick up from hanoi and were told that we would leave at 8.15am. we gave ourselves plenty of time, but were not actually picked up until 8.45am. the guide didn't speak great english as we also picked up 2 girls who were not on our cruise! the drive there was ok- about 3.5 hrs with one stop along the way at a rather random souvenir shop! on arrival at the cafe, which was very nice, we were told that our package was only b&b and that we had to pay an extra per person to upgrade to include lunch and dinner. we didn't have an option! it wasn't a great start to our trip. once on board the cabin was very nice and the staff very friendly. we set 'sail' and soon got to our first stop, the surprising caves. we were about the third boat of people in there but were followed by hundreds of other tourists. shortly after returning to the boat we were given the chance to go to the beach, either by tender or kayak. we took a kayak for the 200m paddle and went for a swim. the spring roll cooking demo was very touristy, but some loved it. the highlight was the seafood bbq and the table that we were given outside. the kitchen always under catered as the puddings always ran out before we got to them. the following morning we went to see the monkeys in the caves but were then told that they hide in summer, so you rarely see them (i guess that when you visit in winter, they hide then too!). on return to the boat we were given breakfast and then had to check out of our cabins by 9.30am. on paying the bill we saw that we had been charged approx £15 for the kayak (that we used for about 5 mins.). there had been no mention of a charge when we took it and signed the damage waiver. it left a rather bitter taste. the transfer back was better as there were only 6 of us and they dropped us close to the airport and booked a taxi to take us the rest of the way. all in all it was a good cruise, but just a shame about the hidden costs.

Nice way to visit Halong Bay”
Heard a lot of negative feedback about Halong Bay being too commercialized and touristy, however I found it enjoyable and wonderful to travel on Paradise Luxury Cruise. I stayed in the room with balcony on #6688 for 2 Days 1 night. Staff are wonderful (especially Ms Trang the assistant Cruise manager and the travel guide lady who showed us around!), food are great, bed is comfortable and it is so relaxing to hang around on the deck or in the balcony outside my room. The cookery class is fun and Tai Chi in the morning is refreshing. Everything just made our trip memorable. It is completely different if you travel Halong Bay in a luxury way and I would highly recommend Paradise Luxury Cruise!

Perfect cruise in Halong Bay”
We just came back with my husband (newly married) from this amazing experience with Paradise Peak! It worthed every penny! We were welcomed from the first instant in a very professional and warm way by the staff. We were upgraded to the premium service and are so thankful we got to experience this. The food is delicious, very well presented, we had 3-4 options for dinner and breakfast. The staff is experienced, polite and so helpful in every instance. We travelled not in the best weather possible and had a few little bumps, but the lady responsible for the cruise managed the situation professionally and acted in a very calm way. The facilities are excellent, clean and so comfortable. The activities are ok, i guess it is the normal ones as all the other cruises, still the setting is beautiful. I have also tried one signature massage experience and it was one of the best i ve had. Overall, this is more on the higher end of cruises but it is worth it and i would recommend it definately!
